I stayed at this amazing Airbnb in Tirana for 5 days and had a fantastic experience! The apartment was modern, clean, and cozy, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to cafes, restaurants, and shops, plus major attractions like Skanderbeg Square and the National History Museum were within walking distance. The host was friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local spots to visit and eat. Communication was easy, and they made sure I had everything I needed. The apartment had plenty of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bed, making it feel like home. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Tirana, I highly recommend this one! I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

I was absolutely amazed by the incredible hospitality of the host. The apartment had everything we needed, and even more, for a truly comfortable stay. It was clear that everything was arranged with care and love, making our time in the apartment extremely pleasant. I’m very grateful to Nataša and Branko for their thoughtful attention. I’ve probably never experienced such a high level of service before, and it truly made our vacation special. A huge thank you for welcoming us along with our dog and cat. Beautifully designed flat with everything you need for a good stay! Equipped as in the photos. The city centre and the harbour are within walking distance. The air conditioning was a relief in the summer heat. Plus: there's a supermarket just round the corner. Overall, highly recommended!

Gut eingerichtetes Apartment mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Suzana und ihr Mann haben uns immer schnell geantwortet und waren sehr freundlich. Der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse war ein tolles Plus! Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, man braucht aber ein Auto für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Nous sommes restés dans l’appartement en tant que famille de trois personnes. Cependant, l’appartement convient également pour quatre personnes. La cuisine, la salle de bain, le salon et la chambre sont tous entièrement équipés, et tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour des vacances est disponible. Merci pour tout.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit toller Dachterrasse! Die kleine Küche ist super ausgestattet - generell ist die ganze Wohnung mit vielen nützlichen Details eingerichtet. Parken kann man kostenlos ganz in der Nähe. Und der Gastgeber ist auch immer erreichbar und sehr bemüht. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Unterkunft in einer super Stadt!

We enjoyed stay at Nermin‘s place. The place has everything one needs. We stayed as a big family in both parts of the house. It was convenient to have two bathrooms and even two kitchens. Nermin is a great host. He was very accommodating and responsive, and helped us out when we needed extra sets of clean linen. The house has convenient parking place. But everything’s reachable on foot. Although, the way back may be a bit steep - get ready for a bit of a cardio training. A small supermarket is just 2 min away. Anyways, we liked it a lot. We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

Schon vor der Anreise gab es eine nette Kommunikation. Dejan hat extra für uns einen Kinderstuhl organisiert, den es eigentlich nicht in der Ausstattung gab Das Haus und die Terrasse ist wirklich toll. Modern und super ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wirklich bequeme Betten und alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl uns sicher gefühlt. Der beheizte Pool war das Highligt, besonders für die Kinder. So das wir selbst im Oktober noch hineinspringen konnten. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Wow! A lovely villa, with spectacular views. Inside it is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The outside area is incredible, with a beautiful pool and lots of space to enjoy the sun. There are views of the sea on one side, and mountains on the other. A very quiet, peaceful and secluded location that is not overlooked. Only the mountain goats can see! A perfect place for couples looking for privacy. Valentino was a wonderful host. Very quick to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and always keen to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. He visited a couple of times to tend to the pool and check we were happy with everything. The only drawback to this place is also the main benefit - its location. It's good to be away from everyone and have great views, but that requires a 10-minute drive along a narrow winding road to get to and from the nearest town. You soon get used to it, and after a couple of days you can tackle it like a local! Highly recommended!

Great place! Very peaceful and has all the amenities

We had a lovely week stay here. The villa had everything we needed and Nikolina was on hand with any queries we had, along with restaurant recommendations. Lovely short walk to the Platan Bar every morning for a coffee. Great outside pool area, only negative is that we wish we were there for longer! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Alfred begrüßte uns persönlich und war zu jeder Zeit schnell erreichbar, die Lage ist nahezu perfekt, ruhig, aber trotzdem mittendrin, es geht kaum besser! Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen :)

Unser Aufenthalt im Appartement REA in Medulin war rundum gelungen! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer tollen Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch nah am Strand und an Restaurants. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir den freundlichen Eigentümer Vedran, der sich stets erkundigt hat, ob wir etwas benötigen. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten – wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Appartement REA von Herzen weiter!

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche in dem wunderbaren Spa-Appartement genossen. Die Begrüßung durch Filip war sehr nett, unkompliziert und uns wurde alles erklärt. Frische Blumen, Obst, brennende Kerzen und gekühlter Prosecco sorgten dafür, dass wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und umfangreich. Filip war immer für Fragen und Probleme erreichbar. Der Außenbereich mit tollem Pool, Whirlpool, Tennisplatz und dem einmaligen Blick auf die Kvaner Bucht war wirklich unser Highlight. Ein toller Ort zum Relaxen. Obwohl in dem Gebäude noch weitere Wohnungen sind, wurde Privatsphäre groß geschrieben. Die Eigentümer, welche im oberen Bereich und nebenan wohnen, verhielten sich fast unsichtbar und auch von dem Appartement unten drunter merkte man nicht viel. Wir können das Objekt wärmstens empfehlen.

L'appartamento è centrale, l'abbiamo trovato pulito e accogliente con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno gradevole. Oliver é stato un ottimo padrone di casa, é stato puntuale nella comunicazione. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e speriamo di tornare alla prima occasione. Un saluto a Oliver!!

ich war für zwei Nächte dort. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft! Danilo ist freundlich und sympathisch - ein toller Gastgeber! Die Zufahrt zur Wohnung ist etwas eng, aber kein Problem wenn man langsam und vorsichtig fährt. Zum Meer läuft man einfach nur den Berg runter. Geschäfte findet man direkt entlang der Promenade.
