Petr went above and beyond to be helpful as we were kind of in limbo waiting to fly out and continued our stay several days beyond our original booking and each day Petr kept the calendar open for us to extend from day to day. He was a pleasure to deal with and o would highly recommend him as a host.

My husband and I stayed in the property for two nights while in Ras Al Khaimah for business. The apartment was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and utensils. The apartment matches the pictures. It was a great value and we would stay there again.

Rested and Recharged The flat and view from balcony was an immediate relaxation for our family. We love everything in this trip. Food trucks, supermarket, cafè and pharmacy were just a walking distance. Our fur baby had sensory enrichment the whole time, sniffing around and walking to and from balcony. Wish there’ll be a place to swim and play with our fur baby. But we’re still grateful. Highly recommended especially for those with fur baby. Thank you Polina and Tamer.

If you want to relax in Ras Al Khaimah, then this is the place for you ! The host thought about all the details to make our stay comfortable, the house is well equipped even the water for the shower has a filter ! The house has a direct uninterrupted view on the sea and an easy access to the beach + a swimming pool is available in the residence Some restaurants with a nice view on the yachts are nearby. The price is very good , and that will definitely be my place to go every time I go to RAK

My stay at Adrian’s was fantastic. Everything surpassed my expectations from beginning to end. Adrian’s smooth and prompt communication made the booking process easy and efficient, free from any complications or delays. Upon arrival, I was given a warm welcome and comprehensive instructions on using the property. The space’s impeccable cleanliness and lovely decoration created a cozy, welcoming ambiance. The amenities were superb, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including a gym! It was ideally situated, a short walk from the beach and a five-minute drive to shops and restaurants. The area was great for families, easy to explore, and had abundant parking. Although I was there for meetings, the cozy environment, stunning beach and sunset views, and convenient location made it feel like a vacation. My experience was terrific from start to finish and far exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Adrian and his properties. I loved my stay and plan to return.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for another fantastic stay at one of Mr.Khalid's stunning apartments. This certainly won't be our last booking with him. The apartment is spacious and perfectly clean, making it worth every dirham spent. The bedrooms are stylishly decorated and well-organized, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The living room's large TV is a great addition, equipped with everything we needed for entertainment. The view from the apartment is simply breathtaking, and the balcony is thoughtfully arranged, making it a perfect spot to relax. Overall, we found this apartment to be an exceptional choice. Its amenities, location, and attention to detail have left us with unforgettable memories. We can't wait to book again for another memorable vacation experience. Thank you once again for providing such an excellent experience.

The place was awesome. Clean and it felt like home. Vacation felt perfect with this kind of place. Easy connectivity to metro with walkable distance. The host was very responsive.

Very huge space for family stay and enjoy , view is incredible and place is kept clean and tidy . Host ahmed is very nice and communicated in time for easy checkin . Will come back again for stay .

Logement tres bien situé a 50m de la plage et corniche.parking public gratuit dans la rue.quartier populaire mais tres respectueux. Beaucoup de restauration dans la rue tres propre et pas cher.boulangerie au coin de la rue délicieuse avec patisserie et pain cuit sur place.l immeuble a un ascenseur. Point a ameliorer la cuisine est ancienne et manque rangement dans salle de bain.le hote tres reactif ,tres acceuillant et qui repond a toutes nos questions. A savoir:mosquee en face et on entend l appel a la priere a laube

Check-in was easy, even at midnight, as the staff from his laundry shop in the same building personally handed over the room key. The room was exactly as advertised, clean, and well-maintained. Though my stay was short, Krish even helped with a convenient evening checkout. His home is of high standard and suitable for both short and long stays. The shared kitchen is spacious, with free amenities for self-cooking, including basic masala items provided by Krish. I’m satisfied with the service and felt I got what I paid for. Highly recommended for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay !
