Geweldig verblijf, absoluut een aanrader! Mijn verblijf bij Ahmed was fantastisch! De accommodatie was schoon, comfortabel en precies zoals beschreven. Fijn dat hij oom schone lakens heeft . Ik zou deze Airbnb zeker aanraden en kom graag nog een keer terug. Bedankt voor de geweldige ervaring!

Mr. Said Unterkunft war der perfekte Ort für Maskat. Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen und man hat viele Malls und Restaurant in der Nähe. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist voll möbliert, voll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Mr. Said war auch immer erreichbar, wenn ich Fragen hatte. Ich werde defintiv diese Unterkunft wieder mieten, wenn ich in Maskat bin.

Very pleasant, bright and airy apartment with a well appointed kitchen. Just a few steps away from the waterfront and many excellent restaurants. The apartment complex itself is well maintained with a large, heated swimming pool and a small but nicely equipped fitness room. Communication with the owners was easy and practically instantaneous. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and we would not hesitate to return for another holiday.

Lovely apartment in a very well appointed and centrally located neighbourhood in Muscat. Ilya and his team were very helpful and responsive and never hesitated to provide their assistance when we had questions or requests. Excellent hospitality and responsiveness. Das Gartenparadies ist, was der Name sagt: ein Gartenparadies. Weitläufig, wunderschöner Garten, alles da, was es braucht. Und Lisa ist unglaublich hilfsbereit. Früher Check-in: kein Problem. Mückenplage: in wenigen Minuten ist Spray da. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und ich vermisse meinen Hochsitz auf dem Podest zum Eingang mit Blick aufs Meer beim Morgenkaffee.

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl .War alles vorhanden wie im Inserat.

This is definitely A five star Airbnb for family who come to muscat with a rental car. Saha is a host who is extremely considerate for his guests in interns of details in many aspects. the unit is equipped and stocked with everything that guests need and make living here is so functional. Unit is very nice and very clean. Saha is a truly a super host.

Yousef was a kind and gracious host. He was very quick to resolve an issue with the bed which had been broken by the previous guest. Almost immediately after informing Yousef, he attended the property and had the bed, frame and mattress replaced within hours. i roughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this property.

Sultan was a great host! Very responsive and helpful with logistics including car rental arrangements. Place was beautiful!

Super schöne Whg, toll eingerichtet, im neuen Viertel Al Mouj, am Hafen. 5 Stock, Blick auf Pool und ein Stückchen Meer, Balkon. Ruhig. Stets sehr schnelle und freundliche Antwort von Vermieterseite. Am Hafen viele gute Restaurants, 5min zum Schnorcheltour-Anbieter. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The apartment is described as luxurious and that is exactly what it is. It is modern, very clean, fully equipped- we cooked at times - and very well located on The Walk, probably the most fashionable place to be in Muscat at the moment. Everything is very new. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants, and a supermarket is immediately at hand. The Walk is pedestrianised, sometimes lively but remains peaceful and feels very safe. At the end of the Walk is a marina where you can stroll around. On top of all this, Halal is a very responsive and helpful host. He made arrangements with the cleaners so that we could have an early check-in. Highly recommended. Go for it!

The flat was big enough for 4 people, furniture is clean and seemed brand new. Before we checked in Mike got us towels, provided with some products, he was always in touch and would always reply so we felt free to ask something. he also gave us lots of tips about places to see. the area is very quiet, you won't be disturbed by any neighbors. Mike is a very hospitable owner
