Juliette was the perfect host, helping us get coffee filters and made sure everything was perfect, and had great suggestions. She even offered up her surfboard and surfboard rack to help out efforts. The space is amazing, overlooking the ocean and many many beautiful fruit trees. Perfect location to all of Rincon’s best spots while still being tucked away.

The condo is in a great location, just across from a beach and easily walkable to downtown. The place was exactly as described. It's spacious and had everything we needed. A minor repair was needed, and Amark responded immediately and had someone out to resolve it in less than 24 hours! We really enjoyed our stay.

I’m going to start off with a list of regrets I have from booking this place 1) Not booking it for longer than 2 days 2) Not making it my only stay This place is PERFECT!! Awesome for a family of 4 (if 2 people share a bed),… You wake up- you see/hear the ocean. Private balcony. Shower outside to rinse off sand. Volley ball, Chairs, fishing pole, beach towels, cooler, ALL PROVIDED FOR YOU!! They really want to cater to their guests and it’s somewhere I’d definitely book again when I return. Great host and responsive. Never had any issues and felt safe.

We loved our stay here. We have stayed in many of the different condos at this resort and have loved them all. We really enjoyed the extra large balcony with the amazing view of the ocean! We also appreciated having 4 beach chairs and a cooler to use while we were there. There were plenty of extra towels and bedding/blankets. The air conditioning and hot water both worked great! Also there were some water bottles and snacks when we arrived which was so great because we got in at 1am and had zero food or drinks in the morning. We were so grateful to have something to get us by.

We were only there for one night but we loved it, clean, excellent location, and Hector was very communicative. 100% recommend

omgosh this was the perfect getaway!!! Danny was easily the friendliest host, just person in general so that was super refreshing!!! when I had a question he responded ASAP!!! and he gave good recommendations of somewhere to go dancing for my birthday. The home was spotless and we had everything we need. we had a super early flight and Danny was able to accommodate us at 3 am 😅 the beaches around and the food were everything!!! will be staying here again for sure on my next trip

What a perfect, hidden gem! This was our first Airbnb experience and all I can say is WOW! My expectations are so high after staying here. Everything was EXACTLY as depicted in the pictures. Stephanie was responsive whenever we reached out and provided great beach recommendations. We wanted to come back in the summer, but this place is fully booked and it’s so obvious why. If you can get a reservation, don’t hesitate

This is my fourth stay at Nelida's place I feel safe,completely happy and comfortable there.The neighbors are fantastic people is dead end street,no traffic at all.And the view from the house is awesome . Can't wait to return. Nelida thanks for sharing your beautiful paradise.

This place was amazing! Pictures don’t do it justice. The house was open, felt like you were at home so clean the rooms are nice and spacious air-conditioning and all the rooms was so comfortable. The beds were amazing even the bunkbeds. The outside backyard made me feel like I was at a resort beautiful to wake up every morning too great with a family was able to sit outback barbecue have a great time. Spend time with each other on vacation really had an amazing time. If you’re looking for a great place to book in Puerto Rico this is it do not pass it up. The host and Orlando were phenomenal so helpful for whatever you need. We will definitely be booking this Airbnb again. Just want to say it was close to the beautiful beaches especially Playa Montana was beautiful and only about 2 miles away. I am telling you don’t pass this place up. What a GEM!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Exactly as pictured and even bigger than we expected! 5 minute walk to the beach and to some great restaraunts! Super short drive to rincon downtown or other cool beaches around for surfing or snorkeling! The balconies and rooftop were so nice at night and in the morning! Loved the outdoor shower and bathroom! Would absolutely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. It was a great house for our trip and we loved the pool!

La casa de Victor es cómoda, limpia y organizada. Disfrutamos mucho de la piscina. Victor nos permitió hacer check in antes y sin costo lo cual estoy muy agradecida! Definitivamente lo recomiendo! Gracias Victor!

If you’re a surfer, this place is for you! Right in between all of the best surf breaks. Clean house and very nice host. Highly recommended

Mark was a great communicator and very responsive to our messages. House had everything we needed and an amazing view. Relaxing to the ocean waves was a perfect way to spend our time there. Great area with some really good restaurants within walking distance at the top of the hill. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others!

Buen alojamiento necesita ser un poco más preciso en cuanto a la cercanía y dirección de la playa pero a decir verdad es relativamente cerca y no muy concurrida y muy muy bonita!

Had an amazing stay! The condominium is really lovely and filled w very friendly people. Brayla is an amazing host, the apartment was so clean and had everything I could have needed for my stay. Definitely going to be returning whenever I return to PR!

Place is great. Quite. close to everything. and nice swimming beach in the back walking distance! so much better than beating thr crowds at the famous beaches! awesome place!

The apartment was clean, and we felt right at home. It was exactly like the pictures and it met our expectations. A place to consider if youre staying in the Rincon area. Host ensured instructions were clear and was very communicative. I traveled with parents and they loved the amenities. Matched the description. Very very accommodating. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. We are already planning a trip back. Couldn't be more thankful.

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.
