Excellent. Everything was spot on. The kuya who was the over all in charge of the apartment was very helpful and professional to our needs. He makes sure that all our needs met. Absolutely divine. I will surely recommend this property to others and we will definitely come back 💜

Mo is very hospitable person and responds to any questions the place is great beach facing apartment and the place was same as photos apartment was clean and spacious had great stay if I come to Ajman I would like to stay in same apartment

Honestly quite unbelievable especially for the price - in a good way! Not even £40/night and it really is practically a fully-furnished flat/apartment with excellent amenities (including a washing machine, fridge, freezer) and of course air conditioning and so on. The bed is comfortable too. Wasim and his team respond to messages within minutes at any time of day, we felt very supported. There's also a 24 hour schwarma place at the foot of the building which is cool. Was here for a wedding and some of the guests stayed in hotels for five or so times the price and I can't imagine they got much more than we did!

It was an amazing and specially a comfortable experience. As the one travelling with family, this place was perfect for our needs, and host helped us a lot in settling up, as this was our first time in this area. Definitely going to come again.

Had a great time staying here, it is very close to the beach in ajman , lots of restaurants around you within 10 mins walk or less. the host ,Ibrahim etc were so helpful and responsive . we had a sink pipe burst and water went everywhere in the bathroom and was flooding in bathroom and kitchen , i contacted the host and literally within 20mins the sink was fixed and the floor was dry and looked like it never happened! only note is for anyone staying it is far from dubai city so rent a car or if you don't mind there is a bus for its 1hr or more to dubai but ajman is a great location to chill and hangout

Gazda a fost foarte comunicativă, s-a asigurat ca am ajuns bine și ca am reușit să facem check in ul conform instrucțiunilor primite ( de altfel dacă nu vrei să faci Self check în , sunt deschiși să vină în persoană să te ajute). Am avut la dispoziție tot ce a fost nevoie, gazda răspunde foarte rapid la orice mesaj sau orice întrebare. Data viitoare o să alegem să venim tot aici cu mare drag! Vă recomand cu mare drag!

We stayed at Wasim's place for 10 days and it was a wonderful experience! The studio apartment is warm, cozy, and designed with great attention to detail—it felt like a true home away from home. Wasim has clearly put a lot of effort into every aspect of the space, and it really made our stay special. We were able to contact Ibrahim anytime if we had any questions, and their team was always available and happy to assist us. We were so impressed by their hospitality. We are already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Très bon emplacement, manque un petit coup de rafraîchissement niveau peinture des murs dans le salon qui craque un peu… Mais sinon tout fonctionne correctement, bien agencé et spacieux. Arrivé c’est bien passer, j’ai eu un petit soucis avec la porte d’entré qui voulait plus s’ouvrir mais en deux temps trois mouvement c’était réparer. Commerce au pied de l’immeuble avec restaurant et mosquée accessible à pied. Merci Wasim
