perfect holiday location and house. Beach in reach for 5 min by walk. Some parts of the beach has beach bars, other areas are for you to place your own umbrella. PERFECT 😉 the host is great! garden is great !! We can really recommend for others and we would be very happy to stay another time.

We absolutely loved the villa at Kritinia. Such a stunning setting. Claudia, Roxanne and Ana made us feel completely at home and were helpful at all times. We were a party of 11 with 6 children and they lived in the pool and on the basket ball court. We still had a room spare. Plenty of space for all. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Rhodes. Weather glorious at end of May. Close to a heavenly crystal clear cove (by car 10 mins) and walking distance from the romantic Kritinia castle.

Very nice villa , the best place , so comfortable, big and clean rooms , so beautiful sweeping pol , I will back soon for sure , very nice and kind hosts, they helped with everything and solved our requests within five minutes, recommendations and help were at the highest level, I highly recommend this place to you, you will not regret it. Min kone og jeg og vores to børn på 6 og 8 år havde en super hyggelig efterårsferie i Villa Mytikas. Huset var skønt og poolen var super fin for børn og voksne. Dejligt udeareal, som føles privat selv om det ligger ud til (og lidt hævet over) en lille vej foran, fordi der meget sjældent gik nogle der. Veludstyret køkken. Meget roligt og charmerende nabolag med gåafstand til tavernaer, mindre supermarked og hyggelig bager og frugthandler. Det var lidt svært at finde i mørket ud fra de instruktioner der blev tilsendt os, men ellers super god information og kommunikation med værten.

The place was amazing ! We had a blast. Communication was excellent and the hosts were fantastic. We spent the weekend in the house and we had all the necessities to enjoy our time there

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful luxury home. The management was highly responsive and cleaned and provided new beach towels throughout the stay. We walked 10 minutes to the nearby gorgeous beaches, some of the best on the island, and had no problem ordering taxis/busses daily on iMove app (like Uber) that came very quickly to bring us to Mykonis village and other destinations. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared lots of meals that were eaten on the patio overlooking the ocean. Inside the bathrooms were modern and very attractive and the beds were comfortable with white hotel-linens. We had the best of both worlds, quiet peaceful living in our AirBNB and on nearby beaches, and then fun nights out in the village. Great time for the whole family!

George and his entire team deserve 5 million stars! Working with Sevi, the concierge, prior to arrival to help plan our trip and get recommendations was so helpful and appreciated. Villa Mati is beautiful, tastefully decorated and absolutely pristine. The views were absolutely STUNNING. The amenities of the villa rival those of a 5 star hotel. The daily cleaning service was terrific. I think George and his team are phenomenal and I would stay at one of his villas again without question. George and Antonis were always immediately responsive to questions and provided prompt answers. Also having them able to book transportation was a much appreciated and unexpected perk of staying at the villa. I 100% recommend Villa Mati- I hope to return in the future!

The Alchemy Villa was amazing. Super close to some great restaurants, bakery, shops and bus lines. Not crowded like some of the other towns on Santorini and far enough away from the Cruise ships that it kept it relaxed.. Didn't need a car as we could get to where we wanted with a quick ride on the bus. The town is very walkable and you'll feel right at home. The pool was refreshing, albeit a bit small—but great for a quick dip. Kitchen is well appointed and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch. The private balconies were a great luxury as well. Great trip and hope to come back again to Megalochori.

We had a wonderful stay, the photos do t do it justice. From the initial messages with John, to being welcomed by Toni, to breakfasts by Alex we could not have asked for more as a family. We will definitely be going to this home again and Santorini, it was a really special family time in the most beautiful of settings. We would recommend this to anyone. Having a car was also great to get around the stunning island.

We stayed at Filoxenia for a week in late October 2024. Our first morning we awoke to a lovely view across the hill and to the sea. The villa is situated high in the hills and is very quiet. The descriptions from previous guests and the host are 'bang on' and the villa certainly lives up to expectations and more. It is a 10 minute (max) drive from Kos town and all other destinations, monuments, sunset beaches and airport are a max 30 - 40 minutes. We are a family of 6 and this was perfect for parents and kids alike - lots of space, great garden and pool. Efprepios who manages the property was attentive, proactive and responsive on the one rare occasion needed to contact him. Highly recommend.

