This place is gorgeous! It is even better than described in the listing. Very spacious, quiet, clean, and beautiful views. Walking distance to Target, Trader Joes, a coffee shop and restaurants. We had a minor issue with check in but Amanda was incredibly responsive and arrived immediately to resolve it. I can't wait to stay here again when visiting family in the area.

We had an amazing time staying in this place,we enjoyed it so much. So clean, so comfortable, so peaceful. 15 min walk from the Venice beach. We'll definitely come back again!

Great location close to all the main atractions that LA has to offer. Quite neigorhood and felt very secure also. The apartment a little bit on the old decor but very clean and well kept. I would defenetly recomend it and if I have to go back to LA will be back here too.

Great location. Easily get to anywhere in the LA area. Spacious apartment for 2 people. Clean and comfortable. Loved it.

Booked for my husband and his friend for a book show. 2 bedroom perfect, price was better than hotels and everything worked out great. Space was great. Everything you could ever want without leaving the building. Host was very responsive and great to work with even though she was out of the country at the time! I’ll definitely book again if they need the same attend that show again.

We had a great stay. The house is very cozy and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. It's located in a residential neighborhood that's very quiet, which helped us relax. The property is very close to Culver City downtown and within walking distance of local coffee shops (less than 10 minutes away), which we enjoyed a lot. The owners were very clear in their communications. I would definitely recommend this place.

My best friend and I stayed at Michael's place for a girls trip. The place met and exceeded all expectations. A safe, private location and a short Uber ride to tons of attractions, restaurants and shops. It totally felt like home. Michael was also very easy to communicate with, almost like talking to a friend. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the next time I'm in L.A., I'll be sure to reserve a stay at his BNB.

The perfect place for our family of 6. Great location with easy access to the 5 and valley attractions/studios. Safe and quiet neighborhood. It's in the flight path of the Burbank airport but it's a low traffic airport and not busy at night. It was a bonus for us cause our kids loved watching the planes from the backyard. We had a great time and all we needed to be comfy and would definitely recommend and return!

The place was super cute and felt homey. The bath is modern and so clean. I really like the color schemes and felt the space was utilized to the max for the area. Found a spot out front no issue. Host responded within 20 minutes.

The house is gorgeous. Great location - we were able to walk to some restaurants. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. Overall the house was really great and perfect for our family of 4 for a weeklong stay. Christoph was a great host and provided a lot of helpful info about the house and area. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in La!

This was a great weekend home for us and our 14 month old. It had all the amenities we needed and it was extremely quiet as well. Walking distance to all the cafes and stores on Glendale, very short drive to Silver Lake and Griffith Park, excellent location overall. The weather was stunning so we got to spend time in the back yard and pick some lemons and oranges. A SoCal California special!

Irina’s house exceeded our expectations! The house was clean, spacious and comfortable beds and linens. The location was perfect! Right in town and close to everything but on a quiet peaceful street. It had a several outdoor sitting areas to eat or enjoy the birds and amazing weather. It was secluded behind a locked gate with Bougainvillea and privacy fencing for a cozy feel. We hardly felt the need to lock the doors when we left (although we did of course). I don’t think I could have found a more perfect house! I would definitely return again!!

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Great place to stay! Very clean. Location was amazing. It was a short drive to everything. It was a little overwhelming when first pulling in, but check in directions and video were very clear and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Sam’s listing was great for my 2 week stay. It was quiet and conveniently located in Santa Monica. The bed was very comfortable. The parking space was also a huge bonus. The front building door key is a bit difficult to use and you have to put it in just so to get it to open. Also it’s a bit confusing to get to the apartment from the parking space. Overall this was a great choice for a long term stay in Santa Monica.

The apartment was exactly as described. Place was clean as a whistle. Rooftop pool is a great amenity. I had a little trouble getting in (my fault not Malcolm's!) but he couldn't have been more helpful. Chased and sorted things in record time. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy, but I'm from NY so it didn't impact our stay at all. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chris and Rebecca’s space. It was a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of DTLA. The rooftop hot tub is a MUST and we enjoyed exploring the incredible food + coffee nearby! They were so responsive to any questions we had and keep their place pristine. Highly recommend!

navid's met my expectations: clean, safe, and accessible to my needs.. He's an amazing / friendly host who was very accommodating and had the best responsive time I've experience with a host before. the condo was very spacious and had quality utilities , and appliances. I hope to visit again next time I have family in town , when ever possible.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

This was a great place to use when I had additional family in town. Dave was responsive, helpful and very easy to work with.
