Toller Aufenthalt – gerne wieder! Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt! Ursprünglich hatten wir eine andere Wohnung gebucht, doch aufgrund von Bauarbeiten wurden wir in eine andere Unterkunft umquartiert – und wir waren damit mehr als zufrieden. Alles war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hat sich gut um alles gekümmert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Douglas, Krystal and their team were always responsive and helpful. Sergio, the onsite manager, was especially helpful and when a couple small things needed maintenance, got them fixed very quickly. He also helped me when we needed to prepare for the Hurricane that came through Playa. (The building is made very sturdy, so nothing broke). It's very close to 5th avenue, beaches, grocery, everything you need. Also very convenient is the washing machine/dryer just outside the apartment! I would stay again. The apartment was great in a quiet peaceful area walkable distance to everything and close to the beach entrance for beach 72. Comfortable place, great pool, good bed and bathroom, kitchen has everything you may need and the porch has great views of the ocean.

Great place close to all our favorite restaurants and plenty of space for my family of three. Liked that water and towels were provided. Nice patio with jungle feel. Thanks!

We had a fantastic stay with three adults, a preschooler, and an infant. The unit felt luxurious—spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The balcony had a perfect ocean breeze and was a great place to relax. Beds were very comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. While the complex shows some age, it’s well maintained—especially the pools, which were clean and inviting. The on-site restaurants offered convenient poolside service, and the private beach was pristine, with free lounge chairs (tips appreciated). Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d gladly return and highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing, elevated stay.

Spectacular place, a block from beach, 3 blocks to 5th ave, secure, 24 hour service front desk, cab always available outside, friendly staff, food is great on rooftop, great music at pool, I’m coming back for sure. Lock box in room, comfortable beds, great showers with hot water, and warm heated pools with jets. Loved it 10 out of 10

We loved the location of Sonny's place in the Amira District. It was walkable to beach and many restaurants. Also loved the rooftop pool and the actual airbnb was roomy and accommodated the three of us very comfortably. You will never have to worry about responsiveness from Sonny. He was very helpful with recommendations and any questions we had from before our stay until after. Thank you Sonny for a great vacation in Tulum!

Daniela’s condo was perfectly serene, clean, sophisticated, and offered the most gorgeous garden views from the massive sliding doors onto the main floor private patio. I truly loved climbing into bed each night as the mattress was incredibly comfortable - and the black-out curtains made it dark for sleeping deep. She also provided filtered water, coffee pods for AM cappuccinos, and everything you need for cooking meals in the simple and clean kitchen! I would definitely book my next Playa Del Carmen stay here - as Ipana condo building is amazing in many ways including the rooftop pools and perfect location for walking to 5th Ave, my fave tree-rich pedestrian street Calle 38, and the close-by beaches only 10 min walk! Daniela was responsive and helpful in all our communications - from start to finish. Wonderful person to trust and receive support for a great visit in Playa! Thank you Daniela! <3

Our group had a blast staying here, just a few steps down out the back gate to the beach was great, very quiet section of shoreline compared to some other areas. Amazing kitchen for cooking and we really enjoyed using the outdoor charcoal grill for cooking local meats and the multiple dining areas. We spent a lot of the time in the pool and it truly felt like a private paradise. Great spot for 4 couples with 4 separate King bedroom areas and very comfortable mattress setup. 2 of the additional bedrooms are attached directly to 2 of the main bedrooms so factor that in if you are needing that extra privacy but worked great for our group. The host provided some amazing recommendations for local spots to check out as well. We also utilized the housekeeper Ruth to cook us a big meal and the was one of the highlights of our stay here. very spacious, comfortable and we all felt safe in this area of town. lived having the bikes as well for exploring. We look forward to another stay here again!

Beautiful stay! Very comfortable for our family of 4!! So nice to have beach gear (chairs, beach blanket, snorkels/fins/masks/small umbrella) and household basics provided (tp, dish soap, drinking water, shower soaps, napkins, cooking oils and spices, and ground coffee). We enjoyed the back yard space a bunch. Loved the coffee shop treats in the Am. It's a lovely comfortable spot.

