Such a beautiful home! the views were incredible and just like the photos. Costis was very communicative and easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. The local kitties were a huge bonus for us as cat lovers. One momma cat brought us her newborn kittens the day we arrived which was an absolute blessing. If you're looking for a cottage vibe with a killer view and cute little cats to greet you for morning coffee on the patio, this air bnb is the place for you!

We loved staying here so much, we were sad when it was time to leave! The location is ideal. It's situated just a short walk from the beach and the pristine blue waters of the Aegean, the bus stop, and restaurants. Stelios and Eftihia were very friendly and provided a lot of support. They also provide for daily cleaning and fresh sheets every third day. If we ever return to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

Ο χώρος ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφιες, μεγάλο σαλόνι, άνετη κουζίνα, άνετα υπνοδωμάτια και ένα υπέροχο μπαλκόνι με θέα τη θάλασσα. Δύο αλλαγές θα πρότεινα στο σπίτι. Η μία είναι τα στρώματα. παρά πολύ λεπτά με αποτέλεσμα να νιώθουμε τα ξύλα του κρεβατιού όταν κοιμόμασταν και ξυπνούσαμε με πόνο στη μέση. Η άλλη αλλαγή είναι ο απορροφητήρας στη κουζινα θέλει διόρθωση γιατί κάνει πάρα πολύ θόρυβο. Κατά τα άλλα ήταν ένα πολύ όμορφο διαμερισμα με γούστο στη διακόσμηση για ένα κατάλυμα.

Hilfsbereiter Hausverwalter, sehr zuvorkommende und herzliche Besitzerin, die uns wertvolle Tipps gab. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder...

We had the most amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The house was absolutely stunning with breathtaking views that made every morning special. It was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly set this place apart, though, were the incredible hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect. From arranging convenient transportation from the airport in Heraklion to renting us their car—which was spotless and ideal for exploring Crete—everything was seamless and stress-free. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Crete. We can’t wait to come back!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Benny empfangen und haben uns allgemein sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist super, kurzer Weg zum Strand, zwei kleine Supermärkte und ein gutes Restaurant in der Nähe und mit dem Auto ist es zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten auch nicht weit. Die Wohnung selbst war genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und gut geschnitten. Auch die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wenn wir Hilfe benötigten, war Benny gut erreichbar. Falls es mich nochmal nach Kreta verschlägt, komme ich gerne wieder nach Stalida :-)

Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Lokalizacja świetna. Bardzo blisko do plaży (około 7min spacerem z dzieckiem), odpowiednio daleko od imprezowej części Faliraki dzięki czemu jest cicho i spokojnie. Gospodarz bardzo miły i komunikatywny. Odpowiedział nawet na wiadomość o 22, a usterkę naprawiono następnego dnia. Posiadając samochód jest około 20-40minut do największych atrakcji wyspy. Jedyny, nieduży minus za nieuważne posprzątanie kuchni przez co pierwszego dnia przywitały nas mrówki, jednak dzięki środkom czystości pozostawionym w lokalu łatwo się ich pozbyliśmy. Gorąco polecamy to miejsce i tego gospodarza.

A fantastic AirBnb in the heart of Lindos, epic views!! Host was very nice and quick to reply to messages. We felt very comfortable for the week we spent here.

Her şey çok güzeldi, bir daha gelirsek yine burayı tercih ederiz. Banyoda saç kurutma makinesi olsaydı ( bizde bulamamış olabiliriz, Mehmet Bey’e sormadık) kusursuz diyebiliriz :) . Mehmet Bey’e, eşine ve Bulut’a teşekkür ederiz :)

lovely place by the sea with a cute patio and garden. i stayed at the end of the season so it was very private. the kitchen is best well equipped, i was able to make meals. the washing machine is also very useful. everything was clean and nice smelling when i arrived. gözde and evren were very kind and helpful. i would love to stay again!

Kaldığım en iyi Airbnb deneyimlerinden biriydi. Muhteşem bir manzaraya sahip, kendini evinde gibi hissettiğin bir rezidanstı. Ayrıca otel ile bağlantılı olması ve ihtiyaçlarımıza hızlıca yanıt alabilmemiz kendimizi güvende hissettirdi. Resepsiyonda neler yapabileceğimizle ilgili harika tavsiyeler aldık. Ev ise tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılar nitelikteydi. Bodrum’a geleceklere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. O kadar keyifliydi ki tatilimizi biraz daha uzatma kararı aldık. Banyo, yatak odaları ve mutfak malzemeleri tertemizdi. Her şey için teşekkür eder, kalacak herkese iyi tatiller dilerim.

Had a beautiful stay at Dimitrios apartment! Waking up to the sound of the ocean with the sun rising over the mountains behind the Aegean sea was a highlight of my time in Ikaria... Definitely recommend staying here.

