Agia Irini : locations de villas de vacances

Très jolie vue et vastes terrasses extérieures permettant d’avoir plusieurs espaces de vie en fonction du moment de la journée. Belle piscine et Grand barbecue. Grands volumes pour notre groupe, nous avons étions 3 familles. Le ménage avec changement de draps et serviettes tous les 4 jours est très appréciable. La décoration intérieure est rustique mais tout est propre. Quelques vétusté de matériaux (salle de bains et lave vaisselle…) mais des intervenants et une équipe réactive dès qu’on les sollicite pour un problème. Le mini market est à 10mn en voiture et il y a 3 plages à proximité avec restauration. Maria notre hôte a organisé la réservation des ferrys pour nous. Nous avons adoré nos vacances.

This villa is very well equipped and boasts a lovely view! We really appreciated the clear communication and ease of booking with Konstantino. Photos on the listing accurately show just how beautiful this villa is! We found that having a vehicle was absolutely necessary - it is a bit of a drive to the port town on a dirt road :)

The villa is beautiful the pictures do not do justice. It is decorated beautifully, its clean and fully equipped. The patio and pool are heavenly very private and serene. The property boasts aircons on every room and 3 tvs to keep the children busy if needed. The road to the villa requires a car and night time driving has to be slow and careful but was not an issue for us. The host is superb responsive and super kind. We arrived late due to boat cancellations and there was a receptionist waiting for us to show us around And make sure we are comfortable. I highly recommend this 5 star property weather its for family or romantic couples holiday. Thank u for everything Giorgos and Aurellia

We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy and clean. Also the location was great, two minutes by walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back!

Η διαμονή μας στο σπίτι δίπλα στη θάλασσα στην Κέα ήταν πραγματικά αξέχαστη. Από τη στιγμή που περάσαμε το κατώφλι, καταλάβαμε ότι είχαμε βρει τον ιδανικό προορισμό για την οικογένειά μας. Η θέα προς τη θάλασσα ήταν απλά εκπληκτική. Κάθε πρωί, ξυπνούσαμε με τον ήχο των κυμάτων και την αίσθηση της αλμυρής αύρας που μας γεμίζει με θετική ενέργεια. Οι ηλιόλουστες μέρες τις περνούσαμε απολαμβάνοντας τη θάλασσα από τη βεράντα μας, ενώ τα βράδια αφιερώναμε στο να παρακολουθούμε το ηλιοβασίλεμα με θαυμασμό. Η κατοικία ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που είχαμε φανταστεί. Το γεγονός ότι ήταν δίπλα στη θάλασσα και είχε μια όμορφη πισίνα την έκανε ακόμα πιο ελκυστική. Τα παιδιά μας απόλαυσαν ατελείωτες ώρες παιχνιδιού στην πισίνα, ενώ η εμπειρία τους από την παραλία ήταν απλά αξεπέραστη. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Κάθε γωνιά αντανακλούσε την προσοχή που δίνεται στη λεπτομέρεια και την φροντίδα για την άνεση των φιλοξενουμένων.

Semaine magique passée dans une villa élégante et authentique, à quelques mètres seulement de la mer et dans un environnement enchanteur. Le plus ? L’immense gentillesse des propriétaires qui nous ont magnifiquement accueillis et se sont montrés très disponibles tout au long du séjour, pour quelque sujet que ce soit. Médaille d’or !

Villa Juno is a beautiful house with breathtaking views and an amazing pool. We loved our stay there, and felt privileged every night to sit on the amazing terrace watching the sun go down. All the bedrooms are equally nice and spacious and it suited our family of eight perfectly. We were there in May/June and it was hot and the sea was warm enough to swim, but there were hardly any other people on the lovely beaches. We loved walking around the old town and visiting the beaches. We would recommend a 4x4 for easy access to the house and some of the beaches.

Esperienza bellissima Kalliope super gentile e sempre disponibile Tutto perfetto, dal vivo la villa è anche meglio che in foto. Eravamo 12 ragazzi e siamo stati da re, ottima location per rilassarsi ma anche per fare cene e grigliate, la zona esterna con tavolo e barbecue è stupenda, per non parlare della piscina, ottimo luogo per rilassarsi o come alternativa alla spiaggia. Luoghi puliti e arredati in maniera impeccabile. Soggiorno fantastico

Wir waren mit der Wohnung super zufrieden. Der Blick aufs Meer ist einzigartig und in den Betten hat man super geschlafen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto und in der Küche hat auch nichts gefehlt. Wir können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Kiki est une hôte très attentionnée, prévenante et disponible... aux petits soins pour que les vacances se passent au mieux. Elle nous a recommandé un taxi entre l'aéroport et Lavrio, une location de zodiac et nous a même trouvé une maison pour la dernière nuit à Kéa, complétant la disponibilité de sa maison. La villa est grande, très propre et parfaitement équipée . La terrasse est particulièrement agréable avec du mobilier confortable. Une mention +++ pour la piscine qui est extraordinaire ! Elissavet is a wonderful host, very responsive and responsible. Unfortunately we did not receive the exact gps coordinates prior to trying to get to her place, so we struggled finding it, but she instantly solved this, when she realised we did not have the exact location. We took our family and our dog to the house and we had such a wonderful time. The house is nice to fit 6 people. The outside is perfect, the view, the various places to sit and relax, the outside dining area. I think we were the first visitors of the season. All the pillows had brand new covers. The kitchen was lacking a few appliances (4 table knives for 6 people), but that probably had to do with the start of the season. We really loved our stay and the helpful host.

This place is a gem. The house has top class amenities and the terraces/swissiming pool have incrediblde views and plenty of different furnitures to chill. There is even an extra shadow area beside the pool not shown in the pictures. The sea is litterally 50 meters away. In 30 seconds you are in pristine cristal waters with amazing rocks. Perfect for a morning wake up swim or snorkeling session. We just spent 1 week there and we barely heard any noise other than the one from the sea and the wind. Moreover, Kea is a wonderful island with his own charme not yet impactes by mass tourism! If you are looking for a place to relax and get away of stressful days, don't go elsewhere and book a stay here! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Irini’s place is a real gem, a paradise on earth! If you are looking for peace of mind and relaxation this is the place to be! The house is very well equipped and only 5 minutes from Kea’s town where you can find anything you need. It’s definitely a 5* recommendation!

Andreas house is outstanding. Very quiet location, yet only a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beach on the island as well as the bustling towns of Korissia, Vourkari and Ioulis. Plus spectacular sea views and sunsets of all colors. The house is perfectly furnished and equipped (the ceiling fans saved our nights), not too impersonal, but not too much private either. You feel like you are staying with friends. Andreas and Eirini are always responsive and very, very friendly. And last: The photos can only approximate the house - it is much better!
