Ofir's home is wonderful. From the front yard and neighborhood, the interior spaces to the backyard--we felt delighted and nurtured. There was a lot of thought and care that went into the spaces that were beautifully decorated and furnished. Everything was clean and perfectly set up for relaxing and enjoying. Wonderful large dining table, living room seating was plentiful, decor was elevated, kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked (I so appreciated the espresso machine in addition to regular drip coffee machine), bedrooms were all well-appointed and the master br was just awesome! We also appreciated the extra 1/2 bath so each bedroom had a dedicated bath for convenience at night. Outdoors was lovely with 2 decks, a hot tub, dining table, grassy area with lemon tree, mature trees and fences for privacy. It was incredibly quiet and we even had a hummingbird visit. Convenience to the airport cannot be understated as well.

Special mention for the lovely garden with the fish, a true little haven of peace that added a serene touch to our stay. The host was responsive. I highly recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to come back on a future visit.

Frank and Lenka’s place is conveniently located within 15 min of major attractions- Universal, Warner Brothers, Beverly Hills to name a few. Some other reviewers said that the road noise in the front of the house didn’t bother them, but we found it pretty loud. Parking was easy with the included parking pass, although I tried to park on the side streets when possible because the cars constantly flying by the front of the house made me nervous! We appreciated the nice appliances in the kitchen and access to laundry. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly during our visit so we didn’t get to sit outside on the private side patio, but the cushions seemed a bit dirty. Frank and Lenka were quick to respond to the questions we had.

This was a fantastic home. It was fully stocked with everything you could need and more. It was clean and very spacious for our party of 2 and dog. Both the inside and outside was modern, pristine, and comfortable. I highly recommend this home and will definitely be staying here again if I am in the area.

Coni’s house was lovely. It was well stocked, well appointed, stylish and cozy. She was very friendly and helpful but gave us our privacy. The neighborhood is in a good location, 15 min drive to SoFi Stadium and less than 10 min to the beach. There is a park in the neighborhood with a playground for kids. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The house is exactly as pictured in the listing. In a cute neighborhood with restaurants and shops nearby. Would most likely need a rental car to explore other parts of LA unless willing to Uber or take public transport. Beds and couch were very comfy! Hosts are very nice and responsive to messages. The only small downside is that the house does have a noticeable musty smell. Overall, a very nice stay!

Anthony's home was even better than we could have imagined - super comfortable, GREAT kitchen and living space, spotless, quiet, multiple outdoor spaces, and fantastic bathrooms. I couldn't imagine needing anything more, because he's thought of everything to make your stay comfortable including local spots to try. The checkin was totally seamless and the instructions were super clear. Anthony was very responsive when I communicated at booking/checkin/checkout and I'm certain he would be very responsive if anything came up during your stay (but nothing did for us!). The neighborhood is close to everything - great food, the beach, hikes, freeways, etc but is very quiet and there is tons of street parking. Highly recommend and we hope to stay with him for many more visits!

I stayed at Adrien’s place for 2 weeks for a work trip and it was perfect for my stay. Super homely and cosy, with a well equipped full kitchen, a super comfortable bed and large bathroom. The outside deck was a lovely extension of the space when it was warm enough to be outside too! Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Highly recommended, the view deserves a video instead of a picture. I wanted to be as close as I could to the water & I definitely got it. The kitchen is perfect for small meals. The shower was hot, good pressure & spacious. Great place for couples.

Dream & Alex were both very responsive and helpful especially with having to check in late due to flight changes. The apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures and it’s nearby the malls! Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Kayla’s apartment! The space was beautiful, very clean, and had a perfect balance of modern design with just the right amount of charm. Kayla was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better! We walked to the Warner Bros. Studios and explored several great restaurants in the area. It’s also close to everything—Burbank Airport, Hollywood Blvd, WeHo, and NoHo were all just a short drive away. One of my favorite parts of the mornings was waking up to the sound of birds singing—it was such a peaceful way to start the day. You can even see the WB Studios right from the window! There's construction across the street, but it wasn’t too disruptive during our stay. The convenient parking in the back was also a big plus. The only small suggestion I’d make is to consider adding blackout window treatments in the bedroom—the morning sun is quite bright. Other than that, everything was fantastic and we’

El alojamiento es perfecto. El departamento es hermoso. La limpieza es un punto a destacar, todo relucía de limpio. El orden era perfecto. La ubicación es muy buena ya que está cerca del muelle y de la estación para tomar el transporte. En mi opinión santa Mónica es el mejor lugar para alojarse si vienes a Los Ángeles, es un lugar muy tranquilo y familiar. Este alojamiento es perfecto, cuenta con garaje privado de fácil acceso. Realmente no deberías dudar alojarte aquí !

Amazing location with a private parking spot! The elevator is also right next to the parking. The place was clean as described and pictured. The host was extremely helpful in providing instruction videos to check-in and find the underground parking. Very responsive and friendly host. Enjoyed our stay very much and will book again if we’re ever in the area again. Thanks!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

I enjoyed my stay at Giselle & Ali’s place and will definitely be back again. The place looked exactly like the photos and they had all the listed amenities. The rooftop view was very nice. They also had a store downstairs that was open 24 hours that sold snacks/drinks which was pretty cool. Parking wasn’t that bad either. The only thing was that it was a little bit of a walk to get from the garage to the airbnb. Overall, I really liked the place and how comfortable it was, will definitely book again!

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and there was good coffee on the block and great food very close by. Having parking included was great and pretty easy. Great place to stay downtown LA and USC adjacent. Friendly, responsive hosts!

Great spot, super convenient for our conference at the convention center. Cool decor and very thoughtful details in the space. The parking was such a huge help. The security team at the front desk was easy to deal with and added an extra level of comfort(Richard was amazing). DTLA is a little wild after dark. Shant was lovely to communicate with, and all the details were as listed. Excellent spot, thanks for everything.

Beautiful place right on the ocean! Walking distance from many restaraunts and shops, and allowed for a perfect relaxing weekend stay. Bed was comfortable and living room/kitchen was spacious and clean. The deck was the perfect vibe and would recommend to anyone!

Great place on a great beach, plus pool and jacuzzi! Crystal was a wonderful host—easy to deal with, responsive and clearly cared about ensuring we shad a good stay.
