My Mom and I took a trip to Puerto Rico and stayed a week at Casa Birdsong hosted by Mary and Jim. Check in was easy. The space was clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and furniture and all amenities as described. Always found everything we needed and they provided plenty of things one might accidentally forget to bring. The private pool was a huge plus and it was quite large. Good ocean view from the patio and pool as well. There is a small road in between the property and the ocean, but the road was never very busy, so not an issue. Lots of walkable restaurants that had great food, good prices, and fantastic ocean views. The immediate beach is not the best for swimming, but there’s an accessible one about 1km South and if you have a car there are several amazing ones within a 30-40 or so minute drive. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend.

The Host was very welcoming responded quickly and was helpful . The stores are about ten mins away marshall’s McDonald’s and many local shops with good food and supplies also local car rentals . The place looks just like the photos , clean house with clean towels HOT water ! .The pool was cleaned every few days . He accommodated us since we were there for a family emergency.Luis as easier to book with then a hotel ! I will book again . Recommend 110%

Matt’s place was just as advertised and expected. Accommodations were perfect for our party of 6. We really appreciated having beach chairs and umbrella! The small pool was perfect for us and we always had it to ourselves. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. It was a great house for our trip and we loved the pool!

The place was family friendly. We liked that you need the keys to lock the doors on the inside because my toddler kept trying to run to the pool. The house was close to everything you could need like,the ocean, a bakery and bars for the adults. We had a great stay.

I was not expecting this immaculate clean beautiful home! I’ve had some bad experiences with other bookings and this stay exceeded my family and I expectations! Beautiful home, extremely clean and well kept, there’s something about a home that’s clean that makes you feel so at ease I slept so well knowing my kids and I were in a CLEAN HOME! Check in and check out were a breeze. Cesar and staff were so helpful and informative he has everything you need in the home. I was so thankful he had salt and pepper too! lol All soaps, beach towels, blanket, & chairs! What I loved most is he had all his restaurant menus in the home and gives you suggestions on things to do and places to go! We went to Mona it was beautiful, food and staff PERFECTO and also Desecheo! Muy Buenoooo!! Beaches are close by, restaurants are minutes away, & you will not regret your stay here. MY FAMILY WOULD DEF RECOMMEND CASA SANTIAGO HOMES! Crash boat was my favorite beach and it was only 5-10 minutes away! BOOK IT!

Casa Dalila is a spectacular place!🙌🏼 The inside gardens, the decoration, the pool, the view, wao!🙆🏻‍♀️ Perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy themselves. I wanted to stay more days, but they were already booked.😔 I recommend this place 100%!👌🏼

We had a great stay in Erica’s house. Enjoyed the patio, swimming pool and barbecue evenings - all very private. A lot of beatiful beaches in max 5min driving distance. Our favorite was Montones. Thank you for welcoming us, Erica. Would love to come back some day…

This was my family’s 2nd stay. The first time we weren’t able to enjoy the beach given other commitments. This time we went to the local beach. It was quite and in walking distance. The local spot, Pizzeria Estella, was also a lot of fun. The host are excellent and very quick to respond and attend to their guests.

We had a great time at Tamara’s place! Amenities were convenient and easily accessible. She is incredibly responsive: not in your way but there when you need her. The only thing to be aware of —she will probably tell you the same—is: it can get noisy. This is out of Tamara’s hands. The place is literally a block from the ocean and in the heart of downtown Aguadilla. We were there over New Years, so it was a particularly festive time. But even in the off-season I imagine it remains a lively place, 24/7. A small price to pay for the convenience and fun of being downtown, & we would not have preferred some quieter place far from the beach and restaurants. We were there when the power went out (New Years ‘25) on the entire island. This was a huge inconvenience for the people who live and do business there, but TBH as a tourist, it was not a big deal. The locals did everything they could to compensate and keep the trains running. Highly recommend.

The house was lovely and exceptionally clean, with outstanging communication from the host. However, it lacked privacy due to the presence of neighbors, including one overlooking the pool area, and its proximity to a pizzeria. Overall, it was a good experience .

This house is such a gem- extremely close to the beach within minutes of walking. Great proximity to jobos beach. There is a gas station close by, restaurants, Moku surf shop to rent boards. Umas restaurant and so many other great places to eat with ocean views. The house has a giant beautiful backyard and all you need for the beach. We love the outdoor shower and second bathroom. The hosts were excellent and very responsive. I would definitely book here again. We were a family of four and were very comfortable. It’s a great location and there are so many beaches in all directions! Sunsets in Aguadilla are only 15 minutes away. You have to go to see the sunset at the Aguadilla ruins and keep going down the road to get to wilderness beach for the best, it is really incredible. Don’t hesitate to book this property! We loved it!

This was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed at, and I feel like I’ve been to some pretty incredible places. For our family of 7 everything was very enchanting. When we travel we play hard and adventure as long as we have the energy to and it was so nice to have this peaceful property to come back to or wake up to. It didn’t have a fancy hotel feel, it felt like this was a home we live in and we’re so comfortable being there. The back patio is awesome, the property is so nice to play around on and lounge in, the ocean was so close and very private. We liked that we could lock up the property, we felt completely safe the entire time and getting to know Papo was enjoyable. Christopher the host was quick to communicate with. We appreciate the whole experience.

Such a great house and space. So much room for everyone to spread out. Lovely privacy with the greens/plants around the pool.

Rental was as described; clean, comfortable, private. Nice outdoor covered patio. Basic beach supplies available, and laundry on-site. Comfortable stay for family of 5.

Absolutely amazing stay! The home was spotless, stylish, and the private pool was so much fun! It was clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Relaxing location and super responsive hosts. Host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Even went out of her way to mail belongings left behind! We can’t wait to come back! Thanks for having us! 🙏🏼

Our host Ray was very informative, responsive, very friendly and accommodating. The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Loved the location and its privacy. I highly recommend Ray’s home! Hope the next family will enjoy it as much as we did!

It's a beautiful huge house, perfect for a big family. Love that it had a pool and bekery nearby, beaches close by, kiosk all over, hospitals close, really anything you could think of is near. Definitely recommending this to my family and friends.

Wonderful stay here in Aguadilla! You can't ask for a better ocean view and peaceful surroundings. You wake up to an ocean view and can hear the ocean all night long. The walk to the beach is something to note, and they are very communicative about it. I loved that they had anything you'd need to enjoy the beach including plenty of towels, snorkeling equipment, chairs, and cooler! The hosts are friendly and communicative, they even gave us a heads-up on a big swell that was coming in that may have impacted our first days' plans/move-in! I'd happily stay here again.

We had an excellent week in Gabriel’s Airbnb. It is the perfect place for an extended family or group. We enjoyed it so much we ended up canceling some of our plans so we could stay in the back yard, playing basketball and enjoying the pool. Gabriel was extremely responsive and kind, the beds were comfortable and the Airbnb very well stocked. We had everything we needed for a perfect week in PR. We look forward to returning again soon!

This was our second time with James. Everything was as high standard as before. Very cozy house and very beautiful and well-kept territory. James and his wife are very kind people. We will definitely come back again.

Amazing place, quiet and peaceful very beautiful patio area. Place is in amazing condition, clean and smells super great! Stayed there for our first year anniversary and we would most definitely be staying again.

The location was perfect — tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private, but still just minutes from amazing beaches, great local restaurants, and fun outdoor adventures like hiking and surfing. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful — they provided local tips that made our trip even more special. This place is a true slice of paradise. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic, serene Puerto Rican escape.
