From check-in to check-out, everything was absolutely flawless. Rudolph truly cares about his guests, and it shows in every aspect of the stay. He and his team were always just a message away, responding quickly and making sure I had everything I needed. Their hospitality made all the difference! The apartment was exactly as described in the listing—spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The themed decor added such a unique and stylish touch, making it feel extra special. The memory foam bed was unbelievably comfortable—I had some of the best sleep ever! The location was unbeatable, with direct access to a stunning beach and even a breathtaking cenote nearby. Having bikes and snorkels provided was a fantastic touch, making it so easy to explore. Plus, the local eateries were amazing—especially the mariscos place right next door (don’t forget to meet the parrot!). Nous avons aimé qu'il y aille un restaurant à même le complexe. Le complexe est super! Malheureusement d'autre invité du complexe ont laissé leur chien japper toute une nuit qu'on entendant beaucoup mais le logement etait super. La cuisine est tres de base. Merci!!

Amazing stay! The condo is exactly as described—luxurious, comfortable, and perfectly located. Just a short walk from the beach and 5th Avenue, it made exploring Playa del Carmen so easy. The rooftop pools offer breathtaking ocean views, and the onsite spa is a great bonus for relaxation. The unit itself is well-equipped, with great amenities like rainfall showers and onsite parking. The WiFi can be a bit unstable at times, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Plus, DeAnna is an excellent host—very attentive and always making sure guests have everything they need. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a mix of comfort and convenience!

Die Wohnung von Maria entsprach zu 100% dem Inserat und den Fotos. Sauber, gut gelegen mit sehr gemütlichem und schönen Sandstrand. Die Kommunikation mit Maria war einwandfrei und sie antwortete immer sehr schnell. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder in die Wohnung zurückkehren.

Our stay here was fantastic from start to finish! We were greeted by a very helpful concierge and they were awesome the entire stay. Gorgeous new and modern building in the BEST location (2 min walk to the beach, oxxo, tons of restaurants and cafe’s and 5th ave at 38th is like a 5 min walk). My favourite spot for healthy delicious food/smoothies/lattes every day was Arcana! The apartment was spotless and gorgeously decorated with a big comfortable balcony with nice views of the ocean. The AC units in the bedrooms were whisper quiet, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and it was very quiet at night (it gets very bright in the front room and sort of noisy in the morning on the street and hallway so bring ear plugs and a blindfold if you’re a light sleeper like me). The rooftop infinity pool area and bar were stunning as well! We will definitely be back to visit and stay here again!

This was a wonderful stay and so family friendly. They had a clean pack and play, wagon to take to the beach, even some kids toys and puzzles. The Mareazul complex is the best place I have stayed in in Mexico- clean, great pools, hammocks and plenty of lounge and beach chairs. The restaurant is great if price (although similarly priced to other restaurants in Playa marketed to tourists). Strongly recommend.

We have stayed in Half Moon Bay before but this was our first time at Playa Blanco. This condo is well furnished, perfectly situated in the bay, and has the best views. From here, we could easily walk to La Buena Vida for drinks and dinner and to the Jungle Cafe for breakfast. The beach is perfect here and this unit is well managed. The host sent us access to a digital welcome book prior to our arrival and it was easy to find and check in. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We will absolutely come back and stay here again.
