The location is fantastic! It’s just a 1-minute walk to the ropeway, the supermarket, and the restaurant. Highly recommended!

My husband and I loved the weekend we spent at Nino's villa in Kiketi. The house is very spacious and beautiful, surrounded by tranquility and stunning scenery. We grilled and soaked up the sunshine. There were occasional water issues, but it's a village-wide problem and didn't ruin our stay. Nino was always available if we needed anything. Thank you for a wonderful time!

I recently had the most wonderful stay in Mtskheta, Georgia, with my girlfriend, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, the owners treated us like family, going above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Their kindness and hospitality truly made our stay feel special. The house itself is in an unbeatable location, offering breathtaking views and easy access to Mtskheta’s charming historic sites. We enjoyed morning coffee with serene surroundings and spent our days exploring beautiful landmarks just a short walk away. The atmosphere of the place was warm and welcoming, and it felt like a true home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax and make memories together. If you’re looking for a cozy, inviting stay with amazing hosts and a fantastic location, this place is a must. I can’t recommend it highly enough—already dreaming of coming back!

very good option for friends and big families that want private rooms and a pool! Joseph responded quick and brings anything that missing, even cleaning option available for that place and pool after a few days

Despite of really cold weather outside, into the house was really warm ❤️ In the kitchen you can find all necessary (or ask Luka about additional dishes) Also Luka was really kind and treated us to a wonderful lobiani! ✨✨✨ Thanks a lot and have a good year! жилье соответствует описанию. очень уютные апартаменты, чисто,тепло даже можно сказать жарко, мы спали с открытым окном, хотя температура была -15-20гр. все необходимое есть в квартире. до гондолы 5 мин в лыжных ботинках, все рядом. спасибо Дачи за его апартаменты и реагирование. всем советую эту милую квартирку.
