Had great time at the apartment. It’s located in the gated community with many local amenities such as pharmacy or 24/7 shop. The apartment is of a good size with less than 50 meters to the beach. In the area there’s a running track, playground, pools, outdoor gym and quite a few food trucks nearby. Apartment has everything you need to cook some simple meals or make hot beverages (including drip filter coffee machine and pod machine). The host was super quick to resolve any queries and allowed us to check in much earlier which was great given we had early morning flight.

Omar was a great host . I stayed for one month and during my stay he was responsive always to any questions and always checking if everything is okay. The location is beautiful , peaceful and the apartment has everything you need . Would gladly stay here again .

This was an excellent studio apartment. It had a large balcony that saw an amazing sunrise every morning. AC was perfect. Serviceable kitchenette. Bathroom was nice and clean. Small stainless steel table with chairs. The seats of the chairs had lost their padding. Foldout sofa was comfortable. Nice thick light blocking curtains. Balcony was very comfortable for mornings and evenings. Fridge and microwave. All necessary kitchen utensils. Great quality for price. Bed was very comfortable. Minutes walk from the beach and lots of restaurants and shops five minutes by car. Thank you so much for this place.

Beautiful apartment, completely newly renovated and comfortable. Well furnished and equipped. Private beach right next to the property. Tidiness and beautifully clean and warm sea.

Check in was made super easy by great communication, apartment was new, clean and had everything we needed

It has been a great place to spend the holiday. Very peacful and close to nature. Amazing view to relax.

Pros: A lovely, clean villa renovated six months ago. Spacious, green area with a large swimming pool. Plenty of space both indoors and outdoors for groups of up to 10 people. Cons: Insufficient towels (not all rooms were provided even with large towels, and the guest bathroom had none at all). Cleaning could be improved—carefully inspect everything upon arrival to ensure all garbage has been removed. No dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, or spices provided, but these are minor points and probably not expected in this accommodation format. Small beds (for kids?) in some bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly return again! 9 of 10 stars!

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for another fantastic stay at one of Mr.Khalid's stunning apartments. This certainly won't be our last booking with him. The apartment is spacious and perfectly clean, making it worth every dirham spent. The bedrooms are stylishly decorated and well-organized, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The living room's large TV is a great addition, equipped with everything we needed for entertainment. The view from the apartment is simply breathtaking, and the balcony is thoughtfully arranged, making it a perfect spot to relax. Overall, we found this apartment to be an exceptional choice. Its amenities, location, and attention to detail have left us with unforgettable memories. We can't wait to book again for another memorable vacation experience. Petr went above and beyond to be helpful as we were kind of in limbo waiting to fly out and continued our stay several days beyond our original booking and each day Petr kept the calendar open for us to extend from day to day. He was a pleasure to deal with and o would highly recommend him as a host.

Everything was really good Re location and property. The only thing that I would point out is closer attention to cleaning. There were ketchup stains on the kitchen cupboards, and some items of furniture had cigarette stains . I would also refresh the painting. At price requested, I would be expecting perfection.

I really enjoyed my stay here…everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The only downside was a strong smell coming from the laundry room and one of the bathrooms, which was pretty noticeable. Other than that, everything else was great and I had a good experience overall. If the smell gets sorted out, it would be perfect!

Olga was very accomodating host. Clean apartment, excellent price/quality ratio. We forgot one thing at the apartment and Olga was very nice to find it and return it after our leaving. Thank you very much!
