Very clear instructions on how to get inside, with several photos to ensure you were doing the right thing. The place itself was very comfortable. Large living space and bedrooms. We were there in March and it was cold but the heaters in the wall worked great. There was a washer but no dryer. The elevator worked just fine while we were there. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and we felt safe and comfortable walking around.

If you want to get a feeling of living with Egyptians and have our western standards Karen’s place is for you. Impeccably clean, well furnished and very friendly and helpful staff. Karen is a very reactive and friendly host.

Omar is responsive, friendly, respectful, professional, and cooperative. I enjoyed my stay at this residence and will definitely choose him as a host again. I highly recommend him. I’d also like to thank Karim for his support in addressing any concerns I had, as well as for his recommendations and suggestions for sightseeing and experiencing Cairo.

Hatem is an exemplary host. He was quick to respond and made sure we received a thorough tour of the apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful and well-equipped. The wifi and hot water were both reliable. We had a lovely stay and would be happy to return in the future. The balcony was pleasant and the living room has easy access to the screened front windows. We loved opening the windows in the evening and enjoying the breeze.

It is a very pleasant check-in experience, with excellent location, close to the restaurant, and convenient transportation. Very clean. The landlord is very nice, and it's an unforgettable trip!

A magical stay in Zamalek! Tree House was absolutely wonderful, my partner and I instantly felt at home. We loved it so much that I ended up extending my stay. The apartment has a serene, peaceful vibe, perfect for cooking, relaxing, and just being present. The kitchen is a joy to use, the space is quiet, and we always had a great night’s sleep. Zamalek is a beautiful, charming neighborhood, and Moustafa and Seif are incredible hosts, kind, thoughtful, and responsive. This place isn’t just a stay, it’s a feeling. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment that suited our family of 6 very well. Host’s family available on-site for local recommendations and help with the apartment. Highly recommended!

This apartment was in a brilliant location that’s close to all amenities within walking distance or a short taxi ride. It was spacious with a modern decor that was unique. We felt right at home as we had all the amenities we needed within reach. The host Zeyad was also very responsive and even came to met us providing local tips of things to do and restaurants to try out which was much appreciated. When we arrived we were greeted with complimentary drinks and a box of traditional sweets that were amazing, a wonderful gesture. The place was spotless and had some of the most comfortable beds that I had slept on. Overall, I would recommend this apartment as it is truly worth it for comfort and peace of mind

This was the second time we stay at Jane’s place. We liked it a lot the first time and wanted to come back during our visit to attend a friend’s wedding. Hassan was very accommodating with check in when our flight was delayed and we arrived late. When some things were missing during the stay he send someone to restock and kindly offered additional cleaning upon request. The place is spacious and well located and equipped. Thank you and hope to visit again.

I stayed for 3 nights at Noha’s apartment. The apartment is 10/10 in everything. It is immaculate, tidy and well maintained. The location is very convenient, close the metro station and all amenities. Mohamed, the host, did a fantastic job in describing how to access the apartment and he was generous enough to provide bottled water and plenty of snacks. Thanks Mohamed for making my short stay an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended apartment.

Ha sido una estancia increíble. Han estado pendientes en todo momento de lo que me pudiera hacer falta, el portero también estuvo pendiente de mi. Las vistas de las dos terrazas son increíbles. A lo lejos puedes ver la torre del Cairo y si está despejado, también puedes ver a lo lejos las pirámides de Giza. Hay super mercados cerca, hay restaurantes, está cerca a casi todo. La ubicación es de 10. Sin duda volveré cada que regrese al Cairo. ¡Muchísimas gracias!

This is a wonderful apartment in a fantastic location. Abdallah's place is quiet and beautiful, and I felt very safe there as a solo female traveler. The best bit was having a morning coffee on the lovely balcony. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Zamalek!

At first i was not sure about booking an Airbnb in Cairo instead of a hotel, but im really glad i did. Before my arrival Karim send me recommendations and also gave me tips & tricks about how to deal with everything in Cairo / Egypt. My flight arrived 02:00 and even though i arrived at the Airbnb at 03:00 he and his wife were still their to personally welcome me and explain everything. The Airbnb itself was spotless and had a real home like feeling. Their was plenty of sunlight on the balcony for tanning as well. The thing i wanted to point out the most was that Karim helped me with problems i had during my vacation that had nothing to do with the Airbnb. I called him and he translated everything between me and the service staff that didn’t speak english. I can recommend everyone who is looking for an Airbnb in Cairo to go check out this place and this has by far the best host i’ve ever had in a Airbnb :)

Such a wonderful experience! Everything was very clean and well organized, and the service was excellent. The place was comfortable and the host was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back again. Deserves 5 stars!
