We loved the layout, the condo is very private. We enjoyed the fresh air when we opened up all the windows and sliding doors, the breeze coming through screens. We spent a lot of time reading/napping on the roof top terrace, lovely breeze. We so enjoyed the pool, almost every day we spent time there. Everyone is so friendly. I was very pleased with this condo and hope to return soon!

If you get the chance to stay in the La Veleta neighborhood- take it! This listing is so close to many neighborhood restaurants and it’s not touristy… just walk out the door to the resort and you’re there! The pool is quiet, private and relaxing. It’s a clothing optional resort but we only saw nudity at the pool which didn’t bother us at all. Everyone was polite and respectful. Would definitely visit again!

O espaço é como descrito nas fotos. Espaçoso, agradável e aconchegante. O acolhimento de Ricardo e Fernanda fizeram todo o diferencial. Recomendo demais a acomodação.

Great stay! The place was very clean, easy to access, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

I had the perfect stay here! :) It was super clean and the apartment had everything one would need. Don't worry about missing your gym routine because the gym is great and the apartment is in a fantastic location in PDC. Walkable to everything you need. had a great stay at Kelley Michelle's. the apartment is walkable to Centro but a little further south to be a bit closer to my dive shop at Marina Fonatur. Kelley Michelle was very responsive and helpful, the right door was a little tough to find but once I was in everything was as described and great. Internet is very fast (200+mbps down/100+up), no issues with Teams meetings all week.

Serene location—the courtyard is full of beautiful, tropical foliage and we had a view of the pool. Walking distance to amazing bars, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommend to other guests.

The condo is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The modern decor, cozy furnishings, and little details made it feel like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable—nestled in a peaceful setting yet close enough to easily access all the best beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Having beach club access was also a nice added bonus! We used it twice at La Zebra, and it was absolutely worth it. A quick heads-up—the road leading to the condo is currently undergoing some construction, so there are a few bumps and potholes along the way. It’s nothing major, but I’d recommend renting an SUV for a smoother ride. The drive is still easy and totally worth it though! The host was incredibly responsive, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds expectations, but this one truly did.

Unit is ok, old stuff inside, kitchen ustensil were rusted a little bit, BUT the spot is soo awesome that everything else is non-relevant. I do not think you can get something that near the water with such a long private beach for that price anywere in the world. So yes I would recommend.

Everything as expected. Clean. There's street parking (free) right in front of the apartment. Check in was easy, Josue was waiting for me when I arrived.

The penthouse exactly what unit was exactly what we needed for a winter get away. I love that it wasn't in a resort setting but more residential and community like. We utilized both the patio as well as the upstairs sitting area. I utilized the infinity pool several times and had it to myself! The stores, restaurants, laundry and bar across the street were a surprise bonus and utilized daily! The kitchen was supplied enough to make meals. 20 minute walk to either the beach or 5th avenue. The free golf cart service available to the beach was nice when we didn't walk. The Reef (the beach ) has ticket books available for food and drink purchases if you don't to want to pack your own. The beach and ocean water were perfect and a nice change from the apartment pools. Nice community, we make several other people staying as well as their dogs!

I had an excellent stay -thanks Valentina! All the amenities were as advertised. I would happily return. A tip if you are a light sleeper, pack good ear plugs- the local dogs can get a bit noisy in the morning! The people and shopkeepers in the neighbourhood are very polite and friendly. Your “ por favor” and “ gracias” always are appreciated. I would advise unless you rent a car or like to walk 15-20 minutes to centro,a heads up the sidewalks can be uneven and if you’re not careful can be tricky to navigate- get the whattsapp number for local taxi or moto taxi (tuk tuk - scooter taxi) driver for trips to the supermarket or restaurants in the centro. I highly recommend Guido’s for excellent upscale Italian food and Casa Mission for traditional Mexican food in an old colonial home surrounded by beautiful gardens. Many excellent neighbourhood restaurants. Sundays are best for exploring the Centro as there are no cruise ships .It’s a stunningly beautiful island with many unique areas .

Buena ubicación, cerca de la quinta avenida y de avenidas principales. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para tu estancia si requieres cocinar. Ricardo estuvo atento a cualquier duda o comentario de nuestra parte. Fácil acceso y lugar seguro, ya que nosotros traíamos carro y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. Recomiendo la estancia con ellos.

Our family of six - including a 5, 12, and 15 year old - had a wonderful time here. There was plenty of space for all of us and accommodations were clean and comfortable. We loved having a wading pool outside our patio for our little one to play in. The pool area in the courtyard was huge and was never crowded. Plenty of umbrellas and lounge chairs available. The two restaurants on site were convenient and great tasting entrees for adults and kids. This place is a bit removed from downtown. It cost $600 pesos for a taxi to seat six people - make sure to bring pesos. If you pay with USD - price was $42 (even though exchange rate is $30). The resort is quiet and we felt very safe within it. We would absolutely stay here again. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We highly recommend!!

Thanks you Kris! Had a good time overall. Upstairs couple would argue all day, that’s unfortunate but your place was very welcoming and felt like home.

Gran lugar y ubicación

Babel is a peaceful oasis in the developing La Veleta neighborhood of Tulum, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy hotel zone and busy downtown. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the unit itself if just like the photos. The architecture, as well as the curation of furniture and decorative objects, was absolutely stunning — and the all-natural linens was personally one of my favorite elements. Both women who headed up the concierge desk were so kind, responsive, and helpful for anything you may need. I personally loved how the location was not in the middle of everything — there was so much serenity and peace. Just make sure you have some form of transportation. I rented an e-bike, and it was really easy (and fun) to get to la playa, Parque del Jaguar, and the cenotes. I would 1000% recommend Babel, and I’d certainly stay here again the next time I’m in Tulum!

Xibalba hotel was truly amazing! Really good value for money. Looks just as on pictures, beautiful design, everything new and modern, very large room with balcony & jacuzzi; large kitchen with everything needed ( toaster, pots, pan, cutlery and blender for fresh smoothies), beautiful large and clean bathroom; gym and joga room. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay in Tulum.

The location is awesome! There are plenty of great bars, restaurants, and even taco trucks nearby. It’s a safe and quiet area, just a couple of blocks from the main street.

Siempre hay guardia de seguridad lo que me hizo sentir seguro. La cocina estaba completa, muchos utensilios y accesorios. La cama muy cómoda. Volvería a hospedarme aquí.
