This will be one of our go to spots for sure! It’s was extremely close to the beach, the heated pools were perfect for our Texas hot/cold spring weather! The bed was super comfortable, it’s clear they take care of their place/amenities and guest. It was kid friendly which is always what we’re looking for. It was a spring break trip and we didn’t encounter any rowdy 20 year olds which was amazing! Sunny was always responsive and super helpful! I have stayed all over Corpus, if you’re looking for a calm, peaceful setting within walking distance to the beach, this is the place!

Exactly as described! Felt as comfortable as home from the minute we walked in the door. Lindsey has a fabulous eye and attention to detail. any little thing we might have forgotten was there and available. the snacks and water on arrival was just want the doctor ordered after a long day of driving. I highly recommend The Little Oar House to anyone looking for a place to stay near Rockport, Tx. our family will definitely be returning customers. Thank you, Lindsey, for making this spring Break with the grands over the top!

We had no problems, so there was no need to contact Courtney when we were there. The actual condo was good, but the complex outside grounds could use major updating. Slow time of the year, but never a problem parking a large pickup. Thank you!

We can't say enough good things about our stay! The location is perfect—just steps from a beautiful beach and an amazing swimming pool that quickly became our family's favorite spot. The apartment itself was clean, bright, and minimalistic in design, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved that the kitchen was well-equipped; our family of five often grabbed groceries from the nearby HEB and easily cooked or reheated meals. Communication with the host was clear and easy via Airbnb messages, and check-in was a breeze thanks to the straightforward instructions provided. The area also felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind, and our whole family truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. All in all, it was a great deal for everything offered, and we’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Overall when we walked in the condo it looked like the pictures and immediately felt like home away from home. It was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

I loved this place! it was exactly what I was looking for while I was in corpus. The place was beautiful, and very homey. It's super close to the beach (not even a 5 minute drive) which I loved. I forget the name of the restaurant by condo but it was so good! and within walking distance which was a plus. Diane was great at communicating and responded super quick! I would definitely book again.

This place was top notch. The kitchen had plenty of silverware and pots and pans. There were power-bars on the bedside tables making it easy to plug in devices to charge at night. It just seemed like whoever set this up wanted to make their guests comfortable. The host was super responsive. I highly recommend staying here. I usually send the host a list of areas for improvement when I write my reviews, but in this case the only thing that went wrong was that a bulb burnt out. And the host would have come and replaced it on Jan 1st if I hadn't told them that they should enjoy their holiday instead.

Chris was super helpful and his home is just beautiful. We had 8 guests and there was plenty of room in the home. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. If I am ever in Corpus Christi again, I would absolutely stay here!!! Y’all need to put this on your travel list.
