Before to checkin in apartment i was little worried that how it will go everything But big thanks for Mr. Fahad who make my stay in apartment very easy and very comfortable Mr. Fahad always reply me quickly and with detailed and true information about apartment and once i checkin after Mr. Fahad’s team man Mr. Mathew helped me for everything about apartment , but i didn’t face any problem regarding apartment, everything was perfect and everything was available in apartment and specially the location of Apartment is super good , just walking distance of the most beautiful beach in Dubai , which is called Jbr beach and also walking distance of Marina lake So you don’t need to take taxi for at least Jbr beach and Marina which is both important tourist places in Dubai I recommend 100% to go with eyes close for stay in Mr. Fahad’s apartment and you will never regret and your payment will worth it Mr. Fahad and Mr. Mathew both are super kind and very helpful person

All was perfect. Clean, quiet, spacious and conveniently located. The view from the 55 floor is stunning too. Would definitely stay again.

The property was lovely, great location and view, the host was super responsive. I would definitely book another stay in this apartment. Some minor things need addressing for example sick in the bathroom was blocked so water took a while to drain, the curtains had come off the track and small damp patch in one of the bathrooms but like I said minor and does not take away from the lovely apartment and I would definitely return. Thank you

We stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful apartment. The property is managed with very high standards and is no less than 5 star standards. The property is located right infront of the water body which offered us the amazing view of the sea and yatchs and the glitzy marina skyline. There are many restaurants/supermarkets at walking distance which makes it super convenient. You get all possible cuisines at your disposal. The appartment is very spacious unlike other properties in marina which are listed on Air Bnb. To top it all, it is close to metro station and is very much walkable. We would wait to come to this again and highly recommend this property if you wish to stay in Marina even for a night for a romantic stay or with kids.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment wirklich sehr genossen und wurden herzlich empfangen, deswegen möchte ich in dieser Rezension auf mehrere Punkte eingehen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und der Ausblick am Abend schön, ich war mir hier von den Größen zuvor unsicher aber es entspricht definitiv den Bildern. Für 2 Personen war hier mehr als reichlich Platz vorhanden. Ebenfalls ist das Personell des Gebäudes sehr hilfsbereit freundlich. Von der Lage her könnte es wahrscheinlich nicht besser liegen für Touristen, das Apartment liegt direkt am Dubai Marina Pier, dieser ist direkt durch das Gelände des Towers zu erreichen. Perfekt für Abendspaziergänge und Restaurantbesuche. Die Metro Station DMCC ist ebenfalls wenige Gehminuten entfernt und liegt quasi vor der Haustür. Ich persönlich sehe das als sehr praktisch an, da man hierdurch oft den Verkehr umgehen kann und man rin besseres Gefühl für den Ort bekommt den man besucht. Im großen und ganzen TOP 5/5. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung
