A fantastic stay! The house was spacious, quiet, and perfect for our family. We loved the beautiful garden, and the kids had fun visiting the small farm with chickens and geese at the back which added a unique and memorable touch to our stay. The peaceful setting made it a great place to relax. The host and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our time there. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway!

The house is something very special and extraordinary. Everything is very tasteful and clean and you will find everything you need there. The surrounding will leave you speechless, it’s so beautiful and calm.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im „Rural house“. Es liegt absolut ruhig an der Ostküste von Kea mit Blick auf die Ägäis, Keas Nachbarinseln und ein atemberaubendes Tal, in dem das Auge gerne Ruhe findet. Wir waren oft einfach nur auf der breiten Terrasse gesessen und haben die Aussicht genossen, der Sonnenaufgang fesselt einen ganz besonders. Innen ist das Haus gemütlich eingerichtet und hervorragend zum Kochen ausgestattet. Das macht mit der tollen Musiksammlung ganz besonders viel Spaß. Krysta hat uns persönlich begrüßt und im Haus hat schon ein Willkommenskorb mit griechischen Köstlichkeiten auf uns gewartet. Ein kleines Büchlein mit Empfehlungen liegt aus. Wir mochten besonders den Sikamia-Strand, zum dem man 20 Minuten fährt. Wunderbar ist es auch, morgens den Weg zur kleinen Kapelle und zum alten Waschplatz des Dorfes zu gehen. Ganz besonders ans Herz gewachsen sind uns die zwei roten Katzen und wir hoffen, dass sich die nächsten Gäste auch um sie kümmern. Wir kommen wieder!

Panos e la sua famiglia sono stati molto gentili e amichevoli, la casa è veramente bellissima e piena di comfort, tra cui un caminetto in salotto. Era tutto molto pulito e arredato molto bene

Un havre de paix niché en haut d un petit chemin. Si vous recherchez la tranquilité le calme la simplicité, vous êtes au bon endroit chez Emma. Une hôte extraordinaire qui sait vous accueillir chaleureusement, en toute simplicité, en vous donnant les bonnes adresses notamment pour les restaurants ou plages et de précieux conseils pour les visites. A proximité de nombreuses plages. Nous avons eu le plaisir de goûter aux fruits du jardin et de côtoyer les chiens adorables et très calmes à l image des lieux,une douceur de vivre... Logement très bien situé pour sillonner l île et équipé d une climatisation, literies très confortable. Merci beaucoup Emma pour cette semaine inoubliable. A bientôt peut-être être en Bretagne.😉

Insgesamt sehr gut, uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen vor allem für Familien mit Kindern allen Alters. Wir waren mit vier Kindern zwischen 1-15 Jahren im Februar eine Woche dort. Das ist super, bis auf das Bad gut heizbar, aber warmes Wasser ausreichend da auch für mehrere Duschen nacheinander. Super Kommunikation mit Manolis, sehr hilfreich und prompt, fühlten uns sehr als Gäste willkommen. Sein Bruder erwartete uns an der Hauptstraße und zeigte uns den Weg durch die wunderschönen Olivenhaine. Auto ist sinnvoll, theoretisch wäre es auch mit Bus und 10 Minuten Laufen erreichbar, sehr schöner Strand 15-20 min, paar Minuten mit Auto. Ausstattung der Hauses perfekt, die Fotos untertreiben eher. Zahlreiche Mücken haben uns eine unangenehme Überraschung bereitet, aber das ist wahrscheinlich für Februar auf Kreta normal. Das Wetter war sehr variabel: innerhalb einer Woche im Meer gebadet und Schneeschauer. Wir fanden es super.

Excellent - the hosts, accommodation and location, all excellent. Sia, communicated at time of booking and before we set off and provided instructions along with a map to easily locate the apartment. She met us on arrival and talked us through the accommodation and provided a local map with suggestions on. Sia also provided a lovely welcome pack that included something for breakfast. Sia and her husband were available to assist if required. The accommodation was very clean and as per the details and photo's. It's location is in a quiet area and with a good view of the bay\sea towards Chania in the distance and the mountains. Golden Beach, Yannis Beach and good restaurants are within a 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. Regular buses to & from Chania, which takes about 15-20 minutes. Well worth a stay at this location.

Maison disposant de tout le matériel adéquat pour cuisiner, se reposer, laver ses affaires, etc. Très propre (literie, etc). Hôte accueillant et disponible. Terrasse très agréable. Correctement situé pour rayonner (en voiture) dans le sud du Péloponnèse.

Se cercate un posto tranquillo, circondato da ulivi, animali e host amichevoli questo fa sicuramente per voi.Ottima posizione per visitare Sithonia!La cucina è super attrezzata e nuova, non mancava veramente nulla.

Overall, an amazing place to stay. Looks just like the photos - very stylish and great views. The top terrace was a particular favourite of ours and very peaceful. We didn’t use the lower terrace as it was slightly less convenient and there were only two of us (it is down a set of stairs and behind a locked door). The village has three restaurants although one was closed when we came in mid September. The other two were perfect for dinner in the evening and only a few minutes on foot. There wasn’t a shop in the village so we had to drive back to the main town for supplies. The Airbnb was initially a little hard to find but Terry was immediately responsive and guided us to the right entrance on the phone. None of these were major issues though - we very much enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend if you want to be able to explore Tinos but stay somewhere (very) quiet and peaceful away from the busier villages.

The house is absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. The caretaker is very responsible and always ready to help. The landlord is generous, kind, and very friendly. Highly recommended!

