Mükemmel bir balkon manzarası, gayet temiz bir apart ve çok yardımcı olan samimi bir ev sahibi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz harika bir deneyimdi.

Burada birçok kez konakladık ve her seferinde de çok memnun kaldık. Herhangi bir problem veya sorun ile karşılaşmadık. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve yardımsever. Bölge sakin, sessiz ve rahat bir yer. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Ozlem’s place is a cosy, family-run inn that radiates warmth and love. We could not meet her, but her family warmly welcomed my husband and me, going out of their way to communicate with Google Translate. The inn matches the inviting pictures. Our small but functional room had clean bathrooms. We had a minor issue with the bathroom flush, but they promptly provided another bathroom and fixed it by the next day. It's within walking distance of Hagia Sophia, blue mosque and Basilica Cistern. Irma treated us to a delightful breakfast spread every morning, with unlimited Turkish tea and delicious vegetarian options. Special thanks to Mehmet for ensuring our smooth check-in and check-out and calling a cab to the airport. He even treated us to Turkish tea on our last night! We experienced Turkish hospitality at its finest, thanks to Ozlem’s family(Ilias, Irma and Mehmet). Added bonus: all the cats you meet outside. I highly recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The place is more of a hotel than a typical airbnb. 24/7 desk officers, ready to help and who speak English. The location was my favorite thing: amazing shops with wholesale clothing shops and the main street nearby with everything one can need: restaurants, shops, medical offices, pharmacies, bakeries.... I HIGHLY recommend this place. I will always be a place away from home in Sisly.

A would highly recommend Marmara Guesthouse. All the positive reviews (which is why I booked here in the first place) were 100% accurate. Great breakfast, lovely rooms, fab location. The receptionists were great and deserve a special mention- they gave really helpful advice on things I should do in Istanbul (I highly recommend doing a Turkish Bath btw!). A very enjoyable stay. A gold star ⭐ . Thank you. 😊

Really I’m glad that I stayed at this bungalows , It I’m coming back to Sapanca I won’t stay anywhere else only here . Host , the place the cleaniss , the location is all great don’t miss it !

Dış ortamın ışıklandırmaları biraz yetersizdi , kahvaltı konusunu önceden özellikle sordum dahil mi diye, dahil olduğunu söylediniz fakat sonradan sıkıntı oluştu, merdivenlerde korkuluk eksik, onun dışında artılarına değinecek olursam havuz çok güzel ve sıcaktı, mahremiyet iyiydi, sakin ve sessizdi. Temizlik gayet iyiydi, mutfak yeterliydi. Tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir yerdi, çok teşekkür ederim

Gayet güzel bir otel. Nezih müşteri kitlesine sahip. Esnek giriş imkanı sağladılar. Housekeeping güzeldi. Kahvaltı başarılıydı. Tüm fasiliteşer çalışıyordu. Memnun kaldık

Great location with plenty restaurants and shops around. Super convenient and easy to explore the area! Room was clean and comfortable with a lot light that I loved it! Host was kind and helpful! I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Отличное место и расположение. Площадь Таксим , станция метро, автобусная остановка находится очень близко. Парвин отзывчивый и дружелюбный, быстро отвечает. Мы остались довольны. Спасибо!

Herşey için teşekkür ederiz

The house was in really demanding place. Even it is bit small, the room has everthing and fell in love with the balcony which is a greatest part. Only problem is to find a parking area if you have a car. There is a parking lot right in the street (near Happy Center market), which is 1-2 minutes distance. I believe it is affordable(450TRY/night) for 2-3 days accommodation. Also there is a ISPARK close to Cıragan Palace, which is much cheaper(190TRY/night). If you go late at night, there is a high possibility to find an available lot. Anyway, everthing was super clean in the room, beds were comfortable and there are shampoo/body gel in bath. Also thanks for the free coffee. Host was responsive and helped all the questions that we have. If we will come Istanbul, we will definetely consider to stay here again.

Öncelikle bize esnek giriş sunduğunuz için çok teşekkür ederiz :) Oda tertemizdi, eşyalar yeniydi ve jakuzi çok keyifliydi. Yalnızca banyo tertemiz olmasına rağmen hafif bir koku vardı nedenini anlayamadık. Otel muhiti hem göle yakın hemde sessiz sakin huzurlu bir yerdi. Market ve restoran olanakları güzeldi. Son olarak otelin giriş lobisinde Gloria Jeans olması kahvesever bir çift olarak bizi çok mutlu etti :) Tekrar gelmeyi planlıyoruz :)
