Great apartment, great location. Easy walkable to many great restaurants and bars.

Spacious and clean. Not a huge selection of restaurants around but had everything you would need to cook. Hot tub was nice.

Very good place with a beautiful view on mountains ! We saw northen lights just near the appartement :)

Dásamlegt og fallegt hús, hlýtt og notalegt, vel innréttað og með mikinn karakter. Við vorum 8 fullorðin sem gistum og nóg pláss fyrir alla. Smá hljóðbært á milli íbúða en það er bara skiljanlegt í svona gömlu húsi og var ekkert að trufla okkur. Guðmundur svaraði öllum spurningum hratt og áreiðanlega. Mæli hiklaust með þessu húsi og á klárlega eftir að koma aftur.

We loved this house! It's in a very nice neighborhood about a 5 minute walk from restaurants, shops, the city pool (!), the big church, etc. Even the Netto grocery story is walking distance. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We made it our home base for a few days and took day trips to sights and activities in the area. We couldn't have asked for more.

Overall, we had a very nice stay at the apartment - it was easy to checkin, had a good parking spot included and everything else was just like described and shown in the pictures. It’s situated in a quiet area but you can easily walk to a supermarket to shop.

We are family of 4. The house is very clean with amazing views. We have everything we need here. Bathroom is clean and warm. We cooked quite often and the kitchen utensils are of high quality. This is one of the top3 Air B&B we have ever stayed for the last 10years we travel around. Thank you Agusta for sharing this house .

We originally had another Airbnb booked that fell through so we needed to find another place to stay immediately as we just arrived to Iceland. Petra accepted our request to stay in her home at the last moment and we are very grateful to her. The home is really peaceful, modern, safe, clean and the views are beautiful. We were really comfortable the entire trip. Will stay here again in the future. Thank you so much Petra!

Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt! Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und Siglufjordur sind wunderschön. Sigrun war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Wir können Sigruns Haus jedem ans Herz legen, der nach Siglufjordur kommt.

Maison très agréable dans un coin paisible, illuminé le soir La cuisine était très bien et les chambres du même étage également, le canapé lit très confortable Dispose du e machine à laver et d’un sèche linge très pratique, de toutes les épices et condiments nécessaire De plus Margret était prête à nous modifier les dates d’arrivée à son logement suite aux intempéries et notre incertitude d’arriver le bon jour. Le seul petit hic concerne la chambre qui est au sous sol, très humide À part cela nous avons passé un super séjour dans le logement de Margret

The place is very well located, close to a cheap fuel station, convenience store and pharmacy, and in walking distance from the centre. It has great amenities and kitchen utensils and anything you can possibly need when away from home. Communication was good and instructions were very clear.

Beautiful location - plus we were lucky enough to see northern lights right there! Place was as described, very comfortable, easy drive to downtown Akureyri. We had a wonderful time - thank you!

Einstaklega huggulegt og kósý hús fyrir vinkonuhópinn. Allt til alls í eldhúsinu og tvö baðherbergi :) Þetta er í annað sinn sem við erum allar saman í húsinu og við vorum allar sammála um að þarna væri gott að vera. Staðsetningin er miðsvæðis og samskiptin við eigandann frábær.

Étape d’une nuit dans la petite maison bleue d’Herdís. Magnifiquement rénovée et décorée avec goût, on s’y sent comme chez soi, c’est très cosy et parfaitement équipé. Tout est prévu dans le moindre détail, les équipements sont grand luxe et ça change de la déco et des meubles IKEA Maison en plein centre de Sigló au calme et tout à côté d’un super musée dédié à l’histoire de ce petit village qui fut au début du 20 eme siècle un des centres les plus importants de la pêche au hareng.

This was by far the best place we stayed during our visit to Iceland. The unit was nicely equipped from the kitchen to the linens. Location was walkable to dinner and local shopping. We were even able to walk to the docks for our whale watching excursion. Our only driving was to the Forest Lagoon hot springs (highly recommend them, we went twice)

This Airbnb in Akureyri was a great choice, as it was close to the centre and the interior was really nice (furnished with wooden mid-century furniture, which was a big plus for me). Helga, our host was very friendly and helpful, she recommended great restaurants, we tried one of them, and had a top notch experience.

We really liked Rosas place! The location was perfect for us. It was quiet and cozy. The apartment has everything you need and the communication with Rosa was flawless. I would definitely recommend this place. :)

It is very difficult to get someone to offer you their own house for your stay, and for one night only. Andri and his family do it. It is unbelievable. As amazing is their beautiful home. Magnificent, beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It doesn't deserve 5 points out of 5, it deserves 10 out of 5. Pity that on a trip around Iceland you have to rush to see the sites and can't enjoy the house for a few hours awake, having a drink on the beautiful terrace. Extraordinary. More than recommended.