Lovely location, hearing the goats with there bells in the night was magical

Villa olive was the perfect place for us! the place is located in a very privet area with an amazing view, the hose is huge and very special, compfortable and clean. sotiris the host was avialble for us the whole time with great recomandations about where to go and where to eat and it was a big upgrade for our vication . it was way more than we expected, both the house itself and sotiris. we will defently come back to this perfect place. greece in its best

Excellent ! Nous avons passé une super semaine dans le logement de Katerina. La maison est très jolie, dans un environnement paisible. Le jardin est splendide. L'intérieur était impeccable : tout est propre. La cuisine est pratique, et bien fournie en ustensiles de cuisine. La climatisation, la machine à laver sont des plus très appréciés. La localisation est pratique car proche de Kissamos mais au calme, et sur la route des plages du sud. Katerina était facilement joignable. C'était parfait !

Le logement de Nikos est tout simplement fantastique ! L'équipement est au top, rien ne manque. Nikos est un hôte incroyablement agréable, toujours à l'écoute et extrêmement réactif. En résumé, c’est le paradis sur Terre ! Comme le dit la chanson, 'on ira tous au paradis'… et bien nous, c’est déjà fait ! Un grand merci à toi, Nikos !

Die Unterkunft ist abseits der Haupstrasse gelegen, so dass es sehr ruhig ist. Mit einem Mietwagen kann man von dort aus die Insel gut erkunden. Der Strand kann in 10 Min zu Fuss erreicht werden. Von den oberen Wohnungen aus kann man das Meer sehen. Ausstattung des Hauses und Sauberkeit sind top. Es stehen Waschmaschinen zur Verfügung. Eine 'Give-and-Take-Area' erlaubt den Austausch von Gegenständen zwischen Urlaubern, was sehr hilfreich ist wenn man die Gepäcklimitierungen der Airlines bertrachtet. Der Kräutergarten darf mitgenutzt werden. Ein Pool mit Liegen steht zur freien Verfügung. Auch ein Grill ist verfügbar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und reagieren schnell auf Fragen. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub abseits des Massentourismus sucht.

Fantastic place for an unforgettable vacation!Great big kitchen for family breakfast and evening talks, everybody enjoyed their own bedroom with separate bathroom, very convenient and all very clean. Being October, we totally loved the heated pool (costed extra but was worth it), super super inspired the outside shower, the views are amazing with all the olive trees and the sea , big balconies, quiet area. Played ping pong 🏓 in the basement, played piano in the little hallway, there is something for everyone in this big house. Very practical doors for keeping quiet the bedroom area if more action was had in the kitchen/living room. We were few adults and couple of children, everyone had a blast! Great taverna in the village, few minutes by foot, the nicest people, delicious food! Thank you for everything! We will be back ☀️🇬🇷💦

Konstantinos and his brother were the best hosts! The houses are located in a small village with good access to the road to Ellafonisi. The super nice garden with the Pool is perfect for a day off. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Toni is a great host: detail-oriented, proactive, warm, friendly and attentive. The studio is perfect and very well located and close enough to the two main cities on Paros island, while enjoying very quiet nights away from the night life. A rental car or quad is required. Lovely beaches only a few minutes away, lots of coffee shops and bakeries… Toni is very knowledgeable about the area and has many great recommendations to offer. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely return!

If you enjoy proximity to nature and total privacy, then this tasteful cottage is for you! The view of the sun breaking through the horizon in the morning is unique! Even in winter the yard overlooking the clifs and sea are very inviting! You can see the care with which Ioannis built his cottage. It is clean and has everything a couple needs. We visited over the Christmas Holiday and were blessed with wonderful weather, but the house is very warm and the firewood well stocked! Instant hot water and a usable kitchen were also very appreciated! In general you get the sence that Ioannis truly enjoys sharing his home with his guests! Thank you!

Unser Aufenthalt war super schön! Das Markenzeichen der Appartments ist der Ausblick von der jeweiligen Terrasse - muss man gesehen haben. Vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang. Das Zimmer ist süß, sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Das Bad ist winzig und nur für 1 Person gleichzeitig benutzbar, was aber nicht störend für uns war. Jurga hat eine Reihe an Tipps für Restaurants und Aktivitäten geboten. Das einzig nervige, wofür Jurga nichts kann, ist der Hahn vom Nachbarn, der alle 15min kräht. Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat und gern lange schläft, könnte das störend sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We loved this Villa so much. The location is perfect, the lovely village with great taverns (we loved eating at Georgia’s traditional tavern. It is a must!). The pool is lovely and the villa itself was so spacious and comfortable, We felt so welcomed by Minoas. The communication was great, Minoas was so helpful with giving us lots of recommendations, helping with every tiny problem we had, even late at night. I cannot recommend this Villa enough. Thank you Minoas for your superb hospitality.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa Georgia mit unseren 2 Söhnen (5 und 7Jahre alt). Besonders hat uns der tolle Garten mit dem beheizten Pool (32Grad) und der Outdoor Küche/Grill gefallen. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt, sauber und alles nötige und noch mehr an Ausstattung war vorhanden und in gut Zustand. Im Ort gibt es 2 Tavernen und einen kleinen Minimarkt (zu Fuß erreichbar), im nächsten Ort am Meer (10min mit dem Auto) gibt es viele Restaurants und auch Supermärkte. Die Ausflugstipps haben uns sehr gefallen, sind aber alle 40min -1h15min von der Unterkunft entfernt. Da Kreta eine so große Insel ist, muss man diese Entfernungen in Kauf nehmen. Peter war immer erreichbar und stand uns mit Tipps zur Seite. Vielen Dank für einen sehr schöne Woche.
