Åkersberga : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We stayed at the apartment for three months as a family of three. Adam was super helpful, and the apartment was ideally equipped and situated for the trip. The area is close to the metro and does not have many tourists. The apartment and building are new, well-kept and quiet. Adam helped us when we arrived and responded very quickly to questions. A superb stay at a great place with a wonderful host!

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt um die Ecke vom Wasser und bietet Gelegenheit für schöne Spaziergänge. Es ist ruhig, man ist unbeobachtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, die öffentliche Anbindung an Stockholm ist völlig problemlos. Aber auch mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 20-25 Minuten mitten in Stockholm. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht für das tägliche Kochen und Leben und ist unaufgeregt und freundlich eingerichtet. Außerdem sind Henrik und Irma sehr liebenswert und freundlich, sodass man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The apartment was within very walkable distance to a lot of attractions and amenities, very clean, and the host was very accommodating.

Flott leilighet med alt av fasiliteter i et rolig og trygt område. Anbefales! Vi kommer i hvert fall igjen neste gang vi skal til Stockholm :)

The flat offers everything you need and would expect from the pictures. Also has the best views you could imagine on the archipelago. A little personal touch with some decoration would do the rest for a perfect flat.

Labai rami ir tyli vieta, aplink gamta, jokio triukšmo, tinkama norint pailsėti. Viduje jauku lyg pas senelius vasarnamyje, buvo šilta.

Io e la nostra famiglia abbiamo amato soggiornare qui! l'appartamento era moderno, pulito, ben attrezzato e confortevole. La zona era tranquilla e c'erano molti negozi e supermercati vicino. Anita, è stata molto disponibile e reattiva. Non abbiamo avuto problemi a spostarci con i mezzi pubblici per Stoccolma. È stata una bella esperienza ci torneremo di sicuro, grazie per la vostra disponibilità!

Het was een klein, gezellig, schoon en knus appartement gelegen in een rustige, mooie en groene buurt met vrijstaande huizen. We hebben zelfs een hert zien oversteken. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig alleen is het niet zo geschikt voor lange mensen gezien de hoogte van 1.90 (gelukkig zijn wij kleiner). Strand, supermarkt en bakker waren op loopafstand. We hebben een keer lekker gegeten in restaurant Bryggan Alsten bij de haven, ook op loopafstand maar iets verder weg. Vervoer naar centrum is snel en gemakkelijk met tram en metro. Het was heerlijk om na het drukke centrum thuis te komen in een rustige, dorpse omgeving. Communicatie met Anki was uitstekend. Het was jammer dat we haar niet ontmoet hebben maar bij vragen reageerde ze meteen. Kortom een aanrader.

Li was an amazing host, really accommodating and responsive to all we asked. She has a really beautiful home close to the grocery market, lake, and bus stop. We really enjoyed our stay there

We had a very nice stay at Robert’s place for Christmas. The cottage is very cute and clean, and even had a Christmas Tree to make it extra cozy. Really recommend !

Wir waren für 2 Nächte Stockholm-Trip bei Michael zu Gast und es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Es war sehr idyllisch in der Natur gelegen und der Check-in war einfach und jederzeit möglich, weil man einfach selbst einchecken konnte. Michael war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Anders als in der Beschreibung angegeben war auch eine Grundausstattung vorhanden, alles was man braucht gab es. Waschmaschine, ausgestattete Küche, sogar einen Reiskocher. Das Bett war nur 120cm, aber für uns war das nicht weiter ein Problem. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb in einem Dorf, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln braucht man etwa 45 bis 50 Minuten zur Stockholm Central Station. Allerdings fahren die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel auch die ganze Nacht, also konnten wir auch fortgehen und jederzeit wieder zur Unterkunft zurückgelangen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist auch nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Danke Michael für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Hier ist es wirklich traumhaft schön, so ruhig und friedlich und die Glasfronten sind der Wahnsinn. Nachts bei Sternenhimmel einschlafen und morgens mit Sonnenschein durch die Bäume aufwachen. Wir haben es sehr genossen ♡

