Amazing accommodation we couldn’t have asked for anything better. It’s finished to such a high standard and felt very luxurious.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Stephen's place. It was very spacious and clean. The view was amazing. Stephen was very good at communication. It was great to have a dedicated parking spot. Since we were staying there midweek at the beginning of April, I assume this is the off-season and so a number of stores and restaurants were closed. However, we were still able to find places to eat. Google maps just wasn't always accurate about what was open. We actually enjoyed the town being quieter. We would gladly stay there again!

A wonderful place to stay at the foot of Snowden. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Lovely touches like tea, milk and biscuits provided on arrival. Would thoroughly recommend.

Peaceful private farmhouse stay, loved the hot tub being ready on arrival plus milk & home made Welsh cakes! Lovely view of sheep and baby lambs over the fence, 15 minutes drive to big Tesco or Aldi plus takeaways. Would recommend for quiet getaway 😍

We loved the layout of this place—upstairs living and downstairs sleeping worked perfectly for us. The floors were quite noisy, but thankfully, with toddlers around, most of our group was already used to a little extra noise! If you're comfortable driving up steep roads, this venue is well worth it. It was wonderfully warm inside, so much so that we didn’t even get a chance to use the fire! There are plenty of activities and adventures within a 15 to 30-minute drive, but the on-site games room is a great option for fun as well. While we didn’t get to explore nearby walks, we noticed plenty of people parked close by, suggesting there’s lots to enjoy in the area. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We’d absolutely recommend this place!

Wow!! The most perfect girly weekend getaway. The cottage is so much more beautiful in person. The hot tub was cleaned and prepped upon our arrival and the property was warm, comfortable and inviting. I wish we stayed a few more days, we felt so relaxed. Host: Katrina was incredibly friendly, kind and responsive. She pretty much left us undisturbed after a warm welcome text, but I’m sure would have been available had we needed her. You can feel the amount of love that’s gone into this cottage - we loved reading abour the reno story in the welcome pack. Location: You’re in the middle of the Welsh countryside so there’s plenty to do for those that love adventure and being outside. We visited Pistyll Rhaeadr which is a 240ft waterfall you can hike to the top of and Lake Vyrnwy. There were really are no cons for us. If I was trying hard to find just one thing I’d recommend, it’s a pergola for the hot tub, so we could of stayed in it in all weather conditions 😂 10/10. Thank you

We'd a fantastic stay with our toddler. The house was perfect for us; kitchen was well-stocked, beds were comfy and the neighbourhood was peaceful. The location is great - a short walk to the co-op and the playground and we only needed the car if going further away. The local area has lots to offer young and active families; we did the parkrun along the river and hired bikes to cycle to Barmouth. Coed y Brenin is a short drive away with lots of walking/cycling trails too. We also had a fun day out on the Tal-y-llyn railway too! Family friendly dinner at the Torrent Walk Hotel was delicious.

Lovely place, ideal for a couple. Well equipped and clean. Just a short walk to the beach and the amenities of Criccieth. Ann was a lovely host.

I have stayed at this apartment multiple times. Richard is proactive, flexible and accommodating. Excellent scenery and quiet neighbourhood. Lots of amenities and well worth the price. Highly recommended!!!

My fiancée and I had a great time staying at Jonathan and Gwen’s place! We had initially booked for our trip to Zip World and decided to hike Yr Wydffa as well and the place was perfect for everything we needed! The popcorn, chocolate, and Prosecco that was provided was such a lovely touch and was greatly appreciated! The flat is in an amazing location and a great place to unwind after a long day exploring. The only little obstacle we faced was seven it came to cooking in the kitchen as the oven/hob situation is quite limited, but not impossible! We managed to make a few meals but weren’t able to cook too much as there wasn’t much space to do so. Aside from this the place was amazing and the cinema room is a great touch, we loved it! Would happily recommend the Welsh Basement Flat for anyone looking for comfort and relaxation amidst the beautiful sites and nature that North Wales has to offer!

A surprisingly private place in the centre of town. Very clean, everything you need to enjoy your stay, and a variety of avian wildlife to watch.

We stayed here as a party of 7 for a friend's birthday, the location was easy to find on a friends iPhone however on Google maps the postcode took us to a holiday lodge a mile up to road, so be careful if using Google maps. Maria was excellent as accommodating the room layouts we needed and instructing us on how to access the building. The bnb itself was lovely, everything was spotless and as described. the pub underneath serves amazing food too, the shop opposite has everything you could need. we would definitely return to this location if and when we're in the area again

Great location! Better for self driving but also walkable. Lovely host! Tracy and Michael are really nice and responsive, and very interesting people! Really felt at home. Lovely meadow and river around, wish we could stay longer. Great thanks to Tracy and Michael, and really love Rogen!!

Great little gem of a place, right on the seafront at Barmouth. We were grateful that Geoff gave us advance notice that we could arrive a bit earlier for checking in, which helped us make the most of our stay. It was lovely to be greeted with a bottle of Prosecco too, a very generous welcome. The place is lovely, is exactly as described, it was quick to heat up after we arrived (we visited in February), the facilities seemed great, although we didn’t do any cooking during our stay. Bed was comfy, although at 6’4”, I found it a little small for me. Bathroom is lovely, plenty big, very clean and everything works well. The location is brilliant - you can see the sea and it’s a short walk to both the beach and the town, including Barmouth’s pubs and restaurants. Barmouth is a beautiful little seaside town, with its long beaches, mountainous backdrop, great places to eat and drink - it’s massively underrated. Geoff was very friendly and responsive, I would recommend and we will stop again

This place was perfect for a couple of days cycling and walking around Anglesey. The apartment was comfortable and very clean and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The pub a few doors down was a bonus too and we had a nice mea there. Thanks to Rebecca for good information and being responsive about accomodating our bikes. The view from the front window was fantastic.

This was our third stay at Susan and Pete's place and, as always, everything was perfect. They really do go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The apartment is very cosy and everything you might need for your stay has been thought of. The surrounding gardens are lovely and it was nice to be able to sit out on the terrace in the evening after a day exploring the local area. We were lucky enough to get a few visits from one of the red squirrels as well!

We had a wonderful stay. Maranne is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. The flat was nicely decorated and very clean with a well equipped kitchen and an amazing view. We recommend staying at Maranne's accomodation.

The house was beautiful, light and spacious with an idyllic view over the mountains estuary and Barmouth bridge. It was only a 5 mins walk to the centre so it was away from the bustle of town centre. There is a little beach across the road as well and then large sandy main beach of Barmouth. Highly recommend a meal at The Last when staying here . The food is always brilliant!

A fantastic spot for the town. Nothing was too far away anything. It has a great outdoor patio area where you can sit and enjoy the river view. Inside is very well appointed, clean and tidy. A true home from home
