I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

The location was absolutely perfect - close to all the major attractions, yet far enough to provide a peaceful retreat. The property itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with a lovely ambiance that made me feel right at home. But what really made my stay stand out was the peaceful atmosphere that pervaded the entire property. Whether I was lounging in the room or exploring the surrounding area, I felt completely relaxed and at ease. We had a really wonderful time at Rohini's listing. It is located in a gated complex and has all the amenities to make life easy. One can enjoy the peace and calmness of South goa and have access to the serene beaches nearby. We would definitely look forward to getting back here.

Spent an excellent vacation at this place with my family. Namita is a great host. Even though she does not stay at the location, she is always reachable through phone. It is very easy to communicate with her and resolve an issue in case you are facing any. I'd specially like to thank Kumar(caretaker)who helped us check in even though we reached the place after midnight. Now coming to the property, it boasts an excellent view of the mandovi river from the balcony. But what makes the property unique is its convenient location. It's located at a place which is not too close to the commercial beaches so that you face the continuous clamour of peak hour tourists, also it's not too far and you can reach the popular beaches of North Goa within 10-20 minutes. Moreover, it's equidistant from both the airports and reaching Panjim is just crossing the bridge visible from Balcony. So if you are looking to spend a peaceful holiday in North Goa, definitely consider staying here.

A rare gem . Tastefully crafted house built on the river edge and brilliantly decorated . The house is located at lands end, set in a calm surrounding but all the south Goa special eateries, cafés, bars and stores are at convenient distance . Lalith golf course is 5 mins walk away, multiple beaches around. The house is loaded with all essentials, kitchen and fridge have all supplies - feels at home. Nafisa is a great cook serving hot breakfast. And to top it up - the lovely guest manager Katja . She is an expert with the locality and provides all help to make the stay memorable. will be surely visiting again to experience this again

What a well maintained villa as well as overall property. River view is lovely and calming while it is 3 mins walking to the beach. They have their own shopping complex with a great supermarket for everything required. Literally so much to do within close proximity. Inder (the caretaker) was super friendly and helpful, as was olinda (house help). Overall this property is worth it if you want to stay in the area.

My friend and I have just spent 3 weeks in this lovely house. It's set back next to Magic View restaurant at the end of beautiful Patnem beach and is easy to find . You just step out of the door and your toes are in the sand. The house is basic but has everything that you need. There's a veranda to sit on and watch the world go by. Inside there's a big bed, a ceiling and standing fan. We didn't use the air-conditioning as we prefer not to. There's a good sized fridge and a basic kitchen. There's not really enough pots and pans to cook properly but it ok to make drinks and snacks. ,there's plenty of restaurants nearby anyway. There was always hot water in the bathroom but the pressure is really poor. it wasn't an issue for us as a hot bucket bath perfectly sufficed. We never met Kanishk but he responded promytly via phone and fixed the wifi when we had issues.We've stayed at quite a few different places in the area and this was by far the best. Highly recommended.

Peaceful location ...very beautiful house ..host Ms. Josephine was very sweet and quick responsive. She was always available when needed and helpful too. location was a little far from the nearby beaches but overall experience was amazing and totally worth it..

The Airbnb is located at a very good location. We loved how peaceful the place is. I have taken some notes on interior decoration from Kudrats Nook for sure. We had a great time at the pool as well. This place is perfect choice if you want to have a peaceful and chilled out time. Ayushi was a great host and made sure we had a good time!

The place was very cozy with a stunning view. Caretaker bhaiya and didi were also very helpful. Felt right at home.

Awesome experience flat was neat and clean on arrival host really helped us out to make a smooth checkin, we stayed for 7 days and no disturbance was from the owner. Apartment is a bit far from main city, but you can always use GoaMiles app for travel by cab. There are some real network issues in the apartment but nevermind until and unless you plan to move permanent. WiFi will come to your rescue..!! You can always order from swiggy for food. Grocery and liquor shops are just walking distance. Stay was value for money.

Nice cosy apartment with all the amenities within - that one would possibly need for a short stay away from home! And of course - quite a number of curios peppered all around the place ( that remind you that you're near the Sea ;) !

This place was one of the most cleanest apartments ive stayed in goa ! Its a huge space ! Worth the money ! And the time spent there !

The place was awesome. The 3 nights we spent in this homestay was so relaxing, very close to Palolem Beach( 3-5 mins by vehicle) with lots of eateries around. Also used Zomato services on 2 occasions. The flat was exactly as described, extremely well maintained and with all possible amenities. Even the smart tv was of latest model with 40mbps private Jio connection. The host was very helpful, provided all the required help and informations. Was not intrusive at all.

A very comfortable stay. This was our sixth trip to Goa, and wanted some place quiet and away from the crowd. Paritoshika’s place was just perfect in every way!
