Nice place fully related to the description, with good view, warm bedrooms and good place to cook and spend time with friends on bbq area or near the pool.

Andrew ist super in der Kommunikation und war für Nachfragen stets erreichbar! Das Haus ist gut gelegen, ist großzügig vom Platzangebot her, schöne Bäder! Der Pool und der Außenbereich sind größer, als sie auf den Fotos wirken. Man hat relativ früh am Tag schon etwas Schatten über dem Pool, was eine positive Ausnahme für Zypern ist! Für Kinder super! Die Außendusche haben wir auch sehr geschätzt. Von der Unterkunft ist man in wenigen Minuten sowohl am Strand als auch im "Zentrum" von Pissouri Bay, wo es ungefähr ein Dutzend Restaurants gibt. Nach Pissouri Village sind es ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto, dort gibt es noch mehr (und etwas bessere) sowie einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. Im Haus hat alles tadellos funktioniert. Wir können diese Unterkunft und den Gastgeber nur empfehlen!

The villa is stunning and a great place for a family . Lovely pool and many places to sit outside .The village is peaceful and has much character . Marios and his wife are gracious and friendly hosts and did everything they could to help make our stay the best it could be . Highly recommend

We had a fabulous stay at the Sermar Villa. It is located 11km outside Paphos, and being the hills gives you some wonderful view and a breeze which is really welcome. The Villia provides everything you need for a great holiday. 3 Rooms, 1 1/2 Bathrooms, a really well appointed Kitchen with a large Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Oven, Hob, and Washing Machine. The Patio (with table, chairs and umbrella) gives you ample space to eat outside, and the BBQ allows you to cook outside as well. The swimming pool is cleaned every couple of days by Chris, and with plenty of sun loungers and another umbrella the time in and out of the pool is great. I have no hesitation is recommending the Sermar Villa and hope you all have as good a time as we did.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt in der Villa, sie ist sehr schön ruhig gelegen und man ist schnell im Dorf. Die Kommunikation mit Lambros war sehr unkompliziert und er hat sich immer schnell gemeldet. Ein sehr freundlicher Kontakt! Die Villa war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war sehr schön um sich nach dem wandern oder der Autofahrt abzukühlen, dieser war auch sehr sauber und und wurde auch noch angeboten ihn zwischendurch für uns zu reinigen. Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern - atemberaubender Ausblick und schöner Außenbereich. Ruhige und abgelegene Gegend, sodass ein Auto zwingend notwendig ist, um die etwas zu unternehmen. Ideale Unterkunft für bis zu 8 Personen.

We enjoyed our stay at Andreas’ villa. The location is quite nice, residential and quiet. The beach is quite close-by but easier to reach by car than on foot. The check in was quite straightforward and communication was very timely. Philippos was always very responsive and any issues were quickly addressed. The pool is great and gets cleaned regularly. The only area of improvement we can highlight is the condition of the bathrooms, especially the ensuite - ideally it gets renovated as there is some significant wear and tear. That being said, we had a great time and will definitely consider going back!

A very well-built and quite unusual house, minimalist (contemporary art deco), very spacious but also surprisingly comfortable. We were there the last week of October which was lovely as the days were still warm and breezy but the nights were much cooler. The location/views were great. It is quite close to Lefkara which is a picturesque village (but in busy times potentially touristy) village. Otherwise somewhat remote which is what we wanted (but 5 minutes to motorway which then takes you anywhere and distances in Cyprus are not large). We all loved the animals that were housed next door with Janos (kids spent a lot of time with the animals), who was great looking after everything and made everyone feel welcome. The pool is great, very large. It can be heated either by solar energy or electrically. (For colder months, you'd need electrical heating which could be energy-intensive). Great host. Would definitely return.

We stayed for five days at this lovely house. It is an excellent big house with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the pool and the garden. Above all its location provides an excellent view of the surrounding mountains. It is peaceful and quiet. The host Konstantinos was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary directions and information. Overall a superb experience.

I really enjoyed staying at Andrea’s place, the house is very big, green nice territory, lovely hosts. Will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Jackie's very much. Came during New Year. The house is beautiful, the garden and the view are breathtaking. Great cosy vibe. Comfortable bed. We were traveling with a toddler. The hosts were very very friendly, warm and welcoming. We will definitely come back. Location suited our needs perfectly. Close drive to the city, and quick access to beautiful towns and trails in the mountains.

We’ve had the most fantastic holiday in the villa. As soon as we walked through the door we felt relaxed. There is a lovely homely feeling and you can see a lot of thought has gone into providing everything you need and more, including the bottle of wine sat there waiting for us along with some basic groceries. The pool area overlooks the golf course, hills and sea and benefits from the sun for most of the day. In the shed are pool extras such as floating chairs….definitely needed on a hot day. Beds are comfortable and plenty of extra towels/ bedding are provided. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need. Having the car is an added bonus as the nearest large supermarket is 10/15 minutes away. Pissouri beach is within easy reach along with Paphos. All in all this has been our best holiday in a long time and we will 100% look at booking again. Thank you Bryony and Stelios for sharing your home with us ❤️

It is a cozy house in a mountain village, with everything you need for a holiday. The location is beautiful, too. Just 100 meters from the door, you're exposed to an eye-catching mountain valley view.

Wspaniałe miejsce, spokojne, na uboczu, intymne i zapewniające prywatność. Doskonale miejsce do wypoczynku ale też jako miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania wyspy. Dom jest przestronny, wygodny, ma wspaniały basen. W tygodniu zaglądają ogrodnicy dbający o zieleń i czystość basenu. Ogród daje poczucie wytchnienia. Odejmuje jedną gwiazdkę za brak zapewnionych podstawowych rzeczy do utrzymania czystości. Brak zapasowego papieru toaletowego, brak gąbki do zmywania czy choć 1 ściereczki do przetarcia stołu. Takie wyposażenie jest standardem i nie powinno być przekładane na wynajmujących.

We had the most perfect stay at Perry's villa and didn't want to leave when our holiday was over! We also enjoyed making friends with the resident cat who was very friendly. The villa is in a great location for exploring all around Cyprus, the area is quiet and the neighbours are friendly. Perry was brilliant at communicating and always happy to answer our questions. We would 100% recommend a stay here :)
