Semsem is a super host! He “virtually” took care of us throughout our entire stay. Not only did he give us precise information sending videos and photos of the apartment beforehand, but he was also very helpful and caring. Definitely recommend the apartment which has an amazing view on some of the most beautiful skyscrapers in Abu Dhabi. It’s clean and has everything you need, including some tea and beverages. Everything 100% recommended.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property was exactly as described, and we were very pleased with everything. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. Nice apartment in the range of apartment buildings. This building is closest to the beach but further away from grocery store. The walk to the beach is 1-2 minutes. If the water is too cold, you can access the swimming pool with warm water instead. Grocery store is in 3-5 minutes walk (Carrefour). The apartment has all the cooking facilities we needed and a nice TV

Wir sind jedes Jahr im November für mindestens 4 Wochen in Abu Dhabi und brauchen somit ein Apartment, das mehr bietet als ein Hotelzimmer. Das Apartment von Ann ist in der 26. Etage eine Wohnkomplexes, unten im Haus gibt es einen großen Supermarkt, Restaurants Friseure für sie und ihn, eine Reinigung,... Das Apartment selbst ist wundervoll eingerichtet, bietet wirklich in der Küche ALLES, was man braucht, inklusive Milchschäumer für einen Cappuccino. Wenn etwas nicht klar war, hat Ann sich blitzschnell zurückgemeldet und alles veranlasst, die Situation zu lösen. Wirklich einfach 5 Sterne wert!!!!! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Fantastic stay on Yas Island! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located near all the attractions. The host was very responsive and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. The apartment had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the view was a great bonus. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful farm villa! The place is incredibly spacious, with a well-designed living room that makes it feel both cozy and luxurious. The three bedrooms are comfortable, and the entire space is spotless—everything was very clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights is the pool, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to unwind while still being not too far from the city, making it a great escape without feeling too remote. The villa is also fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay effortless and comfortable. On top of all that, the host was exceptionally kind and very responsive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish retreat! Would definitely stay again.

Wow - this is now my new favourite place to stay in Abu Dhabi. Absolutely perfect for groups and families. A stunning home with every possible feature and amenity that you need. Adam goes above and beyond to ensure that you have a magnificent stay - providing all of the comforts that you would be used to in your own home. It’s a prime location, close to all the attractions on Yas island whilst being a quiet gated community. I absolutely loved this home. Stay here if you’re ever in Abu Dhabi. You won’t regret it.
