We loved the quiet location of this house that was still a very walkable distance to the Santa Fe Plaza and many restaurants. It was nice to be able to just park at the house and walk to everything. House was exactly how described, very accommodating. Loved the traditional adobe look with updated amenities. Would book again.

Words do not do justice to our experience with Nancy & Kent. Not only is the area absolutely beautiful and profoundly unusual, but the property is perfect. More details than I could ever imagine. When we needed help, they were terrifically supportive and knowledgeable. These were the easiest hosts we have ever stayed with. We have stayed with many third party hosts, as well as the other group. Never have we stayed with people who were so trusting and laidback. It makes you want to make sure to do right by them. This was just what we needed and more.

This space is a gem and I would love to come back. It was beautiful and just what we needed for a ski trip. Wanted something a little more remote. Once we found it the hosts showed us around. It was well stocked with anything you might need.

This place was amazing for a quiet vacation. Our host was so proactive, making sure our stay was perfect from beginning to end. We really felt immersed in Santa Fe culture here.

Wonderful one bedroom with beautiful views of the sunset over the desert landscape. Hot tub area was convenient and we loved the heated floors. Definitely a cozy and peaceful get away. Close to Frenchys field to access the Riverwalk into downtown.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful! We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals and this one was one of the cleanest we have stayed at. The host was very responsive and helpful. The checkout process was simple. We are already planning on booking again for next year!

Five of us stayed and we all felt as comfortable as we would have at home. The house and the amenities that came with it were amazing. Our month long stay was just amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better location or host. Everything that was needed was taken care of in a flash. I would definitely stay again and again. I would go back here anytime. I just loved it. I had one problem (I could not figure out how to work thermostat), and the host came within minutes and was extremely helpful.

A great place for a family gathering. Leaping Deer Ranch delighted everyone, from oldest to youngest. Beautiful setting, spacious accommodations, fabulous kitchen where we could easily prepare meals for our group of 14. Plenty of places to walk, explore, read, play games, sit by a cozy fire. Separate playroom/family room was a hit with the youngest. Colin and his crew did a spectacular bonfire for us one evening. We were sad to leave, and hope to be back. Thanks a bunch for a perfect relaxing holiday!

Nancy was very responsive and very accommodating. The home was perfect for our needs and stunning. Well worth the price and I will be booking again.

The casita is lovely, clean and comfortable with lots of natural light, and feels safe. The kitchen is really well stocked and has everything that you might need to cook a meal. Julie and Scott are very welcoming, flexible, and easy to communicate with. The property itself is very cool, lots of room to walk around, even has access to a river. Would recommend to a friend!

She was by far the best host I've ever experienced. I want to say one of the best people I've ever met. My fiance had an emergency C-section and was flown out from Colorado to Albuquerque. Not only was she a great host, but she also went out of her way to take care of me and my dogs. I was stuck in the hospital, she went and took care of the dogs. She even stayed with them. She checked on me every step of the way and even brought me food because she knew I didn't eat in days. I can't say enough about her as a human being. This is a rare beautiful soul. Believe me, you're going to want to book with her and you're going to want to meet her. Just imagine having someone that you don't know treat you like you're a family member and go out of their way for you and your family. You are not going to get that anywhere else, I guarantee it.

Ron’s casita was cozy and felt right at home. All the amenities and basically a 1 bedroom apartment attached to the home. Full kitchen, dining area nice size TV with Roku, separate bedroom, nice hot water for a shower. Added bonus is the private laundry room with ironing board, if needed. I did utilize the washer and dryer. The home is in a quiet Rio Rancho neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. They also accommodated an early check-in which worked great for me. Met Ron and he was very friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Our stay at the Family Casita was wonderful. Despite living in New Mexico it was our first time sleeping in a real adobe structure. It was lovely. So nice and quiet for sleeping. The size of the suite was generous and the space was full of character. We would recommend staying here for an authentic New Mexico experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Carl's place - my company was touring in ABQ, so we had a group staying at both the properties. It was perfectly clean, and I appreciated that there were enough bathrooms - no bathroom conflict is great. The checkin was so easy; it's so nice to use a doorcode and not have to remember a key. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, and we enjoyed the stay immensely. Thank you!

Ed and Barbara was and is such a blessing. The community here is very therapeutic, even the dogs. This is definitely one of those places that if you could then you would come back over and over again. Barbara will make you feel right at home, so have fun if you dare; you might not want to go home. Nice pool, jacuzzi, lots of of space to feel free and to let loose and be loud. If you're into art sculptures then you have a lot to look at, because this place is filled with the enchanting art work by Ed. This experience will leave an everlasting impression on you. We had the best experience!!! Not only was the house beautiful and spacious did I mention comfortable but they didn’t miss a single detail. Games appliances ect.. Trisha was wonderful we are very grateful.

We were in town to visit family and it was a perfect location. As others have mentioned it is a very peaceful and private casita. Walking trails are adjacent to the property and other sites are a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

We came into town for my mothers funeral. I am from Albuquerque originally and wanted to stay somewhere that was going to give me comfort and peace. This was that place. It was beautiful. The living room faces the mountains. In the morning for coffee you get the peacefulness of the mountains as well as at sunset. I loved the cleanliness of the house and how much space we were able to have. Thank you for sharing your amazing home at a time that I needed it the most.

The check-in to this property was effortless through Casas de Santa Fe. All communication and directions were succinct. The property was clean, professionally decorated and well-maintained. There were three private patios. Being in a gated community, we felt safe and secure. The property was very close to amazing hiking trails and the hotel restaurant and spa nearby. This property has its own community swimming pool, which we used daily. Parking was fantastic and spacious. The kitchen was fully operational and well-stocked with utensils, plates, glassware, etc. The only less-than-positive feedback was the hvac unit being a bit anemic for the square-footage of the home. The unit was equipped with box fans, which needed to be utilized to cool down the bedrooms. Would lease this property again.

Fernando is our outstanding host and we absolutely loved the property. Lots of great indoor and outdoor space to spend time with friends and family and the pool is perfection. We are looking forward to staying here again.
