Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt am Strand in einer ruhigen Lage. Man wacht jeden Morgen mit Meerblick auf und kann auch Nachts die Wellen rauschen hören. Die Zufahrt zur Wohnung mit dem Auto ist nur mit einer Karte möglich, welche man beim Check-In direkt mit erhält. Wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit, früher einzuchecken. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem kleinen, abgelegenen Ort mit wenigen Bars und Restaurants. Dies sollte man bedenken, wenn man die Unterkunft bucht. Alles in allem kann ich diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würde diese noch einmal buchen

Appartement propre, bien situé, fonctionnel, proche des commerces, restaurants, de la plage, des bus. Alejandro nous attendait à l’appartement avec bouteilles de vin et eau. Il est à l’écoute, très réactif, donne les informations souhaitées Vue imprenable face à la mer. L bruit des vagues va nous manquer. A recommander et aux futures vacances

Überragend schöne Lage! Ruhige Nachbarn (zumeist Eigentümer). Gute Grundausstattung! Couch kann spielend leicht in Bett umgewandelt werden. Stets angenehme Kommunikation mit Nathalie/Eric/Katharina möglich und zügige und freundliche Reaktion (zB bei schlecht funktionierendem Abfluss im Spülbecken des Bades kurzfristig Handwerker geschickt, der einige Verbesserung erzielt hat). Kleines Manko, dass das Fenster des Schlafzimmers konstruktionsbedingt nicht direkt nach Außen führt sondern durch die Küche. Die Ruhe und die Lage mit faszinierenden Sonnenuntergängen hat alle Kleinigkeiten ausgeglichen.

Elena contesta muy rápido ante cualquier duda. Lo más destacable del alojamiento es su ubicación al estar a 10 min a pie de Santa Catalina y a 1 min de la playa de las Canteras. Es pequeño al estar todo en un único espacio, pero si quieres estar en familia y disfrutar de las fiestas o de la ciudad, es un alojamiento perfecto. Gracias Elena.

Juan ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Wir haben uns in der Wohnung gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, mit Blick aus das Meer von Wohnzimmer und Balkon aus. Die Zimmeraufteilung empfanden wir ideal und die Ausstattung der Küche war für uns super. Der Eingang der Anlage war ideal, um zu sämtlichen Geschäften und zum Markt zu gelangen und der Hinterausgang führt direkt auf die Promenade zum Meer und wir konnten sowohl nach rechts, als auch nach links zu unseren Lieblings- Restaurants zu Fuß gemütlich gehen. Vielen Dank für alles lieber Juan. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We verbleven er met 2 gedurende 2 weken in Januari. Gelegen in een rustige buurt, in een groot, afgesloten wooncomplex op 5' wandelen van een supermarkt en op 15' van het Meloneras strand. Het huis zelf is prima en praktisch ingericht, er is veel extra materiaal (speelgoed, fietsen, parasol, bodyboard,…) dat je mag gebruiken. Zeker voor gezinnen is het geschikt. In het wooncomplex wonen ook veel gezinnen. De meeste straatjes in het complex zijn autovrij. Isabel en zoon Gabriel ontvingen ons hartelijk bij aankomst. Richard bezorgde ons een hoop adresjes van restaurants en winkels evenals tips voor activiteiten. De communicatie verliep heel vlot. Wat ons vooral beviel : -de mogelijkheid om zowel in de zon als schaduw te zitten aan het huis, -het ommuurde voortuintje (privacy), -de veranda, -rustige ligging zwembad, -de garage. Wij kunnen het alleszins aanbevelen! Tip: Het is een oudere smart-tv waarmee je niet kan casten met Google Home. Een HDMI-kabel naar onze laptop loste dat op.

Olga is great host, she welcomed and suprised us with Spanish ommelette which was nice and tasty! great view, quiet small village, having a car is a must! As just expected! Mucho Gracias! 5*****

We had a lovely stay at this bungalow, beautiful location, lovely garden with private terrace for sunbathing and eating outside. Fabulous sea view. Private secure parking , fabulous location for a quiet break. Francesco was lovely and very responsive if needed . Thank you Francesco , we will be back 😄

Fantastic house on a small street within easy walking distance both to the sandy beach and to the rocky beautiful area off the town. Very friendly hosts, always responsive. And the house itself - brand new, very comfy beds, fully equipped and very spacious, with the “inner terrace” with jacuzzi a great highlight. Definitely recommended!

A wonderful spot for a Winter Sun break. The pictures do not do the place or view justice. Apartment is very well equipped & Roberto is a super helpful & responsive host. Excellent location with beaches and many restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Apartment is in a very private, peaceful complex with swimming pool just a few steps from your door. Sunny balcony from lunchtime to sunset! Wonderful!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet: besonders die elektrisch verstellbaren Stühle sind der Wahnsinn! Ebenso ist alles sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet! Am Abend kann man Sonnenuntergänge aus dem Wohnbereich genießen! Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar! Zen ist ein sehr toller Gastgeber! :) Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Thanks to Virginia for letting us share this little bit of paradise. The communication from start to finish has been first class and the restaurant recommendations were much appreciated. The apartment was fabulous and in a perfect quiet location. The views of the sunrise each morning were something we will never forget. We have enjoyed the holiday so much that we plan on returning to this apartment.

