We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Del Mar. It has a beautiful private ocean front setting. We loved having breakfast on the terrace with the ocean in front of us. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we had every amenity we needed. This part of PR is not heavily touristed, and we experienced a small slice of local life. There are parks within driving distance, and many fish and seafood restaurants nearby. We highly recommend a stay at La Vista Del Mar. Thank you, Jim and Teresa for your warm hospitality.

Jaccuzi takes a while to heat up, so plan accordly. Also make sure to follow the rules of the AC usage since will be monitored. Overall, great place and reasonable price. Minutes from la Guancha and dinner places.

It was my 55th birthday. We were 14 people, and it was extremely comfortable for all of us. Everything was nice and neat, the place is beautiful and quiet, perfect to be relax, you don't need to leave the house at all, photos don't do justice for the place, view and sunrise. Hector is super accessible and communicative. My whole family loved it. We are definitely coming back.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The place was absolutely spotless—I could walk around barefoot, and it smelled fresh and clean the entire time. I was initially concerned about GPS issues, but I had no trouble at all using Google Maps or Apple Maps to find it. The location was perfect, and the space was even bigger than it looked in the pictures. The outdoor area was stunning, overlooking the mountains, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. Although I don’t speak Spanish, the hosts spoke perfect English, which made everything even easier. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! ¡Tuve una estancia increíble en este Airbnb en Puerto Rico! We booked this place because the other reviews said that you can hear the ocean in your room all night, and it's absolutely true. The balcony is shaded and breezy, the place is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the shower has good pressure. There is good food and lovely walking and beaches nearby. This was our fifth trip to Puerto Rico and we really enjoyed the Patillas area. People are friendly and there is not mass-tourism style development. If you enjoy the outdoors and a relaxed atmosphere, Patillas and the Agua Salada should be a great place for you.

Nilda was an excellent host. Got us some chairs for the beach, towels we could take there, and she even baked some biscuits for us + plus brought us some delicious quesitos. She was always was very attentive to our needs. If we were ever in Patillas again, this would be the place to stay. Awesome view and location.

We have stayed in many Airbnbs and this was probably the very best as far as having absolutely everything we needed. Host provided every last thing we could possibly need for days on the beach; chairs, umbrellas, beach bags, and coolers; even a bag of ice to pack the cooler and a couple bottles of water and cervezas in the fridge when we arrived. Very easy to find with ample instructions to get inside. Lovely deck to enjoy a meal or morning coffee with lots of plants. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless. Great shower and comfortable bed. Even provided robes and slippers like a hotel! Apartment is new and very tastefully decorated. A/C worked great and neighborhood is very safe and quiet. About 15-20 mins to downtown Ponce so you need a car but there’s a designated parking spot. If we are ever back in Ponce, we would definitely book again. Host was very pleasant and had great communication. Very relaxing enjoyable stay.

We had a great experience! The house was comfortable, had the basic kitchen equipment, and the pool was amazing. Edwin was quick to respond when the WiFi went out Ava had it fixed in 15 minutes. I would stay here again! Great host and great house!

Hector was super responsive the entire process- from before even booking! We had things that we wanted to do all over the island- Ponce, Yauco, Cabo Rojo, Aguadilla, Cayey, Rio Grande & San Juan. Everything was within a reasonable drive. The biggest selling factor, other than the responsiveness, was the toys for the kids, and the large (wide) bunk beds. We came with our 1 year old, so entertaining him at the house was not a concern, and I wasn't worried about him rolling/falling off the bed. My husband and I said that these hosts definitely have kids because the toys were absolutely PERFECT- only parents would know what to/not to have. The air conditioning worked very well, and very quickly. We only ever ate breakfast there, but it seemed like they had everything you'd need (dishes/utensils) for any meal. Additionally, the outdoor patio space was so cute. We wished we would have taken the time to utilize that space. Definitely will consider staying here again for our next trip!

Great communication with Milagros and the home was just as described. The home is close to the highway and in a calm and quiet neighborhood. During our stay we participated in a running event in the morning. Milagros was kind enough to allow us to do a late check out in order for us to shower and rest after the event.

Excelente para un wiken en familia o grupo grande. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. Si tienes bote, se pasa espectacular. Queda justo alado de una rampa para botes y hay ruido desde temprano pero, a las 8pm +/- ya se va la gente.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lulu’s place! The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor space was cozy with absolutely beautiful views. The hot tub was definitely a highlight and made for a perfect way to unwind. The local restaurants Lulu recommended were fantastic—great food that matched her descriptions perfectly, and the sunsets from both the house and the restaurants were unreal. This was such a relaxing getaway, which was exactly what we needed. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would definitely come back. Thanks, Lulu!

El Airbnb fue excelente. El lugar era tranquilo y seguro; mis hijos jugaron afuera sin preocupaciones. La piscina fue solo para nosotros, y aunque no entramos a la playa, caminar por la costa fue espectacular. El cuarto estaba impecable, con todo lo necesario y un aroma rico. Incluso tenían repelente disponible, lo cual fue útil por los mosquitos en la mañana y al atardecer. Es un Airbnb en un lugar privilegiado. ¡Nos encantó y queremos volver!
