We enjoyed our stay. The place is nice, clean and cozy. Since our stay was more than a week, we got the house cleaned and the linens and towels were replaced with fresh ones. The place is conveniently located.

Nos encantó el lugar, todo está muy accesible y es un lugar muy cómodo y acogedor.

la casa de Manuel es muy linda, el lugar sumamente tranquilo, casi al final de la Barra de Santiago, la llegada final a la casa en si es una aventura ya que se sale de la calle y se entra a la orilla de playa buscando llegar, pero con un buen 4x4 se logra. recomiendo muchísimo contratar el extra de la cocina de José Mario que es un chef extraordinario, vale 100% la pena!! de seguro volveremos ya que nos encantó todo!!

This place and its surroundings were exactly what I needed for a peaceful getaway from city life. I booked this place for almost two weeks which allowed me to get a good feel of what is around the area and the ins and out of the secured community. Juan was super responsive to any questions I had and provided great recommendations for local businesses that turned out to be awesome!! I would have no problem booking this location again. The host always responds very quickly and she was very respectful. She answered all my questions . About the place looks better than the pictures, I will recommend it and I will come back in the future. The place it is nice and very comfortable and the rooms are big enough and they have everything you can asked for. I could give more than 5 start I will do it .

Muy buen lugar para disfrutar del mar. Fue un poco raro que no tuviera llave la puerta principal del apartamento por lo que tuvimos un poco de miedo en la noche pero de lo contrario todo super bien!

Good location and I felt safe and 10 minutes from downtown Juayua! And I think the price is fair and the communication with the host is excellent!

JUAN TOOK TIME TO PROVIDE ME ACOMODSTION EVEN THOUGH IT WAS FOR A LATE CHECK-IN WITH NOT SO MUCH NOTICE. THE HOME WAS READY ON A TIMELY MANNER SPOTLESS LIKE ALWAYS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUANS PLACE WHILE TRAVELING THE AREA. THIS IS MY SECOND STAY. AND THERE WILL BE MORE IN THE FUTURE DEFINITELY. THANK YOU.

It was amazing and peaceful Juan also told us a little bit of our story that I’m being from El Salvador didn’t even know about overall I would come and stay here again it’s pretty close to everything you could possibly need.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed 3 nights at Jennifer's place and really enjoyed our stay. There was a helpful instruction booklet that we used, and Jennifer was very responsive to any questions we had. One thing to note, due to the gaps in the ceiling wall, you can hear traffic sounds fairly early, and the morning sun comes in through the kitchen window - it got us going on our day!