Ruben, and his team, made our stay impeccable. From the organised transport from the port, to Ruben and his team meeting us at the top of the stairs to carry our belongings to the room. So friendly and helpful and the most BEAUTIFULLY appointed rooms. So clean, well organised, little details throughout- welcome snack, water, light refreshments through to the softest towels and fluffy pillows. We got married while staying here and Ruben and the team made us feel so welcome and such a relaxing vibe. The pool, multiple spas and amenities were amazing. We had a very early checkout to catch a flight and Ruben organised our transport, was there at 4:30am to help carry our bags and see us off. Honestly this place you couldn’t find better views, staff, rooms, breakfast etc. Didn’t want to leave! And couldn’t recommend anyone staying here enough.

Belle villa, bien équipée, terrasse très agréable (cuisine extérieure, bbq, piscine, etc) , très bien situé (quelques mètres de la plage de Plaka), nécessite un véhicule pour se déplacer aux restaurants, shops, ville, etc. Hôtes disponibles et réactifs, propreté du logement irréprochable, accueil et départ faciles et flexibles.

Such a wonderful Airbnb. Everything as described in the listing. They accommodated us with an early check in and late check out. Maria met us to let us in and show us around. She was very helpful and very easy to text and ask questions. The views are stunning, the home is very clean. I recommend this and would stay again.

In general the Bodrum peninsula has seen a lot of building development. So it was nice to feel a bit removed from all the crowded places. But still have a good restaurant in walking distance and grocery shopping just 5 Minutes by car. A nice and secluded beach was also only 15 Minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed this get away and I painfully miss my peaceful morning coffee out on the terrace looking over the hills and down to the sea.

Idealne miejsce , piękne widoki , cisza , spokój , ogólnie miejsce bardzo urokliwe . Jedyna wadą(nie dla każdego ) że na jednym z pięter tarasu nie było szyb tylko barierki przez które młodsze dzieci mogą wypaść więc trzeba pilnować ale po za tym żadnych zastrzeżeń . Było pięknie ;)

The owner, Panayiota, is a superb host. She communicated proactively, was highly responsive and thoughtful. The villa is well appointed, stylishly decorated, very clean, modern and is air conditioned throughout. The bathrooms are spotless, there was endless hot water with good showers. The kitchen has everything you need should you wish to dine in. There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. The pool is a good size with great sunbeds, parasols and towels. Plenty of places to sit around to chat and relax. The garden ideally set up for families with a small slide and seesaw for the children and adjoins the pool. Indeed the villa is highly suitable for families with children. Panayiota had a cot and toys made available for our 2 year old. The beech is a small walk (5-10 minutes) where there are lots of tavernas and bars to choose from. The beach itself has soft sand, and gentle waves. If you want to go further you will need a car. We strongly recommend.

We absolutely loved staying at Irmak’s home. The house is really comfortable and well equipped. It’s perfect for a group of friends and everyone had their own bathroom. The infinity swimming pool was perfect, although a little fresh when you first jump in in the morning! We were lucky to stay when the citrus fruits were starting to ripen and Irmak allowed us to pick the fruit so we had plenty of fresh oranges. The local communal cats were adorable too, not annoying like they can be in some places. We developed a nice friendship with them! When the sun goes down behind the oak tree at about 4pm we headed to a nearby beach to catch the rest of the day’s sun. The villa is very private, up in the mountains. Irmak is a great host and was super helpful when my friend was bitten by a scorpion. A car is essential and it means you can drive to the amazing restaurants in and around Akyaka. Akyaka is the embodiment of slow travel. The best place ever!

This is a top quality villa. We stayed for 10 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Efrosini was extremely helpful with lots of fabulous local authentic restaurant suggestions. My youngest son needed some antibiotics whillst we were there and she helped us with the pharmacist. We enjoyed several nights eating in, using the BBQ and well equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend hiring a car if you want to get out and about to beaches and the old town of Rhodes although you could rely on taxis. Thank you for such a great holiday - we loved Rhodes.

The place was exactly what we wanted, plenty of space, great pool and surrounds with lots of shade. Great area for games for the kids to kick a ball and play cricket. About 10 min walk to town and restaurants which was perfect. The host was very responsive to every question we asked. The place was very clean and our linen was changed 3 times during our stay. The whole experience could not have been better.
