What a beautiful and peaceful place to stay! We booked this accommodation as a family, as my brother was getting married in Peppermint Bay. Lindsey was very proactive and an excellent communicator - the house was easy to find, access and enjoy. All the amenities required were provided, the view and garden were lovely. I’d thoroughly recommend a stay here, and hope to arrange another booking when we are in Tasmania again.

The host and her lovely family are very friendly and easy . Sandy bay main park / ocean views are only 5 min walk - posh and nice area

My friends and I had the best stay at the Bruny Sea House. It was cozy, well appointed and the view was amazing. It was a perfect place to unwind after doing the Overland Track, with privacy and peace A short drive to the hotel for dinner, or Liz provided everything needed to cook our own meals. Comfortable beds and a lovely fire on cool nights Can't wait to come back and stay in the future

Beautiful spot….. great house …. Close to beach… everything there you need

We loved staying in this beautiful cottage (situated below the main house but completely private). Everything was perfectly inviting. We arrived late and the cottage was ready for us with wine, bread, cheese and berries. The linens were top notch and the setting is private, quiet, and very beautiful. We easily could have stayed for a week. Our host Nicholas was very helpful when a small issue arose. We loved driving down to the Hastings Cave area and even all the way down to the beautiful beach at South Cape. The drive along the river when you come and go from this location is very lovely with black swans swimming and adorable local animals hopping along the road (although one must drive carefully as to not drive into them!). There is nothing that could have made this stay better. We love forward to coming back again one day to take a river cruise.

Little Roaring Beach is such a peaceful spot and the shack is perfect for relaxing. Very comfortable with a great feel. This was our second stay and loved coming back to the shack. Thank you for having us!

Claire’s cottage on the beach was a beautiful hidden gem. Only a 30 min drive to the centre of Hobart, meant it was the perfect place to relax as a base point, and then go on wonderful day trips from there. Watching the sun rise over the water each morning was spectacular and the evening skies on dusk were just as stunning. The coffee machine produced incredible coffee, and the bottle of Tassie champagne was a lovely surprise! The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing! Thanks Claire for sharing your beautiful beach home with us. Hoping we can make it back again one day!

Amazing stay, house is fantastic, impressive windows with views as soon as you walk through the front door, and only gets better as you see the rest of the house. South Arm is a really relaxing location. Nice walk down to the beach through the back gate for a swim and the nearby cafe (Touch of the Mo) did a great coffee and brekkie. Also a little general store which was handy for bits and pieces. Hope Beach only a short drive for some waves and views of Iron Pot lighthouse. Hot tub was a nice way to finish the day, views from the living area and main bedroom were great. Would definitely stay again!

Deborah was an incredible super host. Communication was great right from the initial booking. Going the extra mile her home was welcoming with fresh bread, nibbles and chocolates - what more do you need! The beachfront location was breathtaking and spacious to accommodate for all the guests. Such a great place with amazing ocean views. House is very modern, spacious, clean, and tidy. It's just a few steps away from the beach and theres a nice beach side walk heading to a little play ground . Joanna was very responsive and very helpful and allowed a late check out. We will definitely come back on our trip to Tasmania next time.

The most relaxing down time. Dream location , beach is so private only the local neighbours utilise it. even though the weather wasn't amazing we had a great time captivated by the ever changing view that is so close you can you literally touch it . The property set up makes it so easy to just walk in and feel right at home . This was our fourth stay since selling our own holiday home and is the perfect Airbnb for us each year.

A fantastic location right on the beach. The interiors are tastefully decorated with a well-designed layout, plenty of areas to chill out, and ample storage space for a longer term stay. We also enjoyed the selection of books and magazines. There’s a fabulous jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom, and it was so relaxing to go for walks on the beach and fall asleep to the rhythmic sound of waves. It’s well worth stopping at a larger supermarket before you get there to stock up with any food or other supplies you might need, so you can maximise your peaceful and relaxing stay.

We were absolutely blown away with the property, it was better than we hoped for and it was really well equipped. Beautiful location right on Cremorne beach, this is a stunning property and communication was so easy, thank you Emma for being so accommodating during our stay.

The bruny boathouse was an awesome place to stay to explore the island! The house is cosy and beautifully decorated with a lovely feel to it. The provisions, including fresh sourdough and gin, were so appreciated! We didn’t get to try the outdoor bathtub as we ran out of time so we will have to come back again for that! If you stay definitely stop at the bruny baker bread fridge for some fresh sourdough on your way back to the mainland!

Karen was very responsive and helpful with good recommendations. The house looks exactly like the pictures and has amazing views; we really enjoyed our stay. Note to Americans, there is no AC cooling which was fine if you open a window or used the fan.

I can't thank Paquita enough for allowing us to host our very intimate wedding at The Pearl. It is an incredible, special, beautiful place. The Pearl is somehow even more beautiful in person, and the pristine beach at our doorstep was a ln incredible bonus. Hosting our immediate family for dinner on the back verandah as the sun was setting, listening to the ocean and watching the sun set over the water, is now one of my most treaured memories. We are already talking about staying again. Paquita went above and beyond as a host - providing recommendations for local florists, celebrants, hair stylists etc - and even left us a beautiful congratulations card and gift. Beyond amazing. Beautiful location and siting of the building. Wonderful framed views. Beautiful sunlight. Lots of seating. Comfortable beds. We saw an echidna, pademelon and quoll on the property. We took lovely walks and watched the changing weather from the windows. Our stay was an unforgettable experience.

Ben’s place in Deep Bay is wonderful, the location is truly stunning. We stayed there for three nights for a family reunion and loved it. Some of the elder family members did have a few issues, such as Ben lives on site and came into his office at 10:30pm, shining a light into the bedroom. There are a few little quirks such as no coffee, sugar, or oil, and an oven that doesn’t fit a lot of the dishes available, but it was still a wonderful stay.

We were traveling as a family group of ten and this house accommodated us so well. The location is so beautiful and we loved exploring the local region and then coming home to wander the beach each evening. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful
