We had an amazing stay! It was suuuper clean and spotless, and the location couldn't be better—close to everything yet peaceful. Honestly, it's underpriced for such a gem. Claude was super responsive to messages, making everything easy. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Great trip for our little Family

Ein schöner Platz um ein paar Tage in Athen und Umgebung zu verbringen. Die Wohnung von Lia hat alles was man braucht, war sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke an Kostas für den informativen Empfang. Wir empfehlen Lias Apartment gern weiter.

We had an amazing time. Everything was great we were picked up arranged through Bill and Helena which was excellent Niki (our driver) was full of information and so friendly . Let us in the apartment and showed us everything. We felt very welcome and had everything we needed . The area was lovely short walk to beach which I absolutely loved . Shops and restaurants nearby. Shower was lovely air conditioning great .Helena was so hopefully and managed to arrange a late check and arranged our journey back to airport. Again this was done brilliantly with lovely friendly (forgotten name sorry) lady who was great we chatted all the way. I felt so welcome and would definitely stay again . Thank you ❤️

We had a great time. The apartment is spacious and stocked very well for a short or a long stay. It’s like home away from home. Close to the beach, bakery, supermarket, shops. Saronida is a very walkable town. Sofia was very responsive and helped us with all our questions and all requests (we are typically not that demanding!) so it was very much appreciated, especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The only thing that takes get used to is that most of Attica’s shoreline has the main road so if you want the sea view, you hear the cars. It was not a problem to sleep due to the double windows and little traffic at night but I am sensitive to the noise and it took time to get used to when enjoying the beach or the balcony during the day.

Apartment worked very well for us, good location, nice apartment and Caroline was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Thank you and hopefully we will be back!

Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt, um ans Meer zu gelangen oder einen Spaziergang in den Hügeln zu unternehmen. Vasiliki antwortet sehr zuverlässig und freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Ήταν όλα πεντακάθαρα η γειτονιά πολύ ήσυχη το καλό επίσης είναι ότι διέθετε διπλές πετσέτες και μπουρνούζι για το τζακούζι ,που αλλά καταλύματα δεν το παρέχουν αυτό και θεωρώ ότι είναι πολύ σημαντικό. Το μόνο που θα άλλαζα κατά την άποψη μου που είναι και υποκειμενικο είναι η αλλαγή τηλεόρασης για καλύτερη ανάλυση όλα εξαιρετικά κατά τα άλλα!!

Vaso was an outstanding host—kind, generous, and thoughtful. She greeted us on arrival, showed us around, and left fresh fruits, snacks, drinks, and a delicious homemade dessert. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Vaso went above and beyond, even driving us to the grocery store and arranging our airport pickup. She checked in regularly to ensure we were comfortable. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, easily accessible through a safe tunnel. The outdoor space is beautiful, perfect for families. Highly recommend!

Our stay was simply excellent. The place was perfect, even better than the photos, and the location near the beach was truly special. Every day we would just walk for a couple of minutes to the beach which was so beautiful and really fun to have nearby. Giannis was a very generous host, super communicative and genuinely very kind and helpful. We would love to come back to this place again and have noted it as one of our favourite places to have a holiday.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ καλή κ ο Παναγιώτης πάντα πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει κ να μας βοηθησει ακόμη κ όταν του ζητήσαμε μια διευκόλυνση στις ώρες άφιξης κ αναχώρησης . Σίγουρα αν ξανάρθω Πειραιά θα επιλέξω αυτό το διαμέρισμα,γιατι παρέχει τα πάντα,μια τέλεια κουζίνα με ολες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές κ μια βεράντα με θέα τα βράχια της Πειραϊκής..Παναγιώτη κ Ναταλια σας ευχαριστουμε για όλα κ να παραμείνετε παντα ετσι ,ευγενικοί κ καλοσυνατοι άνθρωποι!!

The house has all the amenities provided on the description. The rooms and all the spaces in general were clean and tidy which consisted a perfect place for a family stay such as my own. The area was also very quiet and peaceful. The host was very friendly and eager to help us with every need and inquiry. He also provided info about the local restaurants and places to go. All in all I totally recommend it!

Maria and Manolis place is an awesome and well-equiped place in Athens! Hosts were very responsive and quick to solve any issues. Beware you will definitely need a car or another private transport due to the more isolated nature of the place.

Come to Athens to see the Acropolis but you will remember Dionysis’s place. It is a destination you do not want to miss. Dionysis has thought of everything and more to ensure you are delighted with your stay. The foundation of this experience rests on the studio’s location on the rooftop. It is quiet with expansive views, welcome breezes and a stunning rooftop terrace to enjoy. Book it. I highly recommend! Keith and Kelly

Konstantinos is located in a peaceful and safe part of Athens. The apartment is in very nice condition, the pictures are not deceiving. He is a very kind host, always quick to respond and even provided food and toiletries. There is a Lidl about 10 minutes walk away, where you can buy cheap groceries. I highly recommend staying in Athens if you don't mind the city centre being a bit far away. The 40 bus is calculable and the metro is close by too. And Athens and Greece are wonderful, needless to say. And let's not forget the lovely cats :)

Wir waren grundsätzlich zufrieden. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, leider haben wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber den Co-Gastgeber. Und dieser hat uns alles Wichtige in und an der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Einziger Nachteil, die Wohnung liegt an der Riviera-Straße und die war sehr laut. Wenn man die Fenster nicht schließen möchte und auf die Klimaanlage verzichten will, dann wird es unruhige Nächte geben. Alles andere war super, Bus, Straßenbahn und Strand sowie Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man unkompliziert mit Bus und Bahn. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist diese Wohnung und deren Inhaber absolut empfehlenswert.

We are Americans who came for a wedding and didn’t know what to expect. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building (has an elevator, but we didn’t use) and very quaint and clean. Afrofiti was a pleasure to work with - extremely responsive and worked with us to help us check-in a bit early and drop our luggage off. There’s a washer in the unit, the water pressure is fantastic, and the windows/AC units give you plenty of options for temperature adjustments. There’s a market open 7 days a week right around the corner and a 5 minute walk to main square where you can find restaurants and coffee shops. We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back to this sleepy little beach town.

Booked Niko’s place last minute and he was able to accommodate me within short notice. The view was unreal and so worth it! Tons of cafes and shopping available nearby. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

The apartment is very cute and has a huge terrace. It has everything that you need and more. The bed is very comfortable and its quiet at night. Achilles is very friendly and helps you with everything. I would definitely stay there again. The restaurants are just around the corner and the beach is very nice! Had the perfect stay!

A wonderful and cosy appartment next to Varkiza beach front. Very quiet area to relax at without any disturbances.

I was in touch with Veronica since June when I was booked another listing of her. For unforeseen circumstances we couldn’t make it and she was nice enough to wish as well and refund the amount paid. I promised her one day when I’m back to Athens I’ll stay at her because of her kindness and professionalism and here we are after 6 months my father and I had a great time staying and dealing with her.
