Jay ist ein freundlicher und unterhaltsamer Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich. Wir werden auf jeden fall in Kontakt bleiben und wieder kommen.

I cannot express enough how kind Seema and her partner were to us during our stay. We managed to check in early and we're even provided small breakfasts in the morning and coffee free of charge! The hospitality could not have been better. The house was large and spotless as well. We 100% recommend!! Thanks both 😃

Dorothea es muy amable, su casa es muy linda, limpia y organizada. El espacio de la habitación es muy cómodo. Definitivamente su plus es el desayuno que es muy delicioso.

Dorothea ist ein sehr freundlicher und unterstützender Mensch. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt bei ihr. Es ist ruhig und es gibt viel Wald und Natur in der Umgebung. Sehr gerne wieder.

Angela and her husband were very kind and greeted our family of four (2 adults, 2 dogs) with a warm welcome! There were numerous spaces for street parking, with an open area and biking trail closely located for morning/evening walks for our boys. We selected this BNB based on its close proximity to the Allianz Arena and Munich city center(15-20 minutes), but were even more surprised to find just how much our boys had taken a liking to Angela and her husband. This gave my partner and I immense peace of mind when we left for dinner and the American football game (4 hours). With well-behaved dogs and with the proper time for everyone to be acquainted, we were all comfortable with having our boys free-roam the house (besides upstairs and their cellar, understandably) while we were away. Additionally, the breakfast in their living room/atrium prepared for us every morning (even on departure day) was exquisite, it truly felt like a put together bed and breakfast! We can't wait to return!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit grossem eigenen Bad und fabelhafte Gastgeber. Ich habe mich gleich sehr wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr praktisch neben der S-Bahn Station gelegen. Von Ingo habe ich einen sehr schönen Ausflugstip erhalten. Sehr geschätzt habe ich auch das selbst gebackene Brot zum Frühstück. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Quin was a great host, and my family of 4 really enjoyed her place for our stay in Munich. Great access to public transportation, bakeries, etc. Quin was very friendly. I would highly recommend.

Good location in walking distance of the event I attended. Easy and friendly communication with host, easy and flexible checkin.

Nice living space, excellent location adjacent to the English Gardens and 1km walk to Marienplatz. Breakfast in the morning was great, our kids especially loved it.

I can't say enough good things about Stephan - always helpful and attentive, smart, funny, the kind of person you want as a friend. And then there's the apartment - spacious, has everything (a 3-4-5 minute tea timer? Really??!!), super comfortable bed and linens. And the location - multiple excellent restaurants and a small market within a few blocks, quiet and peaceful. It just felt like home right away. Thanks so much, Stephan, for this experience!

Wir haben uns im neuen Gästehaus Grundler rundum wohl gefühlt. Dank der vielen tollen Tipps der Gastgeber, konnten wir einige schöne Ausflüge mit unseren Kindern in die Umgebung machen. Der Wörthsee lädt bei jedem Wetter zum Baden ein und ist nur ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt. Das schicke Interieur ist einfach bezaubernd. Wir haben die Luxus-Gruppenküche mehrfach genutzt und waren von der Ausstattung begeistert. Ein tolles Konzept! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Peter (and Lola!) were very welcoming, and the apartment was in a great location for our one-night stay: we were able to visit the English Garden, Marienplatz for the Glockenspiel, and lots of local church buildings with beautiful architecture, even though we were only there for a short time (~24h). We were also able to sample some great food in the local neighbourhood: Pho with great broth around the corner @ Pho You, delicious ice cream from Ballabeni (especially the chocolate and the lemon-basil), and an enjoyable, flavorful kebab from Doner Oz Urfa, just a stone's throw away. Peter also surprised us with coffee, pretzels and an engaging conversation in the morning, so we felt very blessed and prepared for our day of exploring. Danke, Peter! To summarize: friendly & generous host, great location, lots of local options, and a comfortable room with plenty of space.

Eva ist eine super sympathische Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und entgegenkommend. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr ruhig

We had a very nice stay, the room was as advertised and the host was very helpfull and caring. She also made us a great breakfast every morning.

Alex and Karoline’s are amazing kind hearted hosts who made us feel very welcomed in Munich in their beautiful house. Alex was very proactive communicator with local recommendations and guidance for any inquiries we had. It is sweet touch of the owners’ to serve lovely breakfast every morning. One of the few AirBnB’s we felt like home. Flexible check-in timings, house was very easy to find with free parking beside the house if you are reaching by car. Convenient location one of the nearest S-Bahn stops is “Mittersendling” 12 mins walk from the house in 9-13 mins reaches Munich Hbf we used this way of transportation however you have plenty of bus options also nearby. Clean house with comfy beds. We would definitely choose Alex’s house for our next visit.

Gianna war ein sehr liebe, herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, wenn ich könnte, würde ich sogar 6 Sterne geben! Jederzeit gerne wieder!
