The place is simple but great, it has everything you need. It is spacious and an excellent price, location. Very good value for money. Also, very good and easy communication with the host. Totally recommended.

We had a great stay here with family from age 1 to grandparents. The family really enjoyed the pool. There was a baby chair available however no gate for the stairs for kids but we moved the couch and tables to cover the gaps. Perfect location for a quiet holiday with short drive to shops and restaurants.

Wir können uns den Empfehlungen der anderen Gäste nur anschließen. Das Haus ist super. Gut gelegen, sowohl zur Stadt hin als auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung vor allem an die Nordküste. Auch ist es gut ausgestattet, besonders hervorzuheben ist das große Schlafzimmer sowie das stylische Badezimmer. Alles genauso wie auf den Bildern. Wir wurden mit Wein und kandierte Zitrusschalen (sehr lecker) begrüßt. Dimitris und sein Vater sind herzliche, kommunikative und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Lazarakia Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Danke für diese schöne location auf Naxos. Doris & Robert

Our stay was great! The outdoor area in particular of the property was great; extraordinary views and a lot of seating. The beach is walkable (about 8 min) but be mindful it is up & down a large hill. The only downside of the location is there weren’t a lot of restaurants or grocery stores accessible by foot. We didn’t have a car so this was a bit challenging but we made it work. The host was very kind & helpful and we would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Nikoç place. The house was big (we were 2) with two bedrooms and baths. There was a nice patio with a table outside, were we had dinner and breakfast. Everything was as descripted in the photos. There is a parking spot, the house is in a quiet borough with a mini market always open in 1 min drive. Beds are huge and extra comfortable! We had a car, so we wandered around, but there is a beautiful beach at 400meters from the house. Nonetheless Nikoç was a very helpful host and welcomed us with a bottle of local liquor and biscuits. We will for sure come there when in Paros!!

Niki and Bill are warm hearted hosts who do their utmost to give the best of what they have. They were very generous, giving us breakfast and washing our laundry without charge. They were so kind to our kids, Bill inviting my boy to do a puzzle and introducing them to wild fruit in the backyard when we enquired about them. The hosts were always respectful and never intrusive. We used Google translate to communicate, it was fantastic. The property is about a 20 minute car drive from the main town and close to Plaka beach. If you don’t like being away from hustle and bustle and you prefer a refined polished aesthetic, this property will not be for you but if you welcome genuine hearted people and appreciate a humble homey perfectly imperfect home, you will enjoy this place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa was well appointed with a beautiful view. Our host was so friendly and responsive, and served us a delicious home-cooked Greek meal on our last night that was so special. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable, modern and beautiful. Valentina was lovely, she is one of the people helping take care/manage the property. She met us upon our arrival and provided local recommendations. She also checked in a few times throughout our stay to ensure everything is ok. I would definitely stay again. One thing to note is that the property did not have any soap, paper towels or some other basic necessities. Water was also not provided, which is not required of course, but other properties we’ve stayed at usually had a bottle or 2 of water for us since we didn’t have time to go shopping before arriving to the Airbnb after our long travel day. Having some water in the fridge even 1 bottle would’ve been a nice touch.

We (3 couples) stayed at Villa Lantana for one week. It was a fantastic experience. We loved to sit on the terrace or down by the pool sipping our drinks. It was very quiet and peaceful. The short distance to the beach invites for morning and / or evening walks. We appreciated the extremely well furnished kitchen and the appliances. Thanks to the daily cleaning service we felt like in a hotel. Anila (not sure whether it's correct) was discreet and efficient. Nektaria is a super host, extremely responsive and helpful. The places / restaurants she recommended were all worthwhile to go.

Couldn’t ask for a better holiday! We made ourselves home quickly in this villa as it had everything we needed, and even daily cleaning services, which was a really nice touch. I also liked that we had unobstructed views of the stunning l sunrise and sunset every day at our doorstep. The villa is located at a quieter area of Paros, but still a walking distance to restaurants and a short drive away from the island’s pristine beaches. I’d recommend anyone seeking some peace and quiet to stay at Piso Livadi, and specifically at this lovely property. Thank you Yannis for being such a lovely host and making sure we had everything we need for a comfortable stay!

The owner, Panayiota, is a superb host. She communicated proactively, was highly responsive and thoughtful. The villa is well appointed, stylishly decorated, very clean, modern and is air conditioned throughout. The bathrooms are spotless, there was endless hot water with good showers. The kitchen has everything you need should you wish to dine in. There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. The pool is a good size with great sunbeds, parasols and towels. Plenty of places to sit around to chat and relax. The garden ideally set up for families with a small slide and seesaw for the children and adjoins the pool. Indeed the villa is highly suitable for families with children. Panayiota had a cot and toys made available for our 2 year old. The beech is a small walk (5-10 minutes) where there are lots of tavernas and bars to choose from. The beach itself has soft sand, and gentle waves. If you want to go further you will need a car. We strongly recommend.

Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Naxos was nothing short of perfect! The moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking views. The accommodation was spotless, stylish, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. Waking up to the serene surroundings and enjoying breakfast on the charming patio was simply magical. The location was ideal, offering easy access to stunning beaches. Our host was incredibly attentive and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the island. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Naxos!

Highly recommend staying here. Firstly Naxos is stunning, surreal water, sunsets and the beach.... I have never seen a nicer beach and we have been to a lot around the world. Helen was a great host - settled us in quickly and efficiently. The villa was stunning - beautiful, clean with a great pool and hot tub. Bathrooms were great - strong water pressure. 30 second walk to the beach - very private and you can rent chairs/umbrellas from the restaurant which is right there. This was an ideal spot for some r n' r and quality time as a family of four. Local grocery store was a 4 minute drive and had a great selection of food, wine etc. All in, would rate this 11/10 - absolutely amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay! The suite was very clean, with comfortable beds and a patio that we enjoyed every evening. A toaster and some wine glasses would’ve been a nice addition in the kitchen. Our host was very responsive when we had questions and gave us recommendations too. Thanks for a lovely stay at Cleopatras homes! Highly recommend this spot!

We had an amazing Stay at Nektaria’s apartment! It was absolutely beautiful!! So so clean and beautifully decorated! Amazing views! The apartment had absolutely everything we could ever need! Nektaria was an amazing host, she was so lovely and left us welcome treats in the fridge for when we arrived as well as coffee for the machine! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you can think of from a microwave, coffee machine, toasted sandwich maker, oven, stove top and large fridge and freezer as well as two air conditioners and very fast wifi! We stayed 7 nights in total and half way through Nektaria was ever so kind to bring us some more towels for the rest of our stay 🤗. She really made us feel so welcome and at home and we can’t thank her enough! We can’t wait to come back to Naxos for our next trip! Highly highly recommend Nektarias place! You won’t be disappointed ☺️

Sofia est sympa et réactive. La maison est très agréable, calme et toute proche de la mer. La terrasse ombragée et abritée du vent, parfaite ! Nous avons pu y prendre nos repas, le mini-market qui est à 5mn à pied nous a fourni tout le nécessaire. Les multiples canapés des salons appellent à la sieste. On s'y sent comme chez soi !

Panagiota's home is very attractive and with a lot of character. Very nicely decorated. His home is located in a beautiful, small village. We took a lot of photos of the village and nearby surroundings. We met some of his neighbours and they seemed kind. Although it is a small village, there are 3 restaurants there and we ate at each one at least twice. We did not have a meal that we did not enjoy. One of the restaurants also has a mini market attached. Supermarkets are located in nearby villages. If you wish to eat at Panagiota' s home, the kitchen is fully equipped. At the end of every afternoon, we had cocktails on the front porch overlooking their flowers, plants and a huge tree. Wonderful and so very quiet. In conclusion, we have no hesitation in recommending Panagiota's home to anyone.

Where should i start . Sotiria was an amazing host. She came to the house and welcome us with cake that she baked,wine that she made and other snacks.myself and family wish we cound have stayed there longer. We all love here and theh way she treated us we felt right at home. She check in with us to see how we where doing and if we needed anything. Sitting outside the house and taking in the fresh air was amazing. Some of us fell asleep outside :) . Sotiria Thank you very much for everything. I will definitely recommend your place. And if im ever in Naxos again i will surely check to see if your place is available. On the last day before our amazing Host got a little gift for the ladies. So sweet of her. Great spot! Small load washing machine was an amazing thing to have in the room with clothing lines on the balcony. Amenities are as listed plus an iron, don't think I see it listed there. As described, 10 min walk to the bus station, 5 mins to the start of town/restaurants and 10 mins to the waterfront. We had an internet access on our phones, so was able to find the spot/finding our way around no problem with google maps, etc. However, could be a bit tricky to find without it so I'd recommend to pre-download the map or screen shot directions from the bus station/wherever you're coming from. All in all, fantastic spot! Shower wasn't great, space wise/water gets a bit everywhere but I think small with clingy curtains is to be expected in most places on the islands 😉. Thank you to our host(s), recommended spot for sure!

Notre séjour à Ventu Paros était incroyable ! Je recommande à 200% pourcents ! La villa est parfaite, nous étions 6 et c'était vraiment la taille idéale. Encore merci à Elie, et Dimitri pour leur accueil ! Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir tout ce qu'il fallait pour petit déjeuner et prendre l'apéritif à notre arrivée ! Un vraie régale ! Elie a été de très bon conseil pour les restaurants aux alentours. Les lits sont confortables, la vue depuis la piscine est spectaculaire et vous avez tout ce qu'il faut pour vous amuser sur place ! Gros + : la localisation ! Dimitri nous avait indiqué que la villa était un peu isolée, mais nous n'avons pas du tout eu ce ressenti ! A 3 min en quad vous avez supérette et restaurants. Village mignon à visiter à même pas 10 min. Au dessus de la villa, vous avez une vue imprenable sur Paros et Naxos (incroyable pour le lever et coucher de soleil). Une chose est sur, nous reviendrons ! A noter : Naoussa est à 25 min en quad
