Very authentic and nice Greek place! Not in a very touristy neighborhood but very close to the subway station. Even if not mentioned there is AC in the living room which was highly appreciated! Theodoris was a super host, I highly recommend.

Andriano’s place was perfect for our mini break in Athens. Very well located to some of the main areas with lots of choice for bars and restaurants nearby. Thank you!

Lovely, spacious and very clean apartment. Thelma is very responsive to questions and is an extremely friendly host 😊 The neighbourhood is relatively peaceful and the apartment is very easy to find. The location is also easy in terms of getting to see the sights of Athens. Remember to bring earplugs for a peaceful sleep, as the traffic on the same street is rather noisy. All in all, a very good stay and we highly recommend 👌

τρομερη η φιλοξενια του κυριου Γιαννη , τρομερο διαμερισμα με πολυ μερακι , μας πηγε με το αμαξι του στο wine tour Που ειχαμε κλεισει , νιωσαμε σαν το σπιτι μας . επισης ξεχασαμε κατι στο διαμερισμα και ηταν προθυμος απο μονος του να μας το στειλει με μεταφορικη . σιγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκευτουμε

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στον Πόρο. Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε ιδανική , ήσυχη τοποθεσία ,πεντακάθαρο και ήταν ακριβώς όπως στην περιγραφή της καταχώρησης. Ο Νικόλας και η μητέρα του ήταν απολύτως επικοινωνιακοί και πρόθυμοι να συνδράμουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε με συμβουλές και κατατοπιστικές πληροφορίες. Με την άφιξή μας είχαν προνοήσει για κρύα εμφιαλωμένα νερά και παγάκια στο ψυγείο ,καθώς και μια ποιοτική σπιτική λεμονάδα για να φρεσκαριστούμε. Επίσης μας έδωσαν την ευκαιρία της ευέλικτης αναχώρησης και γενικά ήταν από τους οικοδεσπότες που τιμούνε τη φιλοξενία και σε κάνουν να αισθάνεσαι σαν να βρίσκεσαι σε οικείο χώρο. Η οργανωμένη παραλία ήταν στα 50 μέτρα απόσταση και δίπλα υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ και φούρνος για τις αγορές τελευταίας στιγμής. Στα υπέρ του χώρου το ιδιωτικό ασφαλές πάρκινγκ και η απίστευτη θέα από τις δύο βεράντες. Γενικά θα πρότεινα στους δυνητικά υποψήφιους μελλοντικούς ενοικιαστές να μην χάνουν το χρόνο τους αναζητώντας που θα μείνουν στο νησί......

Great view! Extraordinary location. 6 large bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living areas, complete barbecue area, large terrace overlooking the sea. Highly recommend!

Πολύ ωραιο διαμερισμα σε τρομερη τοποθεσια, 2 λεπτα με τα ποδια απο το μετρό. Το σπιτι καθαρο και πληρως εξοπλισμενο και ο οικοδεσποτης διαθεσιμος να βοηθησει στο οτιδηποτε!

Lovely place with a personal touch that makes it feel immediately like a home. Yannis was responsive, lovely, helpful and always available to assist with any question no matter how trivial. Staying at this place felt like being locals, which made our family stay in Aegina a special, cosy and memorable time. We are eternally grateful and cannot recommend this host and his unique place warmly enough. Thank you Yannis!

I loved the place. It was beautifully decorated, spotless and the patio was just like in the pictures (minus some decorational lamps). We had a great time. It’s a few minute walk to the beach and to the store. The whole island has a very chill vibe and everyone was superfriendly. Thank you

Lovely host and beautiful place. Child friendly and secure. Very clean and the host was very helpful with instructions in getting there. Had a big bag of pomegranates as a gift which was great. We went at the end of October and it was cold at night but there were extra blankets and air con with heat function and it was ok for a weekend but not for long in the cooler months. Spotless clean. Highly recommend. Short and easy drive to Nafplio but out of the way for a quieter time from the bustle of the city.

