We had a wonderful stay at this residential apartment in Yas Island. The location is absolutely perfect, as it is very close to all essential services, shopping malls, restaurants, and major attractions such as Ferrari World, Yas, and Warner Bros. The apartment offers a stunning view of a vast open area, creating a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The interior is modern and spacious, equipped with high-quality amenities that ensure a comfortable stay. The cleanliness and service were excellent, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in the heart of Yas Island, whether for families or individuals.

We stayed in Louai's apartment for a little over a week (2 adults, 3 kids). The apartment was well positioned, right by the main square in Al Reef, which made everything very walkable and easy to access. The apartment was well equipped for our needs, and we'd definitely stay again.

We had a one day layover going to socotra and arrived in AUH 7am. Fahad was amazing and let us check-in super early. We were able to do a lot after waking up and this made the whole experience worthwhile. House made us feel right at home and even though Fahad was at work, we had no issues with communicating. Definitely recommend. Will happily stay here every time we are in Abu Dhabi. Location is 10 minutes from airport which is a plus. Thanks for hosting us :)

Absolutely Amazing Stay! We felt right at home here. A lot of heart and effort went into creating this space—every detail is thoughtfully curated, making for an incredibly cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness and little personal touches made all the difference. The host was super responsive and genuinely caring. We had a small issue during our stay, and the way it was handled was nothing short of impressive. Quick, professional, and with a level of hospitality that truly sets this place apart. If you’re looking for an Airbnb that exceeds expectations, this is it. We can’t recommend it highly enough and would love to return!

Wir sind jedes Jahr im November für mindestens 4 Wochen in Abu Dhabi und brauchen somit ein Apartment, das mehr bietet als ein Hotelzimmer. Das Apartment von Ann ist in der 26. Etage eine Wohnkomplexes, unten im Haus gibt es einen großen Supermarkt, Restaurants Friseure für sie und ihn, eine Reinigung,... Das Apartment selbst ist wundervoll eingerichtet, bietet wirklich in der Küche ALLES, was man braucht, inklusive Milchschäumer für einen Cappuccino. Wenn etwas nicht klar war, hat Ann sich blitzschnell zurückgemeldet und alles veranlasst, die Situation zu lösen. Wirklich einfach 5 Sterne wert!!!!! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

A lovely quiet spacious extremely well equipped studio with a wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows. Reem Island is a lovely central place to be with a nice beach close by and great safe walking/running routes plus 2 convenience stores nearby. There was a well equipped gym and swimming pool but to access them you need to go to floor PD and exit using the card provided and cross to the next block where they are situated. Our only problem with the apartment was in January it was cold - when we arrived the air conditioning was on and we couldn’t turn it off. I called M and he immediately sent round his brilliant assistant Raj who agreed the unit was broken and next day he arrived with a new unit which could be turned off. The apartment gets no sun due to the tall buildings surrounding it so remained chilly. Raj provided us with an extra cover and was extremely helpful but I think during the colder months a heater would help. M and Raj were perfect hosts, many thanks.

very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

Очень довольны квартирой! Тихий район, отличная доступность магазинов, ресторанчиков и кофеен. Очень рекомендуем ресторанчик Burro Blanco. Мексиканская кухня на высоком уровне. В супермаркете Garndioso так же можно купить готовую еду высокого качества и много местных вкусностей. Территория очень красивая, тихая, теплый бассейн во дворе. Все располагает к отдыху и расслаблению. До главных достопримечательностей (Louvre, Anrahamic Family House) ехать на такси 10 минут, до самого Абу-Даби 25 минут, до красивейшего пляжа Mamsha 15 минут. Сама квартира очень уютная. Чувствуешь себя как дома. С 9 этажа отличный вид на Абу-Даби и залив. Эрик дал четкие инструкции как пользоваться техникой, системой вентиляции и бойлером. В самой квартире есть все необходимое (фен, отпариватель для одежды, кофемашина). Обязательно приедем еще! Спасибо!

Recommended for all kind of occasions. We love the home vibe of the place, very silent and relaxing view at the balcony. It was very clean and well maintained. Thank you!! Me and my husband enjoyed our holiday 💕 will probably come back again.
