Beautiful, modern place. Tasteful furnishings. Great kitchen area. It seemed from the map that it was on the outskirts of Christchurch. But apparently Christchurch is a sprawling city with no center, so the apartment really is close to the best part of town: the "market", which has lots of restaurants and food counters, the botanical gardens, and the disco area (a few blocks away so you can't hear it). The card-access, in-building garage has a generously sized parking spot. The kitchen is well equipped with matching utensils and even a pod espresso machine! There were two choices of milk in the fridge. The washer and dryer (in a closet straight ahead when you walk in) are new. It even has accounts for Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. Amy responded immediately to my few questions. She even sent me check-in instructions a few days early because I was worried I wouldn't have cell service. It was a great stay.

Thorough enjoyed the stay at the Airbnb that Katya has available - very neat and tidy, immediately felt at home and comfortable, very nice and homely feeling in a modern abode. Has all the amenities that you need for a good stay, very central and easy to get around, plus the added benefit of a secure garage is super helpful! If you're planning on staying in Christchurch then I wouldn't look past this beautiful townhouse!

Easy walk to pretty much everywhere. Everything was great, just wished I'd realised the washing machine couldn't be used if you'd booked less than 3nights. One of the reasons I booked but hadn't read the full T&C description of the stay. Would stay again, absolutely. Balcony was added bonus and it was really pretty quiet. Could sometimes hear the people in the room next door. Place is super secure as well.

Needed single accommodation following hospital stay. Only one step into the door but everything else very easy to move around in. Teabags and milk provided, chocolate bar waiting. Bealy pub next door great, good food, standard prices. Mian road parking only. Would stay again.

Great place and the location will be ideal once the work on the nearby stadium and surrounding roads is finished. Somehow the contractors working on the stadium are able to work right through the night which is a little noisy for the southern bedroom.

A wonderful condo ... location was perfect, right on the waterfront. We enjoyed taking in the views from our balcony over a glass of wine in the afternoon. Walkable to the rest of town. One of the most comfortable beds we've slept in during our 3 months wander through NZ. Furnishings are of a high standard. Be sure to take in the Summit Drive while here.

We had a fantastic stay at John's place. Lovely clean modern home with everything we needed. Super comfy beds and a very peaceful neighborhood was just what we needed for a week of R & R. John was a great host, very friendly with good communication. Highly recommend this place. Thanks John!

LuxBnB was perfect for our 3 day stay. Detailed instructions were given on how to get there. The place was so clean and neat. It was right across the street from New Brighton beach so we took advantage of beach walks and watching the sunrise.

From the moment we arrived, the house was warm and welcoming, creating a cozy atmosphere. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend! Super close to Nga Puna Wai sports hub which was a bonus for us.

We had a fantastic stay at Fangs place! The apartment is extremely well located, close to Riverside markets for coffee, breakfast or dinner. Quick and easy walk to central Christchurch for a shopping trip! Please is comfortable and clean, and each having our own bathroom was a major plus. Would absolutely recommend this place to others.

Studio is as described. Everything is new and it's very clean. Sharon is a proactive and responsive host.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Susan’s apartment in Christchurch! As a family of four, we found the space perfect and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The location was ideal, close to everything with a café on the corner, making it easy for us to explore Christchurch. We highly recommend Susan’s place to anyone visiting the area.

Really handy location and easy walking distance into the CBD. The garden/outdoor area could use a bit of a spruce up to make it useable but the place was otherwise was great and fulfilled our needs 😊

This is the second visit to this apartment. I forgot how easy it is to get out and about in the CBD, and also the great coffee and famous Grizzly bakery metres away. Very spacious apartment, very comfortable.

This was my second visit. Lily and Anna were super helpful in organising my booking and a connnecting one at short notice. I love this apartment. It's small but beautifully appointed, convenient to the Avon walkway and the city. It is on a busy road but that didn't bother me. The outside patio is lovely in the evening. I will return for sure.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Worcester Terraces. The hosts are super responsive. The 2 bed/2-bath condo is very nice and super clean. Everything you will need for your stay is provided. The kitchen is well equipped, and all of the appliances work perfectly. The condo has a lot of natural sunlight, and the outdoor space is delightful. We would highly recommend booking this condo.