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

First, I would like to express my gratitude for the level of help Mac gave to, two very old, technically challenged travelers. It was dark and rainy, and we were travel weary. Mac stayed on the phone with us until we reached his amazing Airbnb. I have been renting beach houses for 15 years and this place by far was the most impressive place yet. We had several tours planned, and we truly did not want to leave paradise to explore Tulum, but we did. The area is not only historically and culturally rich, but has everything you can expect from a tropical beach environment. Also, a big thank you to Edwin and his lovely wife who were great neighbors, we only saw them when we needed them ☺️ Jim and Dawn

La Belle Vie is the most lovely and tasteful rental I’ve ever had. The artwork, setting on the beach, gathering spaces for our group provided classy atmosphere for conversation and meditation. My husband and I were comfortable in the first floor ensuite room and my son and his family were appreciative of their three bedrooms upstairs. The rooftop was perfect for cocktails and stargazing. The kitchen and fridge were well stocked and serving dishes and cooking items ample. The beach was just steps off our porch and if it wasn’t for the sargassum we would have swum every day there. The beach was a slightly better option. The host was helpful and prompt. A book with some information on the house and area would have answered some questions. Overall, I can’t say enough good to recommend this spot.

This house was a fantasy. Incredible attention to detail, interesting architecture and interiors and an extremely comfortable atmosphere inside and out. The views are sounds and friendly staff make this place even better. I will be booking again when I can.

Sergio the helper was a big plus. He helped with dishes, laundry, kept the house clean, gave recommendations when asked. He is great. The walking distance to beach was about 5 minutes. Very convenient 😃

Este ha sido uno de los mejores Airbnbs que me he quedado. El check in fue bastante facil y cuenta con seguridad 24/7 en el lobby. Los staffs bastante amigables y con disposición para ayudar. A pesar de estar a pasos de la 5ta avenida, no se escuchan ruidos, por lo que pudimos pasar noches bastantes tranquilas. La comunicación con Fernando fue excelente, sus respuestas a nuestras dudas eran inmediatas. Si vuelvo a viajar a Playa del Carmen, definitivamente repetiría este apartamento.

This was an amazing stay! We even overheard a couple staying at an all inclusive when we were at a different beach, they did not enjoy that hotel as much as they did at the Residences Reef. Host was very responsive as well. Overall highly recommend!

Marilu and staff (Bryan) were extremely polite and helpful through out our stay. A minor glitch with transportation they arranged and an appliance that needed to be replaced was taken care of promptly which was appreciated. Awesome management of the property in our minds. They also helps organize other activities and when we had leave early for personal reasons Bryan arranged rides at last minute which was amazing and followed up to make sure we were taken care of. Again, really appreciated! Would definitely recommend the property to others. The pool facing the ocean and ocean views from your doors were spectacular! Hope to be back.

Stayed here for a few nights with our family and the location was amazing. Collette’s place is nice and clean. We loved that it had extra towels for our family. We relaxed on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee. The kids had a great time snorkeling and really enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend Collette’s place!

Easy entry using lockbox and key. Surfaces were clean. Quite a bit of sand still on the floor. I asked not to have the daily maid service and just did the sweeping myself. The kitchen was stocked well. It did have a blender (not listed) and a drip coffee maker. They did provide water. I need a fair amount of storage containers for food (I cut up fruit and salad items) and the Airbnb did not have much of that. Two boogie boards and a large sun umbrella for use. Showers had doors. The water got hot for showers and in the kitchen. This unit was on the second floor, so good for carrying items up if the elevator wasn't working. Balcony and houseplants were lovely. Beds comfortable. AC worked in all spaces. Black out blinds were helpful against morning sun. The pool and entry fountains are lovely. I would stay there again. Walk to Turtle Bay & Taverna was .8 miles. Close to Buena Vida, La Lunita, and Jungle cafe. North end of beach by the place with red umbrellas for easy enter to snorkel.

Highly recommend!!! The property is extremely secure with a very friendly staff that was super helpful. The condo is steps to the sand and pools, both of which are very relaxing without high traffic of people. All of Mark's information was extremely useful, and he made himself available with any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning!

This was the most peaceful and beautiful location. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the tools. Bottled water for the fridge and ice maker. Had use of snorkel masks, float noodles, and towels. The doorman was very helpful with parking our car and welcoming each time we arrived. Loved the chef on site and we arranged for him to cook dinner for us one night. It was amazing. Definitely will come back!

El lugar es simplemente maravilloso !!! Y el trato del anfitrión es excelente ! Cumple con todo lo que promete, hasta diría que supera las expectativas. Lo recomiendo 100% Tienen un bar y restaurante dentro del mismo complejo y a solo 5 min en auto hay un Soriana 24/7 . El trato de los guardias y los habitantes fue siempre amable.