Prachtige woning, voorzien van alle gemakken. Aan het einde van de straat is een schitterend wandelgebied rond een meer. met de honden ideaal. Toen wij er waren in februari werd er geschaatst op het meer. Loopafstand naar metro en trein is plm. 7 min. zeer goede verbinding met centrum Stockholm. Groot winkelcentrum op loopafstand plm. 10 min. Parkeren van de auto rond de woning is wel opletten. Aan de linkerzijde van de weg mag niet geparkeerd worden, oftewel tegen de rijrichting in, en blijf 10 meter uit de bocht. De woning is een mooi uitgangspunt om Stockholm en omgeving te verkennen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Haus von Elin und Johan. Die Kommunikation war tadellos , immer schnell erreichbar und wir konnten spontan um eine Nacht verlängern. Der Außen-Pool war das highlight und der Whirlpool war ebenfalls super. Die Lage perfekt ruhig und trotzdem mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten im Zentrum von Stockholm. Per Boot geht aber auch. Anlegestelle nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Küchengeräte soweit alle vorhanden , nur den Wasserkocher haben wir nicht gefunden , hatten aber auch den eigenen mit :-) Jeden morgen konnten wir draußen frühstücken mit Blich auf die Schären mit den Kreuzfahrtschiffen. Wir haben uns im wunderschönen Haus von Michael und Moa sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Haus liegt ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, von wo man schnell in der Stadt ist. Der Kontakt zu Michael und Moa war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich - vielen Dank!

Salut la communauté, Ici l’espace est certes petit mais ne vous y trompez pas il est fonctionnel. très bien équipé et acceuillant. parfait pour un séjour dans la capitale suédoise. J’y étais en hiver, pour les vacances de noël, l’appart' est bien chauffé. L’hôte répond vite. tout près du métro, quartier calme. une superette pas loin. bref, au TOP.

l stayed with my teenage son for an event at the Stockholmsmässan. It was a 15-20 min walk so perfect for us. Slightly uphill going from the town to the house. Tania's place is a residential area, very quiet, pleasant walk. We even saw a hare and deer on the street which was surprising to us from the UK. We felt safe to walk back in the dark at night. Lovely, clean apartment. Nice hot shower, comfy bed. We found Tania to be very quick to respond to messages and she was very helpful.

Felix had a lovely apartment that met all my needs. It was close to grocery stores, shopping, public transit (metro, buses) and a few blocks from beautiful walking paths along the water. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Eliad was a perfect host! Communication was smooth, instructions given were clear! The accommodation was wonderful, right next to transport and the bedding was incredible. I would recommend!

We loved this place and would highly recommend. the apartment is in beautiful location with great views. The place is immaculate and smells great. You can also access the 25th floor rooftop for even better views and even have a picnic. Good restaurants within a minute or two walk. When did activities usually just had a $10-12 10 minute uber ride.

Stefan's place is fantastic, such a great location with great cafes, bars and resteraunts in the local neighbourhood for when you don't fancy travelling across the city. But if you do want to travel then good transport links for the underground (tunnelbana) as well as buses and the Flygbussarna coach stop the airpot is a 5 minute walk away. The aprartment was clean, unclutted and comfortable, with great art and interesting books all around. The small balcony is a bonus, it gets the sun and so is a lovely spot for morning coffee (or evening beer). Stephan was friendly and was around to let me in on arrival and explain how everything worked, but his description and instructions in the listing were perfect anyway. Had a great stay and hope to stay again if I get the chance.

Peter's penthouse was an absolute dream. The space is beautiful and so spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable! Also, having a washer and dryer was great for our group, as we were traveling and desperately needed to do laundry. The hot tub was the cherry on top of the stay, and it even snowed while we were there, creating the most magical background. We can't wait to return to Stockholm in the summer months!

Appartamento a 5 minuti dalla metro di Sollentuna molto comodo per spostarsi. Tutto è come descritto e si vede nelle foto per quanto riguarda gli spazi. Noi in 5 persone ci siamo adattati dormendo anche sul divano letto fattibile per starci qualche giorno come abbiamo fatto.
