Really nice studio very clean close to all amenities exactly as described very comfy bed..... Smart TV with all channels and apps fast broadband would definitely stay again !

The house was in a nice location and was very clean, the garden was nice and we felt at home right away, we would not hesitate to stay again if we were looking for somewhere to stay in that area in the future, Lindsey was very helpful

We had a great stay and it felt really well cared for and homely. Perfect for our weekend away with our children. Very convenient for Blackpool and surrounding areas with the added benefit of feeling like you’re in the countryside and away from it all. Really easy check in and check out and response from Hannah when needed. I would recommend staying here!

Great flat, excellent location and super host!!! Really good place to spend time

Our wish for visiting Liverpool was to be located outside the city centre so we could safely park our rental car for 2 nights and use nearby, easy transportation. Sarah’s place was PERFECT. Her Orrell Park flat had off-road parking and the train station was 30 seconds around the corner! You couldn’t hear the trains at all. We got into the city centre in 15 minutes. Her flat was up two short sets of stairs and had everything we needed. It was spacious, clean and the couches (different than in the listing photo) were comfortable and had USB ports inside them! The Wi-Fi worked well. Portable heaters in most rooms quickly took the chill away. You can tell the flat has had updates. The bathroom (different than in the photo) needs new flooring and tiling, but renos take time and it was clean. The area seemed safe when we walked two minutes around the corner to a convenience store and a great takeaway fish and chips shop (huge pieces). You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

We loved our stay at this property, the decor was modern and clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. we have stayed in many Airbnb’s over the years and this was one of the best. The property was very well located with a 10 minute walk into Southport and 13 minutes into Birkdale which is a lovely village with a great cafe culture. We also spent a day at Ainsdale beach which is just a 10 minute drive. We would definitely come back to this property and highly recommend

We all had an absolutely fantastic few days away at this accommodation. Patrick and Belinda gave very clear instructions on how to enter the accommodation. Everything was pristine clean, very modern and very comfortable. There was books, games, colouring books etc to keep occupied on rainy days but we were very lucky, and the weather was beautiful. The apartment was in walking distance of shops, restaurants and the pleasure beach theme park. There was plenty of spaces for parking on the street with no issues. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and we would love to visit again in the near future. Thank you so much.

Lovely place to stay whilst here for a week’s work trip with 2 colleagues. Very clean space, lovely little outside seating too. Walkable to centre of Blackpool. Lovely hosts and very quick at responding. We’re constantly traveling for work and always looking for a home away from home, and this place provided that. Many thanks to James and Connie
