Very remote and good break away from it all, around 15 minutes to the closest pub. Definitely worth stocking up on food and drinks to make it a fully remote experience. Great quality hot tub, clean cottage and had everything we needed.

Great place which was well equipped for a few days away. Lovely views and lots to do in the surrounding area!

WOW.... what an amazing property. A beautiful, spacious, country kitchen, with a lovely large table for family meals, greets you as you enter the house. All three bedrooms are really quirkily decorated with very comfy beds and snuggly bedding. The comfortable lounge upstairs is a really nice change. A nice, big couch is great for 'spreading out' and relaxing. There's a TV loads of books and a log burner for cosy fires. The biggest plus for us was the hot tub in its own fully enclosed, stone building in the garden. Perfect for relaxing in after a day's walking and exploring (we did lots including up Snowdon!!!) Again, the room is decorated with loads of quirky,sea themed items along with decorative lights. The whole place is amazing. We loved our few days there and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a break away. Finally, a mention for Helen. Very welcoming, but totally unobtrusive. She made sure she said hello as we arrived and waved us off as well. FANTASTIC!!!

Fabulous stay. The house was perfectly situated for all we wanted to do. You do definitely need a car though. The house was exactly as described and the garden better. Hot tub a welcome extra after a climb of Snowden. Freda was a proactive and responsive host. Good restaurant recommendations Homemade lemon cake, bubbles and flowers were waiting for us. Freda was super flexible and accommodating about check in. I cannot rate this experience high enough. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Gary’s place. He’s a friendly host and it’s a really peaceful location. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony (which is covered, great for all weather) and watching the swans. The place is well-equipped for longer stays and we were able to cooks meals etc. Having two bathrooms was helpful too. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in after days out exploring. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Gary!

Amazing Air BNB- couldn't be happier with this place. 8 of us stayed to celebrate my girlfriends 30th Birthday. House was immaculate, really great dinning and living room spaces, massive dining table and kitchen, perfect for big group meals and socialising. Bedrooms are really great and the house is well decorated. We were meant to go out for dinner the first night but the house was so nice we stayed in!. Caroline was super helpful and accommodating. She got one of the bedrooms changed to a twin on a last minute request to accommodate change in our group. We will definitely back, already looking for the next excuse to book!.

absolutely beautiful stay with Jo at the Yurts. super peaceful and breathtaking views. the only negative things i could say is the yurt is very dark, but you would expect this camping - so take a torch. the hottub takes a long time to heat up and you have to be pretty good firemakers to really get it roaring - it takes 3.5 hours to get it hot. the yurt has everything you could possibly need for camping - and more! the bed is so comfortable and the duvet thick to keep nice and warm. the fire in the yurt is extremely handy and keeps it warm for hours! there are no plugs at the yurt, only USBs so if you want to dry your hair for example or use a normal plug, you do need to use to communal kitchen area. all round - an amazing stay very close to everything! thank you jo xxx

It was absolutely beautiful! Mark even showed us around the other property’s that they offer! It was clean and tidy and they went the extra mile ensuring there were games for my 2 daughters. My girls loved the play ground and played football on the grass area! My dog loved it and due to it being private and secure we could let her off. She even got to play with the owners dogs which she loved! The hot tub was amazing and the site itself was beautiful. We will definitely return.

Karl was waiting for me, when I arrived. Very friendly and informative. Always helpful and even loaned me a rucksack, for my walking, as I had left mine at home. The accommodation is only 10 mins from the Elan Valley reservoirs and the Dark Sky Park. Excellent location Both front and rear gardens have boundaries, so great for letting my dogs investigate securely. I plan to go again, after summer.

We loved staying in the Mill Pond Caravan. The grounds are just stunning! Julie's instructions were very clear, so we found it and got in easily. The caravan is cosy and well equipped. fresh clean towels and bed linens and extra blankets if you get chilly. We had a bit of a wet week weather-wise, so it was great to be able to pop the heating on quickly in the morning to take the edge off. Otherwise, the caravan is warm and dry and cosy. Julie is definitely a super host, very friendly and welcoming. The kids absolutely loved the walk up into the orchard and then back down by the waterfall to follow the mill stream back. Amazing place - Near everything but nice and out of the way. Karen is a great host who is always quick to responding to any questions. The house is beautiful and we always felt glad to get back to it after a nice walk .

Fabulous place with fabulous views and superb location. The photos give you a good idea but it is actually batter in real life! The attention to detail and the extras supplied if you need them are second to none. The place is an absolute gem that they have transformed over the last 13 years or so. Without doubt the best uk holiday home we have ever stopped in. 👏👏

Such a beautiful setting! Celia was a wonderful host, very friendly with fantastic communication and local recommendations. The cabin was delightful, spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a relaxed stay. Hiking out straight from the door we out for the full day and were blessed with wonderful weather. Miss the place already and can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful stay. The views from the cabin were beautiful and the location was extremely peaceful. The perfect base for activities in North Wales (we climbed Snowdon and visited Zipworld). We came as two friends with our teenage boys and we all loved the cabin. The cabin was spotless and the amenities were the best we’ve had. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Great place to have as a base to explore this part of Wales. It was sunny while we were there so didn’t need to use the log burner, but still felt very cosy. Joanna came to visit a couple of times to check if we needed anything, and was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding Snowdon and the local area. Highly recommend !

Good location to explore North Wales. Plenty to do on site too..

The farm was amazing it was spotless and had great amenities that the whole family enjoyed. We have made some absolutely amazing memories to cherish. The farm is suitable for all ages with a number of activities for the children to enjoy in a safe and secure environment. The host themselves were lovely and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was one to remember. The house we stayed in was extremely clean and very spacious it had everything you have at home only it also had 2 separate bathrooms which is very convenient when you have a few of you . Our son turned 4 why we was there Sharon and her husband did everything to make sure he had the best birthday ever he especially liked feeding the lambs . The whole farm is amazing and safe for families which is hard to find these days . We will definitely be returning to make more fantastic memories and be recommending the farm to all our friends and family .Thanks to Sharon and family for a wonderful stay x

We had a lovely 4 day break in Susan’s lovely lodge. It was immaculately clean and had everything you could wish for to make our stay comfortable. It’s in a lovely, quiet part of Glan Gwna. A £5 electricity card purchased from the site shop was enough for our stay. Susan made sure we had all of the information we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation and look forward to our next visit. Thank you so much🤩

Stayed for the weekend with 2 small children and grandparents. The lodge is beautiful, in a fabulous position on site and the most well appointed we have stayed in. Lots of little details that make such a difference when you’re self catering. Jo was such a great host providing very clear instructions which was needed on such a big site. Would definitely return and recommend!
