My husband & I loved our stay for 7 nights. The unit was modern, clean and with everything you needed for a relaxing stay in gorgeous Agnes Water. Walking distance to the beautiful beach. The unit was very quiet with a lovely lookout to Queensland palms. Modern facilities with beautiful touches to make you feel right at home. Loved our stay, we will definitely be back.

This elevated premises offers pleasant views north to 1770 and the beach at Agnes Water. The high set apartment is spacious and captures passing sea breezes. The outdoor areas are cool comfortable and well appointed.

Mum and my second (and certainly not last) visit. We have found our home away from home. Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing property with a truly beautiful and helpful host. A special mention for the natural rock pool which makes you feel like you are swimming in a rainforest and the spacious outdoor undercover area which was a perfect reading spot. My family and I had a wonderful stay. Great price for the time we stayed. Great apartment, spacious and comfy. We were on the ground floor so it was easy access to the pool and beach.

We had a great time at Agnes. Leah’s place was so comfortable for our group of five. She has everything you could think you might need to feel at home. Easy to self-cater as the kitchen is very well kitted out. Pleasant 800m walk to excellent coffee van and a bit further to get to town. Or short drive. Was wonderful to be able to use the pool at the apartments as we had some very hot summer days. Short path through the scrub and dune to get to the beach. Maybe 2k walk along the beach to the patrolled area. Leah, thank you for having us in your beautiful part of the world.

We loved staying at this AirBNB. Not only the accomodation was great, with a very comfortable bed and a double shower (i.e. two showerheads - we will now get one in our own bathroom!). The 'resort' style lay-out with four different pools and a large garden with BBQs, as well as the 5mins walk to the beach or an easy drive to Main beach and a host of different surf beaches (we loved Springs Beach!), made it a fantastic holiday. We regreted not booking for two weeks!

We have stayed here twice now and are still in love with this beautiful home. The check in and check out process was smooth and the home was well equipped with everything we needed.

What a great house! 3 levels with lots of space for everyone to find a spot to read (loved the selection of books!) or hang out. Coffee machine was a bonus! Kids loved the pool. Was great having 2 fridge/freezers inside and then another one outside. Comfy beds too!
