We had a perfect stay - everything was as described, the small touches (airport transfer, complimentary car hire) made our stay and the free breakfast every morning was delicious! The pool and surroundings were beautiful, and Stamatina not only made recommendations of places to visit and where to eat but also booked things on our behalf! The later checkout on the final day to allow us to chill around the pool before our evening flight was the cherry on top. Everything is set up by Stamatina to remove any hassle and stress and ensure you enjoy your holiday to the fullest - thank you so much for your hospitality, we will definitely be staying again in future!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Nissia apartments. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfect. The food was delicious and the staff at the beach bar and restaurant (shout out to Anna, Costas and Theoni) were so lovely and really made our stay very special. Would highly recommend. Logement au calme. Proche de Fira 15/20mn à pied. Emplacement central sur l'île, 20/30 mn en quad de Oia au nord 20/30 mn au sud et 10/15 mn des plages de Kamari... La piscine partagée est très agréable.

If I could give more stars I would. Best Airbnb/hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful and clean with amazing hospitality. A short walk away from the main beach and restaurants making it a little more peaceful. Special thanks to Penny and Co at reception for being so helpful.

Superb apartment, so clean and quiet and Spyros lived up to all the previous reviews in being so attentive, friendly and nothing was ever a problem (not that we needed anything) - the village is fantastic and Santorini lived up to all the hype - will definitely be back!

My sister and I had an amazing experience staying at Georgios's Airbnb this summer! This was actually both me and my sister's first time staying at an Airbnb and we had a wonderful time. I really appreciated how available Georgios and his staff were before our stay, I sent several emails back and forth with Nefeli before arriving in Santorini, and she always responded very quickly and was so kind and helpful!! It was so helpful that Nefeli arranged transportation for us, too! I really appreciated the homemade pastries and coffee every morning too! If I come back to Santorini someday (I hope to!) I would definitely stay at Georgios's Airbnb again! If you are looking for an INCREDIBLE Airbnb to stay at in Santorini, this is the one! The staff was incredible, the views were amazing, the breakfast was wonderful. Thank you for everything, Georgios and your amazing staff!

Un grand merci à Theodosia et sa famille pour leur accueil. Notre séjour a été parfait et au-délà de l'attendu. Nous ne pouvons que recommander à 100% ce logement. D'une part pour son confort mais également pour son emplacement hors pair ! La vue est magnifique (sur les hauteurs de Santorin) et la situation géographique est centrale. Nous avons pu tout visiter facilement. Mention spéciale pour Theodosia qui a pris le temps d'organiser notre arrivée, de nous présenter son île et de nous conseiller sur les activités à y faire. Elle a également pris le soin de nous prévoir des bouteilles d'eau et de quoi déjeuner le 1er matin. Au top !

I enjoy my stay at this Airbnb. The private pool was always comfortable. The staff was always nice. The location was great. The Airbnb was eight minutes from Fira which had a lot of popular restaurants and nightclubs

This place is an absolute gem. I've traveled a lot and this was one of my best stays and hosts. Theodoris was super communicative, helped arrange transfers from the airport and set up a surprise for our arrival. The location was stunning and the breakfast and private hot tub were perfect. It was incredibly hard to leave. Walkable to restaurants and little shops, easy car ride to the rest of the island.

We loved our stay. Although not too walkable to key attractions like Fira and Oia, we found the location to be perfect for our needs, and since we rented a car, it was a perfect home base for us. The listing looked exactly as pictured, and we felt right at home immediately. We were greeted in person upon our arrival and received personal recommendations for fun things to do during in our stay. On top of that, they also helped booked several reservations for us AND provided a delightful breakfast each day. For anyone wanting a slightly more quiet and subdued Santorini experience, I cannot recommend this property enough.

Ana a été d’une gentillesse extrêmement avec un très bel accueil. Elle a su nous aiguiller durant notre semaine sur places avec des très bons conseils ! La chambre était propre, le petit déjeuner conforme à la photo idem pour les photos présentées. Le village d’Oia est à 5 minutes à pieds, avec de très bons restaurants. Je recommande sans aucun problème ce Airbnb

Rien à redire, l’ensemble du personnel est accueillant, le logement est bien pensé, l’endroit est idéalement positionné pour passer un moment reposant. Nous reviendrons.

Se potessi dare 10 stelle a questa casa le darei, perché è bellissima! È una casa molto grande, con due bagni, la cucina, un salone enorme, una camera da letto al bagno di sopra e la jacuzzi in veranda! La casa è nuovissima, arredamenti moderni e soprattutto c’è un profumo buonissimo in ogni stanza. La casa è fornita di ogni comodità e Arben è super reattivo per ogni esigenza. Abbiamo fatto il check-in alle 21:30 ed è stato disponibilissimo e inoltre forniscono un servizio di laundry gratuita. Ma la cosa più bella di questa casa stupenda è la jacuzzi nella veranda; da lì potrete vedere l’alba, oppure la città di Thira al tramonto o la notte tutta illuminata 🤩 I bagni hanno una doccia enorme e super moderna e l’host fornisce tutto il necessario. C’è inoltre un parcheggio privato per gli ospiti se venite in macchina: il centro di Thira in macchina si raggiunge in 5 minuti, a piedi circa 30 minuti. Super consigliato anche per il prezzo!

This place is utterly amazing and exceeded my expectations. It looks better in actual. And oh! I love the complimentary bottle of wine and homemade biscuit. The breakfast was big and in good variety. They also have a proper coffee maker so I can enjoy the view with a good boost of caffeine. The highlight- the Jacuzzi tub in the balcony. I feel like I’m on top of the world! This is the Santorini that I know from movies! I intentionally didn’t book any activities during my stay here so I could relax and enjoy the place. I found my mini paradise in Santorini. I traveled solo so I find my private place a safe and relaxing. This is also great for honeymooners. How I wish I stayed longer. I would definitely come back and recommend this to my friends. The bonus— they let me check out late as I can’t get enough of the place and to get more photos. Haha.. It was a happy and serene staycation indeed.

The apartment is a great place for spending your holiday. The room is pretty big, nicely decorated, perfectly matching the photos on airbnb. You get daily room service which is amazing. The apartment is located right next to a parking place which makes it accessible if you are travelling by car or renting a vehicle during your stay. It is also close to the bus station which travels all around the island. It is surrounded by great restaurants for breakfast especially (right across from it you can find a bakery, and a few meters further, 2 spots for breakfast and brunch, all of them are 2 minutes away walking). The beach is located at around 5-10 minutes away walking. Depending on the area you are on the beach, you can find both black sand and pebbles. However, there are tons of great choices of tavernas and restaurants all along the beach. Our host Angelos was amazing, very kind and helpful, he always gave us amazing tips about the island and he was eager to help us with any issue.

Our stay in Santorini was truly incredible, and our AirBnB had much to contribute to that. The luxury caves was absolutely stunning, so clean, and had everything you could possibly need during your stay. Zaneta was so helpful with recommendations of things to do, and amazing at communication when we had a couple questions. We will definitely be coming back and staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was close enough to be comfortable to walk into town but just far enough to be out of the busyness of all the people. We had a close mini market and taverna so didn’t have to go far if we didn’t want to.
