Katie’s place was in a great location walkable to the beautiful St Kilda Beach and the pier which is a fun lively experience in the evening and a great spot to capture photos of the water and the city. You can see the little penguins around sunset at the end of the pier. There are some really nice beachfront restaurants to grab lunch or a drink. There are also a lot of restaurants and bars on Fitzroy and the famous Acland Street (for the cake shops) which are both just a short walk. Also we were allowed early check in which was very much appreciated. We extended our stay to add three more nights because we enjoyed the area so much!

Super cozy spot! Would highly reccomend! Close to all kinds of amenities, the check in was very easy to do, the appartment was impeccably clean and the sauna and pool were great bonuses. We enjoyed our stay and would book again without hesitation.

A perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 4 nights. Heidi and Tim are A+ hosts whose extra touches are greatly appreciated. Location is superb and the community leaves you wishing you could move here. House was spotless, deck was perfect for dinner. For us, extremely convenient to sandbelt golf courses. We would love to come back and would be delighted to stay here again.

I had an amazing stay!!!!! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The little thoughtful touches made the experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb

This location could not be better, but inside you feel completely separate from the busy street outside. It was a perfect respite from the heat and felt like a complete oasis during our fabulous stay in fitzroy with beautiful linens and very comfortable bed. Incredibly responsive host as well!

Very happy with the place, pool was nice and clean, bedrooms were good and living room was nice and roomy. Great area arouns the bbq as well for people to hang out and was very dog friendly with a small front yard that had a fence around it.

I had a great stay at this apartment. The hosts were considerate, creating an experience that felt easy and effortless. I appreciated the extra thought throughout. The location is perfect, with beautiful view and well-connected to everything the city has to offer. A smooth and comfortable experience overall. Perfect accommodation and location for our needs. Train station was opposite, only 45 minutes into Flinders St Station. Beach was 2 minute walk. Shops behind the train station. Perfect.

I’d happily recommend Craig’s wonderful and charming terrace house. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a hidden gem to base yourself while you explore the city. Close to the botanic gardens, Melbourne park and the MCG, or an easy tram ride to the city if you don’t feel like walking. It has everything we needed.

Beautiful house, had all the amenities we needed. Close to the Showgrounds (we were visiting for equitana). Secure and safe. Very quiet street. Fantastic value for money. Had a small issue with the dishwasher on check in. It was replaced the next day! Very impressed with the host and the house. Thank you

I needed a place to stay quickly and the host responded so quickly, and allowed me to check in early as well! I can't believe how comfy the beds are! the pillows are the hard ones that I like as well!. its also super close to QV and Melbourne Central, allows me to move around quickly. The host is amazingly responsive, and when asked for a spare key, he turned that around on the same day. if anyone is looking to stay near the city, this is the place!

Maria’s house is beautiful, and certainly very spacious! Everything is incredibly comfortable, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden is huge, with a beautiful oak tree, and would be lovely to sit under in the warmer weather. It is in very quiet area that is close to Maling road, and would be easy to get to the city from. Maria is lovely to communicate with, and left us a little treat! We would thoroughly recommend staying here! Thank you :)

A great place to stay in vibrant Smith St Collingwood. So many restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. The classic terrace has been fitted out in a lovely style and the living space upstairs is a fabulous and spacious room. Kizzi & Michael were very friendly and responsive, helping out quickly to fix a small problem. Unexpected bonus was the courtyard with the basketball hoop.

We enjoyed our stay in Melbourne. The gorgeous view from the apartment was a highlight. It was very clean. We liked being able to use the gym and swimming pool. It’s a lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants.
