Stayed here with a few of my friends for a wedding. Our experience was overall very positive! The place was clean, central to Sioux Falls, had lots of kitchen amenities, and was easy to navigate. Communication with Matthew was great as he was so friendly and quick to respond. One thing to note is that besides the 3 beds, the couches were quite uncomfortable to sleep on. Since the the Air Bnb is listed as sleeping 11 people, I would recommend that the host provide mattress pads for all couches to ensure guests are well rested.

This house is one of the best we have ever stayed at! Great instructions around the house, easy check in, great location, great basement full of FUN games for all! Super clean and comfortable home! I’d give this house a perfect 10! Don’t pass this place up, was worth every penny! Austin was very responsive.

Chris's house was perfect for a weekend getaway, offering a great location for fishing in the Yankton area and a relaxing stay at the house. The place is very close to town if you need anything, and Chris checked in daily to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you, Chris! I would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay was kind of hard with the boat and the drive way but we could have parked down in the grass so that’s on us but the place was great

This was the 3rd time we've stayed at The Sanctuary in the past 2 years. It's comfortable and welcoming. The linens are outstanding and offer a great night's sleep. Marcus is an Iowa small town where you feel safe and welcomed. Jeff's Grocery Store although smaller than a Super Walmart has an amazing selection of items to pick from. You'd have to be pretty picky to not find what you need there. The place is very well stocked with kitchen ware and utensils. As I said, we've stay there 3 times and plan to stay many more in the future (if it's available - if you find an open time slot you better grab it!)

The stay was excellent. The house is very well outfitted and has everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Chris was very responsive, and his instructions were detailed and simple to follow. We would definitely stay again!

Chase’s Big Fish Hideaway did not disappoint! We were very happy with the space and all the amenities. Our girls trip was a success!