Een geweldig huis op een prima locatie. Rustige buurt met wel van tijd tot tijd wat blaffende honden. Dit heeft ons niet veel gestoord en wij houden toch echt van rust. 's Nachts was het muisstil. Echt alles was aanwezig wat je je maar kon bedenken. Keuken volledig ingericht. Brandschoon en zeer gezellig ingericht huis. Je voelt je meteen thuis. Bedden vonden wij heerlijk, lekker geslapen. De buitenruimte is mega groot en mooi met een heerlijke jacuzzi. Half maart kon je vanaf 9.00 tot 18.00 een plekje in de zon opzoeken. Als je liever in de schaduw zit kan dat ook gedurende de dag. Er zijn verschillende zitjes en stoelen. Je hebt geen uitzicht vanuit de tuin, omdat deze hoog ommuurd is. Voordeel is wel dat je heel privé zit. Een auto is wel zeer aan te bevelen. We hadden altijd een parkeerplek bij het huis. De host is een lieve vrouw die ons al op stond te wachten en alles in huis liet zien. Wij vonden het zo mooi dat we voor november en maart 2026 weer hebben geboekt.

Fantastico weekend! La casa è in ottima posizione, in una zona tranquilla vicina ad un centro commerciale ed a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Katia ci ha fatto trovare l’alloggio pulito e ordinato, è stata molto disponibile ed amichevole. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare

We have just returned from a lovely week away in Carmens apartment. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a self catering holiday. Lots of added extras oils,seasoning, Foil, cling film, kitchen roll etc. The wine and water were gratefully received 😊. Communication from Carmen was exceptional and when I requested a taxi to take us to the airport this was organised promptly. The complex is lovely excellent pool and lots of sun beds, easy access to the beach. A few restaurants and supermarkets close by and a bigger selection in Bahia Feliz which is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk away along the coast or 5 mins by bus. I would fully recommend booking and will be likely to return in the future

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Alicias Appartment! Wir waren mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter für 2 Wochen da und haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Hochstuhl und Reisebett wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Da unser Flieger Verspätung hatte, könnten wir erst 3h später in der Unterkunft sein. Das war überhaupt kein Problem: Eka, die "housekeeping" Dame, hat uns freundlich und warmherzig in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war super sauber und gut ausgestattet! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und können dieses Appartment in dieser Anlage vor allem Familien mit kleinen Kinder empfehlen. (Umzäunte Anlage mit wenig Treppenstufen, komplett umzäunter (jedoch unbeheizter) Pool inkl Kinderbecken, ruhige Umgebung, Lage direkt am Strand, nur 20min zum Flughafen mit dem Auto)

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dem eben erst renovierten Appartement. Vor allem die gut ausgestattete Küche und das schöne geräumige Badezimmer haben uns gut gefallen. Das Schlafzimmer ist durch ein kluges Schiebetüren-System angenehm ruhig und gut abzudunkeln. Wir haben die Wohnung u.a. zum Arbeiten genutzt – da sich nebenan eine Schule und ein Kindergarten befinden, war es tagsüber oft etwas lauter (zum Arbeiten am besten Noise Cancelling Kopfhörer mitbringen). Die Lage in direkter Strandnähe ist hervorragend. Wir können das Appartement jedem empfehlen.

We spent 4 weeks here in January/February. We were met by Silvia’s father Gilberto who was kind and helpful. Silvia was great at communicating. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and Silvia had provided a welcome pack of fruit, juice, water, ham and cheese, cooking essentials. WiFi was excellent, I was able to work. The balcony is in the shade during the winter but it was lovely to sit in the cool looking at the beautiful view of the sea and hearing it crash on the shore. There is a great pool and communal sunbathing area where you can lie in the sun overlooking the beach. The location of Playa del Águila is very quiet and peaceful, one good restaurant a few minutes walk away. It was a flat 20 minutes walk along the front to Bahia Feliz which has a beach bar and about 5 good restaurants. It is more of a strenuous walk to reach San Agustin which has plenty of bars and restaurants. The bus stop is a few minutes away with excellent service along the coast. Loved our stay.

I've had a great stay in the heart of Las Palmas! The apartment is perfectly located, in the best area of the city, 1min walk to the beach and maybe 5 to Santa Catalina. With a supermarket across the street and plenty of good restaurants around. The apartment was very clean, but the best experience was the communication with Verónica and Martín - I came here not only for vacation but for work and the stable and fast internet connection was very important for me. On the day of my arrival something broke (on the provider's side), but the hosts were extremely engaged to resolve this issue quickly with the internet provider company. Overall a very pleasant experience and great communication. Thank you! The only downside: sometimes it gets a bit loud in the apartment, since it's a busy area and the walls are pretty thin. But nothing deal breaking +you can expect that on the center of the city. I'll be happy to come back in the future. :)

Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet und gereinigt. Da die Müllbox vor dem Haus komplett zerstört war, mussten wir erst einmal Entsorgungsmöglichkeiten suchen. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, die Lage des Appartements war super.