We had an awesome stay here! Lots of shops/restaurants within walking distance, and also close to the tram/metro/bus so it was easy to get into the heart of Athens. The private parking was amazing -- finding parking within Athens can be such a battle so it was wonderful to have a guaranteed (and gated!) spot for our rental. Also awesome to be able to do laundry in the middle of our trip. This house is exactly as described and very comfortable. Amazing stay, we'll be back for sure!

Myrsini as a person, my partner and I fell in love with. She reminds me of my mother lol. She's very spunky, proactive, personable, and responds to your messages immediately. The apartment itself is exactly as in the pictures, views and all. Getting into the building wasn't a question because Myrsini was waiting for us. The apartment is on the fifth floor, but there's nothing to worry about because there is an elevator- its an interesting one, in a positive way. The location of the apartment is good for families because there is a small park right across, within the church's space. There are some local restaurants, a really nice seafood restaurant, grocery stores, and several coffee shops, all within walking distance. Transportation was also pretty easy; trains, buses, and the hop on hop off buses were within a five minutes of the apartment. Honestly, I'm a little sad I didn't stay a little longer.

Konstantinos is located in a peaceful and safe part of Athens. The apartment is in very nice condition, the pictures are not deceiving. He is a very kind host, always quick to respond and even provided food and toiletries. There is a Lidl about 10 minutes walk away, where you can buy cheap groceries. I highly recommend staying in Athens if you don't mind the city centre being a bit far away. The 40 bus is calculable and the metro is close by too. And Athens and Greece are wonderful, needless to say. And let's not forget the lovely cats :)

My family and I highly recommend this wonderful apartment and its absolutely amazing host Erik: + the apartment was spotlessly clean and well-prepared for our arrival; + it has a huge balcony which our dog loved the most, a big fridge, a very modern washing machine, it is spacious, super comfortable and beautiful; + the location is convenient and the neighbourhood itself is very safe, quiet and so cozy; + the most important advantage of this apartment is its host Erik who is definitely a superstar :) among hosts: fantastically hospitable, attentive to details, very polite and easy-going! L'appartement de Panagiotis était exactement ce que nous recherchions. Avec des enfants en bas age, nous avions tout le nécessaire pour apprécier notre voyage dans le calme après des journées de découvertes d'Athènes parfois houleuses avec les petits loups. Équipements, literie, vue tout était top ! Les conseils de notre hôte valait aussi le détour.

Loved this place and would stay again if I'm back in the area. the beds were clean, comfortable and there were extra blankets if needed. Her recommended taxi driver was exceptional and provided a privare tour of Athens at a very reasonable cost. The apartment is within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Also close to the Parthenon. The patio/terrace was a welcome place to relax outdoors. We were also accommodated with our early check-in. It was a great stay for the few days we were there, wish it could have been longer.

Eleni's condo is everything she says it is, and even more. It is a penthouse at the top of a tall residential building, which means that you have total privacy. The views are phenomenal: not just of the Acropolis, but also of Lykavittos Hill and Philopappos Hill. There is comfortable furniture on the balconies where you can sit and ponder these views for hours. The house is exactly as advertised: cozy, recently renovated, and well-equipped. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is very well designed with a great shower. The kitchen is well-stocked and highly functional. The neighborhood is one of the best I've stayed in in 10 years of visiting Athens regularly; the street is quiet and low-traffic, there are eateries and shops of all kinds within 10 minutes (including the not-to-be-missed Tzatzos Bakery), and it's close to the major monuments and attractions of the city. Questions and issues were handled within minutes via the messenger function in the app.

Es gibt nur Positives zu berichten. Wir haben in Thanassis Penthouse zu 7 gewohnt (3 davon waren Kinder). Raumaufteilung war für diese Konstellation ideal: Unten gibt es 2 Doppelzimmer und im oberen Stock eine schönen großen Bereich für die Kinder! Besonders bezaubernd war der atemberaubende Blick, den man von jedem Punkt der Wohnung aus hatte. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Zuletzt möchte ich noch die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft und hilfreiche sowie schnelle Kommunikation mit Thanassis erwähnen! Die Lage war für uns ideal: nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer und Spielplatz entfernt und gleichzeitig nahe bei der Straßenbahn um schnell ins Zentrum zu gelangen! Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl und rundum bestens versorgt gefühlt! Absolute Empfehlung!
