A cozy little hideaway, tucked away between mountains, this is an ideal escape from the busy life of the Emirates. If you need a quick getaway for some peace and quiet I highly advise you choose this villa. I have now stayed here for a month as I am working nearby in Hatta, after a busy day I find this location very comforting. It's wonderful to sit outside as the night rolls in and watch the sky light up with stars. With mountains all around the area stays relatively cool with wind blowing through nearly all day long. Even during the month of August which has seen high levels of humidity paired with typical summer temperatures the climate in the area has felt comfortable. For people looking to explore the surrounding areas, such as Hatta, this villa is ideally situated a short drive away, there are no issues with traffic and it is far quieter than places located closer to Hatta's main attractions. The host is fantastic, attentive and helpful. I hope to visit again in future!

Happiness Farm was an amazing place to stay in, and the host made sure to make us comfortable and always asked whether we need anything extra. The decorations in the farm and the availability of birds and rabbits, along with the goats and peacock made kids very happy. There is a beauty in every corner in this farm house, and the private swimming pool made it even an incredible experience for the family. Meanwhile, the game room was amazing and the kids enjoyed playing the music loud while playing billiards. Thank you Salem & Hussain for this magnificent experience.

It's was a beautiful place that my family loved. Very well designed with attention to detail, impeccably maintained. Lot of small things including the supplies, cutlery, kitchenware were taken care. Hilal was a great host, was very hospitable and responsive everytime I had a question. If you are a small family, this place is totally recommended for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Well located in JVC which has good accessibility to all places in Dubai.

Very nice host. Always available to help with questions. The bedroom with the king-sized bed was very clean as was the adjacent private en-suite. Excellent restaurants and supermarket very close, 5-10 minutes walking. 10km from the center of town. The bus system was somewhat challenging, but we got it by the time we left. Kitchen facilities were perfect for our needs.

Amazing host and location is very close to places with lots of activities like Hatta dam and Hatta wadi hub.

Great place to stay , had an issue with water dripping from ceiling to kitchen - it was sorted out very quickly. Only thing I would say is had to message a few times for response regarding check in time, and would have been a nice touch to have some tea or coffee/milk for the morning as usually get that in other air bnb properties we have stayed in. Other than that the property was great for location we desired as near family, the place was clean and garden was lovely.

Nice place I recommend everyone looking for good and clean rooms.

The homes getaway team was great contacted me to walk me through the whole process and a representative met me (special thanks to Alex) at the location and helped me through checking in only issue was the buildings guards being slow but he resolved the issue thanks also ms deissa for quick response for all my questions property was clean and comfortable highly recommended if you want a quite place to stay due to its location
