Posto incantevole con vista sulle colline umbre. Il Ns appartamento era situato all'interno del castello. L'appartamento era ampio, ben arredato e pulito. L'accoglienza ed i consigli per i ristoranti in zona sono stati preziosi. Consigliatissimo.

Well - I dont know where to start Basics - place is amazing. House, area, facilities, everything inside - by far the best airbnb we have been to and we will come back with friends again! You can't go wrong with this place and rating of 5 does not make justice- it should be 10 Now - this is all is nothing compared to how amazing hosts are - - i have never seen such hospitality and care before. We had a very difficult personal situation with my mom ending in the hospital and my wife getting very sick. Lavinia, Lorenzo and family were SOOOO helpful - they helped with EVERYTHING - there are real angels who helped us get through this very difficult time. I thank them all and pls come and stay here - region is great, place is second to none and hosts are just nicest people you will meet!

Gessica and her husband were wonderful hosts! They really deserve more than 5/5! From the first contact for booking, Gessica wanted to see how she could best accommodate us. She had gluten free snacks for my daughters and I and made us a delicious breakfast that included gluten free pancakes! She recommended a lovely restaurant in town that’s had delicious antipasti and pasta. She also helped set up guided horseback riding and we got to see the beautiful countryside. It was amazing to stay in a castle! The accommodations were like the photos and the location is just beautiful. Gessica and her husband really went above and beyond to host us. If we ever make it back to Italy again, we would love to come back to stay here again! Thank you both so much for such a lovely time in San Marco dei Cavoti!

We hebben een hele fijne week gehad in de kapel van de masseria. Echt een bijzondere plek! Sfeervol ingericht ook. Heel rustig en toch dichtbij een winkelcentrum. Privé terras aan de oostkant (ochtendzon) en we konden ook heerlijk in de schaduw zitten in de gemeenschappelijke tuin. Die hadden we overigens voor onszelf overdag. Er was een kat en er waren vier super lieve kittens, schildpadden, honden, kippen en hanen (en bijna iedere morgen verse eitjes!). We hebben veel plaatsen in de Salento bezocht. Alles is heel goed te bereiken. Matilde stond altijd klaar voor ons als we vragen hadden. We hebben erg genoten! Arriverdeci, ciao!

Ernesto e la sua compagna sono stati molto disponibili ed attenti ad ogni nostra esigenza e domanda. Eravamo un gruppo di 12 persone, ma la casa e' stata più che adeguata per le nostre esigenze. È letteralmente enorme. La dimora è immersa nella natura, in un contesto tranquillo e pittoresco. È il luogo ideale per chi desidera dei giorni di riposo, lontani dal caos cittadino. Anche d'inverno è una casa accogliente e ben scaldata. Provvista di ogni genere di comodità. Grazie di tutto!

Magnifique demeure de charme au cœur de l’Ombrie avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée. La piscine était parfaite et bienvenue après les journées d’excursion. Tous les hôtes ont adoré leur séjour chez Alessio, qui s’est montré très disponible et arrangeant. Seuls petits bémols : la cuisine un peu petit pour 16 personnes et quelques literies peu confortables. Merci encore pour ce séjour

One of the most amazing places to stay ever! The last stop of a 9 month trip, Castello del Duca was the best way to cap off our journey. The grounds are wonderful to stroll around, the Barone room was beautiful and had everything you need, and the service from the staff was top notch. Super easy to get into Rome via public transportation. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing host and home. We had a great time at the place. Ensure you coordinate check in times. In the US you get a code and can check in immediately but in Italy you need to meet the host at a specific time. Nothing wrong with it just good to know in advance for US travelers. Overall highly recommend this place

Alloggio confortevole e pulito in contesto molto curato ed esteticamente piacevole. Piscina molto bella e godibile. Teo è molto disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Molto consigliato

What a privilege to be able to stay in a castle with beautiful appointed rooms and all the modern facilities you can think of. Lorenza and Giuseppe were lovely and proactive hosts - even providing beach towels and bicycles. The kitchen was filled with cookies, fruit , a lovely bottle of wine and all the condiments you can think of. It’s really a home from home. Would definitely recommend and we will be visiting again soon.

Fantastic stay. Couldn't have asked for better! Beautiful grounds, great views, very friendly hosts who were always on-site and easily reachable, great food (best breakfast I had all trip), extremely close to the castle and museums, walkable to the bazaar and many restaurants and cafes. 10/10 would (and will) stay again!

We love this place. It was our third time at Angela’s house. Apartment has all you need for the short stay. It is made great taste. We had some misunderstanding about second bedroom and Angela solved it immediately. Definitely will come back.

Mijn vriend en ik verbleven hier 8 nachten. Het heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Corinna en Salvatore zijn de beste hosts, ze zijn enorm lief en zorgen ervoor dat je niets te kort komt! Ze staan altijd klaar om je te helpen of om je tips te geven. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien, brandschoon en de omgeving is prachtig. Het ontbijtje was heerlijk, en het zwembad een hele fijne toevoeging. De zelfgemaakte producten van vruchten uit eigen tuin waren heerlijk. Je ziet dat zij heel veel liefde en aandacht in de B&B stoppen. Wij voelden ons hier helemaal thuis. Ik zou dan ook iedereen aanraden hier naartoe te gaan!

Although we only occupied the first floor, we found the space to be comfortable and well-appointed. The swimming pool area was a delight, and the indoor pool was a fantastic addition. The barbecue area and kitchen were both well-equipped, making meal preparation and dining a breeze. Overall, our stay at this enchanting castle was a memorable experience for my family and me. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a unique and luxurious getaway.

Wir waren 7 Tage in der wunderschönen Unterkunft. Empfangen wurden wir von Gianluca und Rita super freundlich. Wir haben uns direkt Wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, war super ausgestattet (mehr als man von einer Ferienwohnung gewohnt ist). Wenn man sich dachte „Ah , das wäre gut zu haben“ war es da. Ansonsten konnte man sich bei Gianluca melden und innerhalb von Sekunden wurde einem der Wunsch erfüllt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, hat uns sogar mit zum einkaufen genommen. Das war super lieb. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Die Gegend sehr sehr ruhig. Am Strand war man quasi beinahe alleine. Sehr angenehm. Das Städtchen erreicht man in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß. Dort konnte man süße kleine Restaurants besuchen. Rundum , auch mit unseren zwei Hunden, war es perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr haustierfreundlich. Unser Highlight war, dass wir nachdem wir Gianluca gefragt hatten, Feigen aus seinem Garten pflücken durften. Unbeschreiblich lecker und ein unglaubliches Urlaubsgefühl!Gerne wieder

Wir haben zwei Nächte in der schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Gianlucas Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit atemberaubender Aussicht über das Meer und die Umgebung. Das Meer ist tatsächlich in etwa 5-10 min Fußweg erreichbar, allerdings ist der Weg dorthin recht steil. Wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß ist, sollte man lieber das Auto nehmen. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und flexibel, die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert. Gianluca und seine Partnerin waren sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich, haben uns eine Flasche Wein geschenkt und uns die Wohnung mit der besseren Aussicht überlassen, da wir die letzten Gäste der Saison waren. Vielen Dank!

très très bon accueil...très souriante et arrangea nte...la bâtisse est superbe et le logement en bon état général avec une énorme terrasse avec vue mer c'est très agréable ...une zone pour le barbecue est prévue. notre hôte a fait preuve de beaucoup de bienveillance a notre égard...le logement est très propre ...petit bémol l'accès pas très très pratique très bon séjour merci a notre hôtesse 😄
