Our second stay at this stunning apartment 😍 the apartment is fantastic everything you could possibly need 😍 and the location is picture postcard so very beautiful and just a few steps from the massive outdoor deck , aguadulce is just beautiful and within walking distance cannot wait to come back next year ❤️

Muy cómodo el apartamento y zona excelente.

Sitio tranquilo a pie de playa con un paseo espectacular, el apartamento tiene una terraza para poder desayunar con unas vistas maravillosas, en general recomendable.

Gines was very friendly and helped us with everything we wanted. Super! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There where several nice restaurants just outside and parking a car was never a problem. If we come back to Roquetas d M we would definitely stay here again.

Het is een ontzettend fijn verblijf waar je met het dakterras en voortuin heerlijk in de zon en schaduw kan zitten. Alle benodigde voorzieningen in huis zijn aanwezig en schoon, daarbij zijn de leuke boekjes en speelgoed voor kinderen echt een hit, top! De locatie is heerlijk rustig, en heeft ook leuke restaurantjes en tapasbarren op een steenworp afstand. Lucrecia heeft een heel fijn huis en is ook heel fijn in het contact, en reageert bijna direct. Heerlijk genoten!

El apartamento está al lado de la playa y con acceso directo a la piscina, tiene todo lo que necesitas para unos días de descanso, mucho menaje de cocina, toallas hasta para la piscina, sábanas, hasta hamacas para la terraza, está muy bien acondicionado, Susana nos atendió en todo momento muy amablemente, muy simpática y servicial y Michel se intereso también por mensajes para ver si estaba todo correcto, 100x100 recomendable, el año que vuelva a veranear en Roquetas sin duda volveremos a su apartamento

un apartamento encantador,rosa cuida el más mínimo detalle,unas vistas espectaculares la cama super cómoda que nos facilito mucho el descanso,sin lugar a dudas recomendable 100x100.

Nous avon passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est conforme au descriptif ,très bien équipé, très propre,tout ce qu'il faut en terme de produits et de vaisselle (ce qui est très rare) donc bravo à Ruben et Javier. A proximité de la mer et des commerces. Une bonne continuation à vous deux.

We were very happy with the apartment, it was very functional, large, plenty of light, nice bathrooms with great showers, we had everything we needed and the terrace with direct sea view was just amazing! The position of the apartment was also excellent, just a few steps from the beach and conveniently reached by car. There was a bit of noise coming from the neighbors (loud TV on same wall with bedroom) and also the smell of cooking came through the bathroom ventilation when neighbors were cooking. This is not something Salva can control, so I didn't take it as a direct negative point for his beautiful apartment, plus he is already putting solutions in place for these issue :) Salva is a great host, he met us directly for check in, he was very responsive for an issue we had with the coffee machine (he brought us a new one!), and we had a great time here in beautiful Aguadulce.

El alojamiento estaba en perfecto estado de limpieza y la relación con el anfitrión ha sido correcta y cordial.

El dueño muy amable siempre pendiente de todo. La casa igual que en las fotos espacioso cómodo y bonito no tengo ninguna queja nos encantó. También está muy cerca de la playa, la playa está detrás de la urbanización literal. También puedes salir andando para un boulevard donde hay varios restaurantes, muy cómodo, también está a uno 2in de Almería y cerca de cabo de gata y sus pueblos a unos 30-40min nos pareció genial la ubicación recomendada. Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr einfach, freundlich. Die Nähe zum Meer ist toll. Der kleine Pool war auch im Oktober angenehm warm.

We had a lovely time at Paula's place for two weeks. It is a cozy place with everything you need, A/C in every room witch is a must in that area. A grear balcony for the smokers, with a nice evening view at the swimming pool. We also enjoyed the pool during the day which had a life guard constantly in there. And to don't forget the parking space if you travel by car which is very safe and you need to pass two gates to get inside.

The terrace is as advertised. Spent lots of time lounging in the sun and admiring the beautiful view. Very well appointed apartment, everything you could need to enjoy the terrace, beach, cook meals, etc. Loved Almeria and this is a great location from which to explore, 30 minutes of walking takes you pretty much anywhere you'd like to go. Maria was absolutely lovely to deal with. Appreciated the time she took to walk us through the apartment at check in.

Espectacular! Como en las fotos, ubicación y vistas increíbles. Funcionaba todos los servicios que anuncia(micro, horno, aires acondicionados, TV, etc.) Sitio para relajarse y disfrutar de playa y del ocio por las inmediaciones. Accesos fáciles y cómodos. Recepción y salida con instrucciones claras y trato recibido excelente.... Si puedo en un futuro próximo me gustaría repetir. Gracias Raúl y su padre

The apartment complimented the surroundings, it was very well accommodated with nice functional touchs as well as a good layout and lovely furnishings. Easy to access and very private, with beautiful sea views to the front and mountain/town views to the back. I would highly recommend this apartment to people looking for easy access to all El Zapillos amenities, but also wanting there own space and privacy.. it has both. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time, the energy in the house was pleasant, the house was clean and the kitchen fully equipped, the recommendations from the hostess were perfect. Thank you very much for the stay and the hospitality, we highly recommend it

Hemos tenido una experiencia excelente en la casa de Mario. La casa tiene hasta el último detalle y está literalmente a pie de playa. Es precioso levantarte y escuchar las olas. Fuimos con mis padres y mi bebé de 8 meses y Mario trajo todo lo necesario para que mi bebé estuviera perfecto, trajo trona y cuna. ¡No nos faltó de nada! Mario está pendiente en caso que tengas cualquier duda o problema. En este lugar te aseguras una súper estancia. Nosotros repetiremos en el futuro.

Spotless, great location, early check in, a cot set up for my baby (with a baby toy bought for him) comfortable beds, great air con, a 5 star stay. I will stay again - perfect !
