Excellent communication, home was conveniently positioned and extremely well cared for.

Spacious & comfortable annex with secure parking. Set up to be very dog friendly, water bowl & dog blankets provided, even dog shampoo. Short walk from a great beach & dunes for dog walking. Lots of info for local amenities / attractions. Helpful instructions to locate property. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic time. Bryan’s apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious and very relaxing. It was in a perfect location for exploring the area. Bryn was a great host and recommended some lovely restaurants and places to visit. We will definitely return.

Andrea was a fantastic host, the accommodation was ideal and a 5 min walk from the beach. A nice beach bar which served great food was also at the beach “ very popular “ We are looking forward to are next visit already.

Really great location of the place, right in the centre of town. Hosts were really good, communicated well to us on check in day with key handover. Apartment was clean and earplugs were provided for the outside noise which was minimal. A really fab place to stay, we’ll be booking up again for our next trip.

immaculate apartment, recently refurbished easy walk to all amenities great little coffee place on the beach right outside. could be a little noisy momentarily at night as you can hear neighbours entering/leaving the building. Ideal for a great little visit to Aber x

This place was in the perfect location if you want to stay local to the centre of Barmouth. Had some issues getting into the property but that was user error / me not reading the instructions properly but the hosts answered the phone straight away and came down to help us within a matter of minutes. Looking to come again in the summer and will likely try and book this place again. No complains at all it was a lovely place, good location and the hosts are very friendly

Fabulous location and especially for winter holiday so whatever the weather we could enjoy the view and the sound of the sea. We enjoyed visiting the north of the peninsular and the Ty Coch Inn and also walking along the coast path around the end of the peninsular. We did swim in the sea right outside the apartment. In the summer it would be amazing to be able to swim right from the door. Apartment was a cosy and relaxing place to stay and th kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Everyone loved staying here!

this has to be one of the nicest cottage I've stayed in, had everything you need and surrounded by the amazing views and a lovely river beside the cottage, a big field aswell for my dogs which was great. david was great and replied back to my messages straight away. the cottage it's self is beautiful and I like all the quirky pictures and stuff. also the WiFi was spot on super fast. overall this was great stay and we are already looking to book again for the summer, I would definitely recommend 👍🏻

My sister and I stayed here to attend a white water rafting event in Llangollen. Rosemary was the perfect hostess. Always easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions on how to find the property. She offered helpful information on things to do and places to go. The property itself was absolutely spotless and perfect for two of us. Special mention to the bedding used...my sister absolutely loved how soft and warm it was! The area is perfect for scenic views and close by to shops, restaurants and pubs. I would be delighted to stay here again and would highly recommend. Thank you, Rosemary!

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lesley's. This was our first airbnb experience & was so happy that it exceeded our expectations. It was just what we needed a quiet few days away . The Ffestiniog railway was directly opposite the apartment so it's a must .we went on the mountain spirit which was enough for us . Then we visited Pwllheli & Abersoch . the next day we went to portmerion which is literally 15 minutes away !. The accommodation was really cosy after a busy day out . we had food at yr llong( Pub grub) & yr sqwar which was absolutely delicious & the staff were so friendly . lf you enjoy walking there are so many places to go. unfortunately I couldn't do much walking as I'm waiting for a knee op . we would definitely visit again & explore more places. lesley's apartment is in a perfect location & we would highly recommend it to anyone to visit

We stayed here for 2 nights. The communication was very good and we were checked in on once we arrived. I’d say the only thing we struggled with was parking but this can’t be helped, we parked on Tesco for a short period and then managed to get a space on the long stay car park later on the evening. The house was spotless and the views were lovely. It’s within walking distance to everything and was easy to find. We were very pleased overall and would definitely stay again 😊

The place was very clean and easy to check in to even though we didn’t arrive until 10pm, perfect location if you plan on exploring both Anglesey and snowdonia in one go. The view alone is worth the price you pay

It was a wonderful stay and really peaceful the sun was shinning which meant we sat outside a lot in the small private garden at the back. Everything was close by and the studio was well furnished, clean & tidy. We would 100% stay again

One of the most homely Airbnbs we have stayed in. This flat in Penlan Street is absolutely fantastic. Wendy let us use the parking permit which made parking very easy just behind the property. It is brilliantly placed for Plas Heli sailing centre and has lots of space- we stayed as 1 adult and two 16 year olds. It is brilliantly kitted out with lots of useful little extras, as well as a lovely welcome basket of Welsh treats. It was warm and cosy after the days on the water of largely Welsh liquid sunshine with plenty of hot water and a great separate drying space and washing machine. Thanks for having us.

Really great stay - the owners were kind and welcoming, and the location was perfect, close to all the main Snowdonia attractions. The accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is clean, comfortable and the extras were very much appreciated, thank you Tanya. The location is fabulous, a lovely walk into Llangollen and to many other places. We did a sunset walk to Castell Dinas Bran which was stunning. We were treated to a couple of mornings of steam train entertainment as well which was a bonus. We definitely recommend staying here, it's the perfect base.

Lovely apartment. As described in description and photos. Very modern, spacious and comfortable and very well looked after. Beds were super comfy. Location is right in the heart of Caernafan, some lovely restaurants nearby. Parking was tricky (if you wanted to park close by), especially as it was the weekend but that was stated in the info. As it was very close to pubs and being an apartment above a pub/bar, it was very loud on the weekend evenings when trying to relax with the kids in the living area (we had to turn the tv up pretty loud) but upstairs in the bedrooms was quieter. Overall a lovely stay in a beautiful part of the world.
