Really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. It is centrally located in Athens and a really nice place to do your walks from.

GIannis's villa does indeed have a beautiful view, and it's great just to soak up the peace and quiet and enjoy the pool. But it's also quite near ancient Corinth and only an hour away from Mycenae, which are both stunning locations. The pebble beaches nearby (about a 10 minute drive) are clean, pleasant and not too crowded and there are also restaurants to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We liked the neighborhood as easy to walk anywhere. Grocery store and bakery a few steps away. Very comfortable beds and a Nicky stocked kitchen. Breakfast items a real plus. Every room was able to adjust air to their liking.

Les appartements de Melina sont très bien situés, face à la station de métro, dans un quartier très agréable, avec beaucoup de restaurants et cafés. Les appartements sont joliment décorés, propres et neufs. Ils sont au calme. L'appartement du rez-de-chaussée est très agréable, avec sa terrasse sur cour. Les salles de bain sont toutes petites, mais très pratiques. Beaucoup de rangement dans les chambres. Wifi au top ! Melina nous a envoyé plein de conseils et de recommandations très sympas. L'entrée et la sortie se font très facilement, en toute autonomie. Merci Melina, nous avons passé un super séjour !

Others have mentioned the gardens and they really do deserve special praise. So beautiful and, amidst the dry landscape, so green and flower covered. Then, at the bottom of the tiered garden, a gate swings open to reveal the azure sea. Dive in off the rocks, climb back via a ladder...but beware of the many urchins and the occasional jellyfish. Not serious, but one of our party got stung and it was painful. Luckily they are a rarity and u can spot them easily. Only saw them once in our 2 week stay. Otherwise, only thing to note are the mosquitos which do come out in squadrons at dusk. Best and most pleasurable way to escape them is to take the chairs to the sea and enjoy a drink watching the amazing sunsets. For location alone...did I mention the ancient Spartan temple in the garden? .. I wd not hesitate to recommend. Stunning.

Καταπληκτικός, πεντακάθαρος και cozy χώρος! Νιώθεις σαν το σπίτι σου! Το σπίτι έχει τα πάντα μέσα και δεν λείπει τίποτα! Είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Έχει όλες τις ανέσεις, όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, μοντέρνα έπιπλα και καλόγουστη αισθητική! Και βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ ήσυχη πολυκατοικία και γειτονιά, με μικρά καταπράσινα πάρκα τριγύρω! Αλλά και η τοποθεσία που βρίσκεται το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετική, καθότι η στάση του μετρό και του τραμ, είναι μόλις 200 μέτρα μακριά. Όποιο μέσο μαζικής μεταφοράς και να πάρεις, μπορείς μέσα σε 20-30 λεπτά, να βρίσκεσαι στην παραλία ή σε ακόμα λιγότερο χρόνο, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας και κοντά στην Ακρόπολη! Εννοείται πως θα ξαναμείνω στο ίδιο μέρος και πως το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους! Θα μείνετε 100% ικανοποιημένοι! Τέλος, θα ήθελα να αναφέρω ότι οι οικοδεσπότες είναι ευγενέστατοι, διακριτικοί και πολύ εξυπηρετικοί άνθρωποι και πάντα ανταποκρίνονται άμεσα! Εξαιρετικοί και τους ευχαριστώ μέσα από την καρδιά μου!🙏

Panagiotis is an excellent host! Very proactive and responsive. He gave us very clear instructions, was very polite and made us feel like he was right there for us, even from a distance. The apartment with its special design will offer you a unique experience, is situated in a convenient area, easy to find, and feels quite private, even though it is located centrally. Highly recommended!

Once again, this is my favourite flat to stay when I am in Athens! It’s the nicest cleanest flat there is an axis to all of Athens landmarks is very easy. Romanos was an amazing host and I’m looking forward to staying again there next time!
