The apartment was clean and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day exploring Dubai. The interior was thoughtfully designed, equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and ample storage space. The hosts had truly gone the extra mile to ensure comfort. The linens were crisp and fresh, and both bath and beach towels were provided, which was a thoughtful touch, especially given the proximity to the beach. Easy communication channel established with very quick response. Great experience from start to finish.

Had an amazing stay at Hassan's place! The apartment felt like home and Hassan is a super host. The location is perfect too - a short walk to the beach, Marina Walk, and metro. Would definetly stay here again!

С удовольствием ходили в большой магазин неподалеку и находили там много интересного) я уверена в успехе этого места, поэтому надеюсь, что нам удастся вернуться!) рекомендую однозначно, мы очень довольны!

The place was exactly as per the photos; lovely and clean. Teuta was an amazing host, always so helpful with anything I asked; nothing was too much. When I asked for something to be looked at in the bathroom she did not even question me and arranged for maintenance to come out straight away. I will definitely be coming back to stay here. Wonderful Stay in a Cozy and Convenient Location! I recently stayed and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The décor was charming, and the amenities provided made it feel like a home away from home.

We booked the place few months in advance and it was a great deal. The apartment was on the 18th floor and had 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom was quite spacious. The only downside was the other two rooms were a little smaller. But don't let that discourage you, the living room was huge and well decorated. The sofas was very comfortable and the attached kitchen was easy to cook in. The master bedroom has an attached washroom with bathtub (washroom was huge). The other two bedrooms had a common washroom which was spacious enough too. There was another washroom near the kitchen albeit without a shower. The best part was all the washrooms were squeaky clean and spotless. However, the best part of the apartment is the view. Mesmerizing view of the Burj Khalifa along with Dubai Mall gives you every bang of the buck. You could easily see the Fountain Show right from your balcony if you're lazy enough to walk for 5 mins. If that's not all, the host is super helpful and responsive.

Un séjour exceptionnel ! L’appartement est on ne peut mieux situé, avec une facilité d’accès à la piscine, à la plage, et à la promenade (the walk) de JBR. Quartier à la fois vivant et paisible. La vue de l’appartement est splendide. L’hôte est très arrangeante et disponible à la moindre requête. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

It was an amazing experience qualify for best value for money !! Within walking distance about 10 minutes from the Dubai Mall very quiet building. What I enjoyed the most was the free gym The only drawback was the availability of the swimming pool. It was closed during my stay.

It's a great place, we loved the environment and the surroundings. It was very peaceful and at the same time have opportunities for lot of outdoor activities . Place has lot of amenities and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a staycation or in Dubai for a wonderful vacation

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! We traveled with two friends, our two children, and our baby, and everything was perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped to accommodate our group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any issues that arose during our stay. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to families traveling with children or just even a group of adults – it was an ideal spot for both relaxation and fun. We’ll definitely be returning in the future. What a wonderful experience. Namzy went absolutely above and beyond to help me with check in, finding local spots, checking how it was all going and just generally amazingly helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better host! The place is perfect for its location, views and amenities. The space was really homely and so much care and attention was given to every guest. Nos hospedamos durante una semana con mi familia en el apartamento de Salma, y fue todo mejor de lo planeado. La ubicación es espectacular, sobre la marina, con muchos restaurantes cerca y también a pocas cuadras de JBR, una zona con mucho ambiente y también muchos restaurantes. El apartamento es super cómodo, aún más lindo que en las fotos, y con una terraza que es un placer que desayunar ahí todos los días. Salma fue una host impecable, nos ha dado toda la información al detalle y siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. MUY RECOMENDABLE

Her apartment is beautiful. She made sure we didn’t get lost on the way to their place. The area is very clean and spacious, with a large living room and six big bedrooms. We all had a great time. It’s near JBR Beach, and we’ll definitely come back. The owner is very kind and ensures that you will have a great stay in the apartment. Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på 10 dager i denne flotte leiligheten. Med to bad, et gjestetoalett, to store soverom og flott fellesareal, så var det god plass til både oss og våre gjester. Utsikten fra terrassen er mildt sagt breath taking, og er egentlig i seg selv verdt pengene. Taimur er en hyggelig og informativ host. Han svarte raskt på våre henvendelser, og hjalp oss med alt vi lurte på. Vi anbefaler denne leiligheten på det sterkeste.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We arrived slightly early and Zamil let us in before the arranged check in which was really good after a long flight. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had tea and coffee and a large water dispenser which was really handy. The apartment was very easy to find and in a great location, especially for tourists or those new to the city. It is a 5 minute walk to the metro station which was fantastic. It is a 20 minute walk to the marina which has great restaurants and nice views. It is a 30 minute walk until you are on the beach! It’s not a hard walk either and is very accessible. The view from the balcony was really nice overlooking the lakes. There are lots of shops around the place too for groceries, coffee, food etc. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend Zamil as a host as he was very responsive and his apartment was great value for a genuinely lovely place to stay.

Great location, minutes of walking distance to Dubai mall and fountain, the view was spectacular, everything is as the photos shown. The property has dedicated exit way to the fountain broad walk as well as main entrance for taxi/Uber rides for direct pick up / drop off, we enjoyed the convivence that this property is located. Very clean, and tech (wifi, TV, AC, etc) very user friendly, the beds are comfortable and the towels were specially cleaned and packaged into bags (as if you are opening it up for the first time to brand new towels!). Overall great place would definitely look to stay here again.