Je recommande vivement ce airbnb. L’hôte est adorable, très accueillant et disponible quand on a besoin d’aide/de conseils. À notre arrivée, (aux alentours de minuit) l’hôte nous a rejoint là où nous étions puis nous a accompagné jusqu’au logement. L’appartement était super propre. Ce dernier est placé dans un petit quartier, calme et proche de la capitale. Merci encore à eux ! Je recommande !

L'appartement offre une vue à couper le souffle. Il y a de quoi faire la lessive, et tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. L'endroit est très sauvage et calme. La communication a été facile avec notre hôte. Nous sommes allés manger le soir dans la taverne qu'il nous avait recommandée, et c'était super.

We had a beautiful stay and it was a highlight of our Greece trip. You must have a car to enjoy this stay as you have to drive up a dirt road. However the view, accommodation and the hospitality we received was a 10/10. We hope to come back again one day soon 😍

Wir haben das Apartment am Ende der Saison gemietet. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, obwohl wir nicht alle Vorzüge genutzt haben. Beide Terrassen sind fantastisch, die Betten sehr bequem, das Sofa gemütlich. Der Meltemi blies scharf, so dass wir die Terrassen leider kaum nutzen konnten. Aber wir können das Apartment in jedem Fall einem Paar weiterempfehlen.

As I write this review, I’m on my to work for the first time after our two-week vacation in Greece. It’s dark and already very cold in Oslo, Norway October 17th, 2024. Our vacation was divided into two parts, 10 days was spent in this house and 4 days in Athens. We were stunned by the beauty of Alyki, it was a gift by mother nature, presented carefully and thoughtfully by men, in this case, Christos and his mother Matina. The house was built as we’ve learned, by Matina and her late husband Antonio. The large veranda overlooking the bay/ocean was spectacular! The private beach was 2mins to walk from the house. The house was very well equipped with everything you’ll possibly need. Christos even helped my husband to find a gas canister for his bike rides for him to be able to cook. We were gifted from days 1 to 10. Our daughter Olivia who is just under two loved being here as well. She even got her own swing, we also adored the cat-pany. Christos&Matina, thank you again for everything.

We had a really nice time ! It was a family gathering for us and everybody really enjoyed the stay, from the grandparents to the grandchildren! The hosts were great, very polite and very responsive! We would go back again 🥰. Mary , USA !

Biz 3 kız Gizem hanımın evinde konakladık. Ayvalık'ı hiç bilmeden gelmiştik ancak Gizem hanımın önerileriyle bir sürü yeri kolayca keşfettik. Ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi. İhtiyacımız olan her şey bulunuyordu. Mutfak ve banyo malzemeleri de oldukça yeterliydi. Bir eksiğimiz vardı ve Gizem hanım 20 dakika içinde onu temin edip bize ulaştırdı. Evin konumu da bizim için çok önemliydi ve merkeze yürüyerek 5 dakika olması işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı. Evde en beğendiğimiz kısım terastı. Teras sakin ve huzurluydu. Terasta geçirdiğimiz vakitlerden çok keyif aldık. Bir daha Ayvalık'a gelsek kesinlikle yine tercih etmek isteyeceğimiz bir ev oldu. Gizem hanıma da ilgi alakası için ve misafirperverliği için çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

Maria und Stelios waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und haben uns persönlich beim Check-In empfangen. Auch während des Aufenthalts haben sie sich gekümmert und uns sogar zwischendurch lokale Spezialitäten auf die Terrasse gelegt. Die Wohnung war aussergewöhlich schön. Die Küche ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Auf der großen Terrasse haben wir gerne gegessen und auf dem zusätzlichen, ebenfalls großen Balkon Kaffee getrunken. Terrasse und Balkon sind ausschließlich für die Wohnung und mit genügend Sonnenschutz ausgestattet, der auch Privatsphäre bietet. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Zum Strand sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Dort findet man auch jede Menge Gelegenheiten zum Essen oder Kaffee trinken. Der Supermarkt ist ebenfalls zu Fuß sehr nah. Es gibt zudem unzählige kleinere Supermärkte, Bäckereien und andere Läden in der Nachbarschaft. Alles ist ohne Auto erreichbar. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt sind es ca. 20 Minuten. Wir sind oft mit dem Bus gefahren (5 Min).

Wir haben uns in dem schönen und ruhig gelegenen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt: v.a. der kleine Strand gegenüber hat es uns sehr angetan… Stelios haben wir als einen interessierten und großzügigen Host erlebt - vielen Dank!

Efi's place is highly recommended! It's a good place to be cloce enough to the see and to Athens Airport. She is super friendly and cares about her guests. The house has all the necessaries and the host is always available and supportive. We'll definitely come back, if we will have the opportunity.
